I am giving less than 0 stars to Advanced Auto Glass / Emergency Restoration owner Mr. Greg Rose has no good customer service. This company was recommended by Louisville BMW Body Shop and the experience has been anything but customer friendly. I had both windows trims replaces on my 2008 BMW. I had the window trim on the rear door replaced on the driver side door because it was dry rotted. I purchased both window trims from Louisville BMW dealership new for both sides. Now look at the quality of work after the job is done. After the repairs, the window had a scratch on it and the door panel was ripped from the seams and had 3 broken clips causing the door to vibrate. After returning the car for evaluation, the 1-inch gap and broken clips were identified and was attempted to be repaired. The repair was nowhere near my satisfaction. The panel still has a 1-inch gap and is still loose after there repair work. The trim on the passenger rear door side was also replaced the same day. There are rough edges where there should be smooth, professionally replaced trim edges. I discussed my concerns with the shop and worker and was reassured the repairs would be corrected to my satisfaction which did not occur. The receptionist, Lynn Rough, Sales Representative, I believe was who I spoke to, was rude on all occasions of speaking with her about the service performed on my vehicle 2008 528I BMW were I was accused of being outrageous and difficult to work with over the damage. I had only been there 2 times. They then said I had no warranty and that was incorrect. When the second trim was damaged, I insisted they repair the trim on the passenger side drive door and the door panel they had damaged. The owner, Mr. Greg Rose, refused to honor his warranty because they lost money on the job because of their own negligence. Mr. Greg Rose refused to discuss the matter and told me there would be no refund and to take the matter into my own hands. You can take a good look at the photos an see the different from the left side to the right side panel clearly. This is NOT professional business and anyone looking to use this company should be aware they do not stand behind their reputation and the owner clearly does not care about his customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE. I have contacted the BBB to ensure my experience is on record. My job is to educated future customers to ensure what happen to me and my vehicle dont happen to you by dealing with this business or owner period! This work was done 4/26/2018 where I drop off my vehicle for over 3 hours at their shop located on 5900 Poplar Level Road. *** Please see attach photos for quality of work! ***

I had a great experience with this glass company. I was going to use Safelite but this company was extremely helpful and actually assisted in filing my claim and telling agent how to file correctly so no charge went against my deductible. Very satisfied.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAbout a month ago I called to have my windshield replaced on a 1997 BMW 318ti and scheduled to have them go to my place of employment, but I ended up being sick on the day they were supposed to come. I called to reschedule, but Angie said that one of her techs would be able to come to Indiana to replace it since he was going to be over there anyway and I was extremely thankful. The technician finished up and told me to leave the tape on the new upper molding for 24 hours before removing. I was out of town all weekend, so it sat for 3 days. When I went to take the tape off, I realized that not only was the molding very poorly placed and not even attached in the middle, the cowl had not been installed properly and bolts to hold it down were missing so of course I called back and Angie said shed send another tech when she could. About a week went by and the same technician as before arrived and replaced the molding and again stated to leave the tape on for 24 hours. I did so and upon removal of the tape I discovered that this was just as bad - if not worse than the first application. There was sealant oozing out of both the inside and outside of the vehicle at the top and it looked very shoddy. I called again, much more frustrated this time and let them know that I would just be buying an OEM BMW seal to try and prevent any more time being wasted on either side and they agreed that would be fine. Well he came to replace it today while I was at work and told me hed call me when he was done so I could come get me keys, but aparently his phone died and he couldnt contact me so he went into the facility and asked someone from a different department if they could contact me. They did, but I missed the initial call and when I returned it 6 minutes later she said the gentleman was outside in my car ready to give me the keys. I went straight outside and found my car vacant with the passenger side window rolled halfway down and no keys in my car. The guy has left. I called the office to see what was going on because my car is unlocked with the window down and I have belongings inside of it and will need to leave from work in a few hours. Its been an hour now and they still havent called to tell me where my keys are. I hope they figure it out soon so I can go home tonight. I will NEVER use this company again and will NEVER recommend it to anyone. Its been a month long headache that only continues to get worse.

Hate to do this...Been waiting for the past 3 hours for someone to show up. Took off work early for the time frame of 2-4pm given to me yesterday when I scheduled my appointment. It is now 5. No call to let me know they were running late or behind schedule. Now they are closed for the day. I understand that sometimes jobs go longer than anticipated. What bothers me is that I lost money leaving work early, attempting to support a local business, and they were so inconsiderate that they couldnt even call.

Best in town for your Auto Glass,works well with insurance companies and very prompt service,they also do water leaks and small rock strikes,great company, awesome people to work with!

One of their drivers cut me off on Eastern Parkway. If youre going to drive like a blind man on PCP perhaps dont have your company logo on the truck.
