The AutoGlass Rehab team replaced my windshield right before I moved from Louisville. A few days later, an issue came up with one of the side cosmetic trim pieces. When I contacted the AutoGlass Rehab team they took ownership of the issue and were very responsive to fixing it, with texts flowing back and forth long after business hours. They exhibited very strong customer support and service when an issue arose; I cannot say enough about the positive experience and their desire to make it right. Highly recommend.

I cannot be happier with the service that AutoGlass Rehab provided. While they offer to come to you, I went to them because their location is incredibly convenient, being just off of Crittenden near Eastern Parkway. They were able to get my rear window ordered and delivered incredibly quickly and the installation itself was quicker than I had expected. Additionally, they charged me nearly half of what I had been quoted from other glass replacement businesses in town. I hope that I won’t ever need to replace or repair a car window again, but, if I do, I will absolutely go back to AutoGlass Rehab.

Cant recommend this company enough. The initial phone call was quick and easy. I called on a Friday afternoon and they finished the job before noon on Monday. They offered to help me with insurance, in case I ran into any issues using them instead of through the insurances recommended company. They texted me a reminder about the appointment, and called about 20 minutes out. They came to my work in S. Indiana and did the replacement in the parking lot. The repair tech was timely, efficient, and cleaned everything up like he wasnt ever there. Another great example of why I choose to support local businesses!

Someone had broken into my car via the front passenger window while I was at work. My insurance recommended a company to work with that quoted me at $365.00 for the new window. Exceptional service...someone broke into my car through the back window, the two shops my insurance suggested werent going to be able to take my car for 2-5 days. Rick is so friendly and really went above and beyond to help me get my windshield fixed. They were on their way to my apartment to fix only to see my property manager had it towed like 15 minutes before they showed up. They told me since my windshield was pre 2000, it was not possible to repair a chip and would require a windshield replacement. I just had a chip repaired four months ago. Outright liars.

They did a great job, Met the technician Rick at the local ford dealer, He had the glass replaced in no tim,e and then the dealer recalibrated the front camera, all in about 2 hours. I highly recommend them

The best service you will experience from a small business, much less an Autoglass place. Helped me work with my insurance to get full replacements for no cost. Even fixed a roof leak after Hummer had been to three different shops with no solution, same day in the drive way. They also, while installing in my Silverado, took a paint pen and covered some small chip spots on the roof, I didnt even know where there until the installer got up there. If you use anyone else, youve lost your mind! They are the best in the business.

Had a rock fly up and hit my windshield and crack it pretty bad. My boyfriend hit up Ricky from the shop and let him know what happened. He let my boyfriend know that if i have comprehensive insurance the insurance should cover a replacement which i didn’t know. I used AutoGlass Rehab to replace my 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty windshield. Not only did the get it done super quick, they also came to my work. Insurance covered everything and they also assist you with filing the claim to have it covered. Shouts out to Rick and Auto Glass Rehab! They came out to my work to replace the windshield on my 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser, assess the damage, cleaned and prepped the seal only for the wrong kind of glass was given to them. He had to drive to Lexington and back just to get the right one. Came back and installed it in no time and did an excellent job at no additional cost! Professional and excellent customer service and communication! Answered any questions I had he answered and knew exactly what he was doing!
