I’ve had multiple windshield’s replaced here. They are always fast and straight to the point. Jessica always helps me and makes the phone calls super easy. I never have second thoughts about going here. Super affordable and professional.

This is the second vehicle Ive taken to them so far Ive had excellent luck wonderful people havent had any trouble I believe they stand behind their work. And reasonably priced.

Got me in and out very quickly. However, when i arrived they were very professional. And my window was installed in about hour and half. When i picked up the car there was a lot of debris that was left on floor board and bits of glass. But that was the start. The next day me and wife went for a drive and i kept hearing wind. So we stopped and checked the car. The molding around the window looked to be too small and there were pieces missing off the plastic that met the window under the wipers. There was a plastic pin missing along with a silver dollar sized plastic cap missing. Also the plastic molding was warped from them prying on it. I went back to shop to ask about it. They assured me they would have the pieces the following Monday, this was Friday. Also they said the molding was correct. So Monday i stopped in hoping to have the pieces they lost or broke. And wouldnt you know it, they didnt have them and they said they would call me when they found them. I dont expect a call... They knew the broke or lost those pieces putting the window back in, the drivers side has the same pieces but they were there.... I called my insurance company to tell them what had happened so they do not refer anymore costumers their way. It always seems to be too good to be true, i was needing the work done fast and they were there to help. RIGHT.... If you have a choice stay away and wait for the experts to do your work.

My window was fixed well but it took over a week to finish and it was almost 300$ for the little window that doesn’t roll down… also when I got my car back there was some sort of black gooey tar covered blue tape stuck to my tire with glass shards sticking out.. that obviously upset me and made my car drive terribly thank goodness my tire didn’t go flat from the glass shards

Fast and very affordable. The ladies in the office Jessica and Mellisa were fun and friendly. Dropped off my vehicle for a front windshield replacement went back to work and it was fine in 45 minutes.

The man who took my order over the phone said to come at 8 AM the next day. I did but when I arrived he said the parts for my windshield were not arriving until 10 AM. The waiting part of the office/store consisted of 6 chairs placed around the windows. I chose to leave and return at 9:30. At that time the installers took the car in about 9:45. The work was complete about 11:45 AM.The people who answered the phone were pleasant and helpful to me and to other customers who came into the store. Some people sat on the sidewalk outside waiting for their car windows to be completed.

I was quoted a price of 213.00 out the door when they were done they told me 338.00 but they charged me 229. At the end.

They were fantastic! The front desk girl was amazing and knowledgeable. They got my vehicle in quickly and my windshield looks great. Warranty included and didnt cost me an arm and a leg!!! If I lived here I would definitely return!

Poor customer service was quoted a price drove 40 miles to have windshield replaced get there and was told price will be doubled the price quoted that their employee made a mistake and now is fired.

These guys fixed my window pretty quickly for a fair price . I would’ve given five stars but my door panel was put back on incorrectly and my gas button didn’t work . But I’m headed back for them to correct

Two days in raw, during traffic hours, had to come to shop. The second day my appoitment was at 4 pm and I was told it will be done in two hours. I came back in one hour just to be told they did not have the right glass! Of course they did not botter to call and lat me know about it! So, I completley waiasted my entire afternoon.The following day my appoitment was at 10 AM. I was told it will take at least three hours and I realized that the previous day they did not want to start repair because their shop closes at six. Anyhow, I decided to stay and wait. However, when I returned in one hour to put something in my car they did not start repair at all!!! I was furious. I talked to Nick and he saod my car is next!!! Really, why we make appoitments. Very unproffesional service . They do not value other people time.

I called several other competitors first. I felt like nothing other than take a number, well get back to you. Then no one ever called. Auto Glass now was a last ditch effort but in hindsight, shouldve been my first call. Not only did the get me in immediately, they finished ahead of schedule and on short notice. I rescheduled after being made to wait more than 2 hours past my appt time so on my 2nd trip when I had to wait more than half the day after being told 1 hour, I finally ask what the problem was since 6 other cars had been pulled in and completely finished before mine was even looked at. Only thing he could say was I THINK theyre working on it. well they. Arent work on mine if they are working on everything around me. Ill not go back, not even for free warranty work. Their 50% off should say not worth 50% of what you pay. I didnt realize I was gonna have to quit my job to sit and wait almost 2 work days for a windshield appt that should have taken only an hour or 2. Especially since I paid out of pocket kept it was not an insurance claim.

Auto Glass Now has by far the best prices in town; they quoted half of what Safelite did for my 2009 Honda Pilot. However, their shop is a dump, and they did not stick to schedule at all. Despite having a 10 am appointment, work did not start on my vehicle until 11:30. In the end, it appears to be a good product; it just took 2.5 hours to get it installed. I would only recommend using these guys if you can drop your car and come back later.I am updating this review due to discovering a problem later. The first time I turned on the wipers after the installation, the wiper knocked the windshield trim off the car because the wiper in incorrectly reinstalled. The other side flew off on highway the following day.The manager, Delena, said she would make it right by replacing the side trim pieces. When I followed up 2 weeks later on 5/2, I was told Delena had been let go, the regional manager, Bob, was running the store. Bob said he would would order my trim. On 5/19 I followed up again and Bob told me the parts would arrive in 4-5 days. As of 6/2, Bob states the parts have been ordered but still not shipped.

Windshield 2016 Escape. 1st time in. Waited 2 hrs past my appt. They replaced glass but damaged my dash. 2nd time (1 day without my car) they tried to have repair instead replacing the dash piece as i originally requested. They also scratched a large area of the paint on the roof. 3rd time (without transportation for 2 days and used almost 1/4 tank of my gas) they sent out to one of there vendors (body shop) to have painted. Came in to pick up and paint was terrible with broken wiper and cracked windshield again. At this time a demanded autoglass now would not touch my vehicle again. Had Rogers Body Shop repaint the roof of my vehicle. Autoglass now owner did cover the cost of the repair and rental while in shop. However i have not received a follow up call or any offer of compensation for the 3 days i was without transportation all of my inconvience of going to get estimates and coming to thelocation more than 8 times in 6 wks and my gas. That was a lot of trouble and headaches for weeks. But no call or a goodwill offer for my troubles. I could say alot more on here about a few other things that happened during the nightmare but probably will hold it for now. I am happty for those that feel like they received a quality job but i certainly will not or would not recommend.

Well for starters they have the employees working in terrible and unsafe conditions in the shop!! The wait time for service is ridiculous. And you have to sit in the sun due to limited wait space inside. Seriously considering reporting them to bbb, because it’s insane.

I had a small chip repaired on my daughters car which did not really get repaired. This is for future customers because you will be asked to flip your receipt over and read the fine print which basically states it may or may not seal and repair the chip. There is some good news however that the chip repair would go toward a new windshield should you decide to go that route. I post this low rating for two reasons. 1. The chip repair was unsuccessful and I had an extremely small area. 2. The technician Jorge did not wear shoe coverings or put down a liner over the floor mats. The car had been recently detailed and with light beige interior the black greasy prints where all to visible. When I called back to report this I was given the flip your receipt over explanation and if you can bring it back we will clean it out. I hope this saves someone else the trouble of going there. Cheaper is not always better and read your reviews before you go. Do you really want to go back a second time to get what should have been completed properly the first time? A few seconds could have made all the difference in this service.

Someone busted our window overnight. Being from out of state, we needed it replaced quickly. Auto Glass Now replaced it by the afternoon. Quick, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I did not feel taken advantage of in any way. I recommend these great people for all your auto glass needs.

Horrible business. They are an auto glass repair company but did not have and I quote The most common part that breaks the most on hand. I can see why the special deal prices they are having is because they are terrible and need to grasp at any chance for someone to come to them for business.

The receptionist was very nice. The place is small with little room to maneuver. They fixed my moms car window that I broke for the less than they actually quoted. One of the service men rubbed me the wrong way, so I knocked off a star.

And yes, I would use them again!!!When I called to ask questions, the lady that answered was polite and took the time to answer all my questions. She also explained to me the pros and cons of repairing or replacing. She didnt try to talk me into either one. She let me decide.They have a mobile service, but since I was paying out of pocket, I went to their place for the service.It was the end of the day when I arrived, so they were about 20 minutes behind schedule, but they apologized for that. How many people actually apologize these days?They told me it would take 60 to 90 minutes to replace. However, they called me after about 45 minutes and said it was ready!I looked the car over very carefully before and after. The technician had pointed out a few scratches and chips in paint before the work started. The technician was very polite and very thorough in his explanations of what he was going to do, and what I could not do for 48 hours after the work was completed.The glass is absolutely perfect. And the lower trim pieces that were coming off are now back in place and seated properly. And the molding looks better than what was on there before. He did an excellent job of aligning everything with frame of car. BTW, my car is a 2014 Mustang and I am very picky about taking care of it and having quality work done.I would definitely use them again for another cracked windshield.

It took them 10 minutes to check me in (which was fine, since two others were ahead of me). After I had been waiting for 40 minutes, a mechanic finally took a quick look at my car and told me they did not have the correct sizes for my windshield wiper blades. Horrible experience. Went to the Advance Auto Parts a hundred feet away, in and out in less than 10 minutes and saved a few bucks.

I was in Louisville for a B-Ball tournament and had an issue with my rear driver side window motor. It was a hour before they close for the day, which they were my 4th phone call because all the other window repairs were closed. All I can say is Thank you Bob!!!

This was the WORST service I have ever received in my life from ANY company. They damaged 4 different pieces on my door and left the broken pieces sitting in my backseat. $150 worth of damage in PIECES and over $200 to even take it somewhere else and have someone fix THEIR mistake. **DELAINA** then proceeded to tell me that they would do nothing for me without my paper receipt, after already pulling up all of my information on the computer signifying she already saw what their company had done work-wise on my vehicle. NOT TO MENTION the first day I showed up for my appointment they had ordered the wrong window and made me come back the next morning at 8 am. Terrible, TERRIBLE company I personally wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I have pictures of all of the damage done and would love to share them with the company.

Doesnt matter about your appointment time, you will still be there 2 / 3 hours longer.

Horrible service,I had my windshield replace .my appointment was at 5pm I didnt get service till almost 8pm .and because they were in a hurry they dropped a tool in my hood messing up the paint and causing a dent..when i told them they said it was like that when i got to the shop.even know i show them footage of my truck been fine when i got out of home,from my security cameras..I even got river link to print out pictures.after 3 weeks of talking to corporation in ohio.they determined not to be responsible for the damage...for 3 weeks they had me calling almost everyday,not even once they called me..AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE!!!!!

I got my door glass window replaced a few weeks ago. The staff was great. I called to make an appointment and was able to get right in. The lady up from was very friendly and knowledgeable. The guys that worked on my car did a great job. They even vacuumed my car out after the new glass was in. Plus, you can’t beat their prices. I would highly recommend them! Great work!

Shoddy work and a long wait time. All the five star reviews are for a $70 “gift” for giving them five stars. Owner even made me go out of my way to return a set of another customers keys back to him after they were left in my car.

My passenger car window was down and wouldn’t go back up. I came into the shop after making an appointment with them through the phone a couple days before. I came in and we waited 1 hour and a half after my original appointment time for them to look at it. After waiting I saw how they didn’t even look at the problem with my car and simply guessed what the problem was. They told me it was going to be 200 dollars to fix it. I said fine I was stupid enough to assume they knew what they were doing. Anyway I came in the next time after they charged me the 60 something dollars to just look at my door and not actually figure out what was wrong. I already paid might as well get it fixed. Well after 2 hours of waiting they said oh we can’t do anything because more is messed up than we had seen before and it’s actually going to be 600 instead of the initial 200. I left with out getting anything done to my car and didn’t notice they had actually broken my car door handle from the inside so the passenger door won’t open from the inside now. I was beyond livid and refuse to go back. Terrible service, 5 hours and 60 something dollars down the toilet. Don’t ever come here.

While they were able to do same day and had a reasonable price. I suppose you get what you pay for. Scratches on the inside of the door from a rushed disassembly. Did not vacuum all of the glass from the car.

I wouldnt go back. I had a window regulator replaced. They had good reviews and good prices. But they broke my window vent shade and scratched the door paint as he was pulling glue off. I wont be back

Very curtious and professional!!! Windshield cracked Saturday called them immediately Saturday morning, was able to get a new one on Monday!! Price blew me away!! I had my left rear door window replaced today and Dalaina and Lacie helped me with all my questions they was very nice everybody that worked there that I came incounter with was VERY RESPECTFUL AND HELPFUL. I came here a couple of months ago because my car window would roll down, but not back up. I made an appointment over the phone and when I arrived the first day they took a look at my car and told me I needed a new switch that cost about $350 (not including service fee). I was disappointed but didnt know what else to do so I agreed. When they ordered the part and I came back a few days later they told me that it actually wasnt the switch, it was the wiring, and that I had to take my car somewhere else because they couldnt help me. They didnt know anything in particular about what the wiring problem so that I could explain to a different car repair business, but they still refused to refund me the $60 I paid for diagnosis (though they never gave me a clear diagnosis). Then a man came from the back and said he could look at it off the books and see if he can get the wiring problem sorted out. Pretty desperate at this point, I agreed and gave him $100 cash to try to fix it for me (dumb move on my part, I am aware). I waited in the waiting room for three hours. He comes out with my car and had COMPLETELY broken off my original switch, and furthermore broke my lock button with it, with no results. He just promised me that he had fixed the obscure wiring problem, but when they tried to put the switch on it (that I already ordered from them) it mysteriously still didnt work. So in total I paid this company $160 to break my car more than it already was when I brought it in. Flash forward 2 weeks later, and my dad has boughten the master switch online for my car for $20 and replaced it himself in 5 minutes, and my window works perfectly. Would not recommend this business - they seem completely incompetent and money-grubbing, with no regard for customer satisfaction.

I have had a run of bad luck with car glass. 2 windshields and a van door glass in 6 months. Autoglassnow was amazing. Fast service friendly and I was surprised by the low prices.

Great prices. But it took twice as long as they quoted me. they were nice enough to leave all the broken glass from my old rear window in my trunk and the back of the car. The office was pretty dirty. definitely could use a deep cleaning and fresh coat of paint. The ladies at the desk were polite. It would have been nice if they cleaned out the broken glass and took a little more pride in the office but prices were very good.

Horrible experience! I was told to come in right when they opened at 8am, I would be done by 830/845.. I was here at 7:55am. Having to wait an hour and a half because they had to go pick up my glass, then the excuse was it was broken. They could’ve told me before removing my current windshield that it would be this long of a wait. I would’ve came back. They tell u the glass is on its way 3+ times... 1hr and a half later... I am late for work because of them. I would’ve came back tomorrow instead of waiting this long. I will not be back this is unacceptable and unprofessional!! 🤬

Windshield replacement and pricing was great.....but dont expect to get your vehicle back in the same condition that you left it. I entrusted them with my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander sport and now Im going to have to have my dashboard repaired due to them ripping and scratching it. They had initially made the promise to repair the damage but after 2 weeks of getting the run around Im taking my business elsewhere. I recommend that you do as well.

Auto Glass Now gave me the best price and were very quick about it. The employees were very nice and welcoming. They even cleaned my headlight for free! Best in Louisville, hands down!
