The go to place to get glass cut from them for any furniture to give it a more polished look and am never disappointed. Always looks get. I can call and give them the measurements after I make them myself for the glass that needs to be cut. Wait is around a week. Been using their service for over five years. Always happy with the results.

They were referred by my local Highview Hardware store to my wife to replace a broken double pane newer style window that needed immediate attention. Well, within a few hours they rose to the occasion and tho those type of windows do need ordering, they preformed a professional and very secure boarding up of my window and property. And then they quoted me the price and I thought when the told me the price, it was JUST for boarding up and securing the window: NO!! That was the total cost of the window, boarding up and three service calls and both installations: WOW. Not to mention, starting with my first calls to them and subsequent all their installers’ interactions, they were very professional, pleasant and it just felt like they treated me like they would want to be treated if they were in my shoes. So I’m extremely pleased and blessed to know I’ve got their number as my only contact for window replacement and securing my properties if need arises in the future:)

If you work off of a budget this is the company you need to use for all of your glass repair. I have used Okolona Glass for several years but since working with a new company they wanted me to try another company so we did. We were told that this other company recently would no longer be doing any work other than auto glass repair so of course I called Okolona Glass back and they were happy to have our business back. We were going over budget monthly on the other company but since calling Okolona back we have saved quite a bit and still repairing as many windows as before. I actually was shocked this morning to find out that in an apartment that we have to repair 3 windows that the price was under $600 for all 3!! I would absolutely recommend Okolona Glass to anyone who asks.

The person that answered the phone was rude as possible. They acted that we were unconvincing them by answering the phone.

Bought a few custom-sized panels a few years ago for a small building project (reptile terrarium). The glass has held up wonderfully since then, even when the structure had to be moved (which put some pressure on the glass components). Not a single sign of wear in years. I appreciate Okolona glass working with me on this small project, and their glass quality, and I hope to do business again very soon.

Just an honest opinion. Very unprofessional. It is been 2 months since I ordered and paid in full for a piece of glass and it is still not being replaced. Not considering doing buisness again.

Called this company at the suggestion on our HOA for a glass window replacement in my Mother in Laws condo. She had to move to assisted living and we were working like crazy to get her home ready to sell. The estimator came out the next day but we headed back home out of state and a week later had to call to find out the estimate. Rhonda from Okolona said she called me by no one answered. Really? I have VM on my cell. The bid came in much higher then we thought and they quoted 2.5 weeks for delivery. I checked with another vendor on Home Advisor and the bid was 30% less and they had the window installed in just a week so we can get this home on the market. This community is full of Sr.s and it felt like we were being gouged. I shared that with the estimator and he was going to check into it and call me back. I never heard from him again.

I had afternoon appointment scheduled to measure for glass table top. I was left a message at 10:30 am, when I was at work, telling me they were in my area to measure and didnt have time to wait until my noon scheduled time. When returning the call at 11:30ish, I was told by the owner he didnt have time to turn around and that I would need to call the office to reschedule. This is very poor business and WILL NOT be rescheduling with your company nor will refer anyone to your company for business!! Real sad that individuals do business in this manner!

Lot of excuses to delay the work, cant be trusted. First and last order. It is already a week and still not sure when it will be ready.
