I was in an auto accident and on my way home from the accident I stopped in there because my car door would not open. it was like 5 minutes before closing time and this gentleman come out and looked at the car for me and he pulled my front quarter panel back on the spot so I can open and close my door. I had minor damage to my vehicle he gave me an estimate on the spot to fix my bumper an quarter panel and paint it he was only going to charge me $750 which was way cheaper than I expected then again like i was saying i had minor damages. That right there goes to show me he was not trying to price gouge me like most places would have. He seemed like he was an honest guy and I would recommend anyone go there. He was well spoken and very professional and made sure that I understood what he was talking about. And even though after speaking with me for a few minutes they had closed and he still fixed my car to where the door would at least open and close I thought that was really awesome of him. I heard really good things about this place through other people on there work an now i can see what they were talking about. I cant remember the gentlemans name that came out and actually looked at my car but I would like to thank him but since I cant remember his name Im just going to thank the whole company so Ty Samuels collision repair

Had a great experience getting an estimate for some body damage on my mom’s Toyota. Took the time to look over the vehicle and print out an estimate that I can submit to the insurance company. Some of the other repair facilities would not provide a paper estimate, just a roundabout idea. Samuel’s came in as the most economical estimate choice.

Wrecked my new car. Bad. I was depressed. I’d never had to deal with anything like this before but I called samuels and it was the best thing I ever did. They made the entire process as easy and painless as possible. 2 weeks later and it’s like nothing ever happened. Randall and the guys did an amazing job and kept me in the loop the entire time. Even offered to give me a ride home when I dropped off the car. Ignore any negative reviews about how small the parking lot is (there’s like 8 spaces and that’s more than enough). What matters is the actual work and the customer service and they hit it out of the park. I will recommend these guys to everyone from here on out. Thank you all so much.

The receptionist lady who answered the phone was so professional, she listen to my concerns and problem unlike other collision places they only care about what the insurance company says. The sweet receptionist told me to bring my car in. I brought my car in and Randell one of the employee who was amazing told me my car wasn’t totaled as I thought all along he insisted they could fix it.Long story short they told me it would take two weeks for fixing My car was ready that Friday morning. This place is great. The repair took only 2 days and when I got my car back I was extremely happy. It looked brand new and they even cleaned it. Love this place!

I have used Samuels twice and had great experiences. The first time my car had hail damage. So many body shops were trying to take advantage of me but Samuels did not. They were more than fair and did great work. I was just as satisfied the second time.

Very nice & clean place. This was my first car wreck & I had no clue how to handle it. The owner was very helpful. These guys do excellent repairs, the owner is very knowledgeable and will battle with the insurance companies to get the necessary funding to repair your vehicle the right way. The bodymen were trained by one of the most highly skilled technicians in the world. The painter takes pride in matching the finish. And has has been working there since high school. I would have to say that the negative reviews of this business are not based on the quality of the repairs or the politeness of the employees, but based on the stress of having a collision, having to deal with an insurance company that wants to pay as little as possible, trying to arrange for a rental, and wanting it all done now so you can put the whole ordeal behind you. If you go to any business with an attitude of serve me now, or this is how i want it to go, dont expect the people working there who are under stresses of their own to put all the other customers on hold to cater to your demands. They are good people and are there to help you get through these stressful times. They know more than you do about this type of business. Listen to them, and be nice.

Had a 2002 Altima with front end damage from a wreck. Samuels had the lowest bid by a couple thousand dollars. They repaired the car on time. It looked better than before the wreck. The paint job was excellent.They are very professional and friendly. They worked hard to give me a safe car for my 18 year old daughter to drive.

Please do not take your vehicle to this business, they will give you an estimate way different from what your final bill will be. They are rude and uncaring people. Charged me full price for used parts, they are a total rip off. Estimate started out around $989 and final cost $1647 then they tacked on their $30.00 a day storage fee for a grand total of $1767. Be warned!!

I agree with the guy who says the owner and workers are not very helpful. Had a tire low on air and i stopped in to use their airhose, a guy was outside wiping down a truck and when i asked if i could use the airhose he said he didnt have time and closed the door on me. Real jerk.
