Wallie and his team took it with no problem and fixed some major issues. When it was completed it was a fraction of the cost I had been quoted elsewhere and they had done even more work.They took the time to explain all that was done and didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Honesty and Integrity still exist. This is a first-rate business. We just bought a 2013 Toyota from Wilder and Laurie Portal. The first thing Wilder did was tell us the history of the car. He had bought it at auction and repaired minor damage. Here is the best part. We researched the car and found the list price was very reasonable. When we had decided we definitely wanted to buy the car and we started talking price, there was some confusion. As it turned out there had been a mistake made at the business. The listed price we had seen on Craigs list was understated by $900. The correct price, which we had not seen, was shown on the Auto Trader listing. Wilder was disappointed with the mistake but honored the misstated price.

I had a wonderful experience with Wally (the owner). First of all my car looks great! Like NEW. He explained everything to me. His son was very nice also. They made me feel very comfortable, very pleasant people. They even had my rental car picked up for me. Im extremely please with the work done on my car and I highly recommend them to anyone! This is Jeremy Rowland and I had my car re-repaired by Wally at Smooth Finish Auto Collision a few days ago. The car, which was done by a local shop, did a dismal repair job when a problem with the muffler was discovered. Wally took pictures of the inadequacy of the repairs and corrected it within a week with a new muffler system! Thank you Wally!
