Called this location prior to driving there to ensure they would price match Echo Dots that I had JUST purchased at a competitor (for a lessor price). Only to arrive there and the manager refused. Even had the proof and ad on my phone. Its no wonder this place has the reputation that it does and, unless they start modeling after those same competitors, they will be obsolete very soon.

Yeah you can see why they went out of business. Me and my sister went there to look at their going out of business sales. Nothing was tagged or signed. A bunch kids were sitting on the desk socializing and playing music, we werent even sure which one of them was working or just hanging out with friends. None of them would go back to check a price they just act like if the price aint on it oh well. And both times not a manager in sight. Good riddance.

This is a brand new store that replaced the one at the corner of Preston and OuterLoop. Its nice but they didnt have what I was looking for when I went there. This was the first time I have been to this new store.

They always seem to have what Im looking for but I just wish the staff was more knowledgeable about their products they sale.

Rude, very poor management. They never have anything in stock. Not the first time I went there and walked out 30 minutes later after no one helps me out. Im also calling their headquarters. I needed a over the range microwave and dishwasher last time I was there, asked them to locate the closest store that had it and they claimed no store in Louisville had it, I call hurstbourne store and guess a miracle happened because they had it in stock.

Went here to buy a flat panel tv. stood in front of the one we wanted forever, as sales associates either stood around staring into space or walked past us. then once we had someone help us we bought the tv with the 5yr. warranty. took the tv home and what do you know the screen has a line right through the middle of it. So I call Hhgregg the next day since I had the warranty with what was supposed to have in home service. the rude lady on the phone said they did but it would be $70. So I took it back up there myself to get a new one. They were out of that tv.... then tried to sell me another one or drive to Indiana to pick up one they had up there because they cant ship between stores. I finally got my money back and went to best buy which I should have from the get go. I will never do business with Hhgregg again and neither should you.

They never have what you need. I think the store is closing any way.

These folks will work with you on price when asked. Mostly used for appliance shopping personally.
