Worst employees ever. Very rude, didnt want to help with anything. All they wanted to do was B.S with each other. I never in my life been to a gamestop that had this kind of people working in there store. This experience makes feel like I should buy all of my games from walmart for now on.

Best game stop.THE lady here has to be the MOST friendliest person in the WORLD. She is good a providing help and assistance. The day i went in looking for collectors items I was having a really bad day. And after JUST listening to her voice, you could feel a sense of kindness and Reassurance. And to be honest I wasn’t even mad they didn’t have Pokémon I left there with a smile and that to me was Great.

Huge selection of games and incredible collectibles! Always fun to stop by and see what they have from my favorite series!

As always a great place to buy anything to do with games or Funko pops.

I always have a great experience here. Weather it be on preorders, new releases, or just browsing around, the staff are always welcoming and very knowledgeable! They even help ship items from other GameStop’s when they were out of stock, at no extra cost! Would definitely recommend 👍

They sell used items that don’t work at all. For example, I bought an XBOX 360 ac adapter that wouldn’t even turn on. They either don’t test the item or they do and sell them anyway. Power TO the players? More like power FROM the players. Also, if you trade in some stuff to GameStop, you wouldn’t even get half the original price! For example, They would give you only $40 for a Wii U! In conclusion, if you want to get games in good condition then go to Stores like Walmart. GameStop should be the last store you check when it comes to gaming.

I was greeted right away, so that was good. I couldnt find what I was looking for at first but I asked and they gave me a print out of what they had. They apologized for the fact that they didnt have very many Wiiu games available, but it cant be helped and it isnt thier fault that they are going out. I am sure they will accommodate anyone the best they can if they cant find something that someone needs. They have dozens of other things to buy in the store and some of it is pretty cool. I didnt have a problem with this store and I may come again if I need to.

This is everything you expect from a GameStop experience. Small boutique next to Pacheco, nestled next to a Starbucks, Petco and other small shopping boutiques. Everything is posted for sale, easily accessible. Friendly, efficient Associates. Highly recommend this location, great for trade ins! You can also visit their website prior to going into Trade A Game or a system in order to get the trade-in value

I always go to the Merced mall location because they have excellent customer service. This time I went to the Los Banos location to trade a v1 switch. After waiting 10 min in line the cashier which was a lady with big nails grabbed the switch and started pulling and yanking the joycons. She did not push the black buttons and after a hard push she broke the left joycon and said the system was defective and was going to give me a defective price. I told her she didn’t slide them out right and didn’t push the buttons, she started fighting with me and was very rude. I took my broken switch and called the Merced location to see if my insurance covered the damage. The kind worker said wow she should have not yanked them out like that and offered to trade the damaged joy con for another. I do not recommend going to the Los Banos location because clearly they don’t know nothing about video games at all. Just go to the Merced location they are way better and know what they are doing.

Ask your self is it worth it to drive 5 to 15 miles one way to pick up some used game just to put them in and they dont work. Then u pull them out and they r filthy. Do u want that in your War machine ? I have purchase three games and only one of them works. I cleaned them still did not work. Because they have pits in them little holes from them being on the something dirty. CHECK YOUR GAMES BEFORE YOU GO. .. IT COAST MORE THEN WHAT THE GAME COAST. GAS TIME TO GO

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Asked for call of duty ww2, the games been out for over 2 months, and the guy flips through 1 drawer and says I cant find it I said so you dont have it? He replies we do I just dont know where its at and just keeps staring at me shrugging his shoulders. They lost a paying customer forever. Fire everyone in that store because its obvious they dont value their job or helping customers.

One time I called this specific Gamestop and one of the guy workers picked up and when he heard my voice he hung up on me in mid-sentence. Then just a few minutes ago, I called again and another one of the guy workers picked up and he asked if I can hold on and I said yes, I was on hold for nearly 6 minutes. Overrall, I think the manager of this Gamestop location needs to get rid of the employees who are currently working there and hire more friendly employees. More friendly meaning also friendly to disabled people
