Very great customer service very nice and polite and Friends help me with my issues with my phone

This one girl greeted me with so much enthusiasmJenny I believe was her name, She made buyinga phone so easy best customer service I haveexperience in a while you can tell she is well trained.

I recently moved from the Bay Area, and was recommended to Metro by-T-Mobile I was surprised to see how smooth my port went the girls were so friendly and knowledgeable, I love my new device. Definitely recommend this store

Do not go here all the girls that currently work here are horrible!!!! FAVIOLA or whatever her name is is so mean!!! stay away go to the other location and ask for Daisy shes very helpful and very humble

Charge for phones that they sell defective. Ive had to pay $50.00 For an exchange on a defective phone they sold me two weeks before. The phone turned itself off and wouldnt turn back on. Upon inspection they determined it was a factory defect but it wasnt their problem and I should have paid monthly for insurance. No thanks!

Whenever i go to this store i always leave disappointed. the girls are super rude and they never answer my questions. maybe i should give them better training.

Fabiola or whatever her name is (since she wasnt wear her name tag so she could of gave me a fake name) has horrible customers service her and her employees whole attitude changed when there boss aint there started to act rube to me and family ... Their boss told us to come in today to get our phone fixed but Fabiola told us she cant do anything when the boss told us she would replace our phone due to factory defects there is no physical damage to phone will be going back in to let the boss know asap .....

Service ok. Price ok .customer service ok. Just plan ok. They should take care of there long term customers with better up grades

Buyer beware!Sold defective phone.Went back to store 3 days in a row,they knew it was defective and ordered me a new one, when i went to pick up they said mine had a small dent(pin size).So ive been cheated out of $184.00 for a phone that is just about useless!
