Omg most simplest easiest phone upgrade ever, our rep Nikki was super helpful, she got us extra accessories and helped up pre-order,I got a lovely note 20 ultra, and an iPad pre-order as well as iPhone. Our reps name was she was amazing super fast helpful and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for .

Good store. But to check in the qr code sign needs to be removed. Few people behind me were complaining about the process. A representative should be at the door to check in customers vs scanning a code. The wifi in that location is horrible for pages to open which is time consuming.

I missed my appointment at 3:15pm. Got a call asking what time i would be there. Told the lady i would be there in 15mins. She said ok get here and logg back into the Victra.com and submit to be seen. Well here it is 6:33pm, been sitting here waiting for my call but yet seen 3 people go ahead of me and these people walked up and got an appointment as soon as they entered to the website. 1st experiance right now is absolutely Horrible........🤮

Nubia was awesome. I had lost my phone and showed up 5 minutes before close. She stayed after and helped me get a new phone and restore all my apps and contacts. It really saved my butt since I was traveling and doing everything from my phone. Thanks again Nubia!

Very disappointed in Nicole’s seeming unwillingness to help us swap a SIM card from an old phone into a new one. Such a simple task met with such resistance. Called my Verizon business rep and he had to intervene, but couldn’t do much since they aren’t a “company” store. In the end, my employee got it figured out in their parking lot with help over the phone from our Verizon rep. 👎🏽👎🏽

Jessica helped me. I went in with my broken phone asking what I can do. I was unaware that my husband put insurance on my note 5, she looked up my account, and said I was only do for an up grade, long story short I walked out with a way cheaper phone, which sucks, and was talked into selling my broken phone for 50 bucks to them. After I found out I had insurance, thanks to my husband, I went back in. Jessica admitted she seen I had insurance, but instead of telling me, she decided to sell me another phone. I ended up having to pay insurance 140 which was fine, but then 170 because I had no phone to send back to insurance. The store policy doesnt allow you to get your phone back. Jessica didnt think she was in the wrong. But the reason for insurance is to save you money on replacing your phone with the same device. Jessica doesnt think so. Please, the store needs to train better. Or maybe Jessica was just out for herself and wanted the commission. Very stressful never again going To this store.
