Okay experience, rating 3 stars only because the two employees that were currently there werent nice, no smile, no happy personality and at a point one of them told someone keep your mask on (their mask was accidently sliding off) instead if saying please keep your mask on. Hopefully the manager talks to the employees about how important customer service is and making sure to greet and smile at all times.5/23 @6pm

I love the cake they did but at least work on customer service and dont shame someone my partner went to pick up my cake and yes I love the flavor and taste just be respectful and dont judge and keep it to themselves just dont say it someone face 😡😡😒🤦🤦

This location of Baskin Robbins is top notch, minus the limited parking. The customer service is great and theyre happy to accommodate as well. They serve a ton of flavors and an variety of ice cream cakes to try. I highly reccomend this location for any sweet cravings you may have!

Service is always good. Store is keeping there distance and only three customers at a time in the store. Could be a little more clean for sure

Basket Robbins is a classic ice cream place that still around. With they’re varied or flavors how can you not enjoy a delicious ice cream!! The best part about these guys are the thickness in their ice cream. Every ice cream is made mold and bold flavors allowing us to enjoy real ice cream instead of the airy ice cream you buy at the market. Oh yeah! Try their shakes too dude

Walked in to a Basket Robbins for first time today. The guy behind the counter was polite and helped us figure out which cone we wanted. Both got one of the one scoop small cones 3.49$ each. Kinda pricey given a carton of ice cream is generally the same price but the convenience plus first time experience wasnt bad. If I was in the area again walking Id stop here again. Got the basic chocolate and she got the Reese cup flavor. Large portion for a single scoop I could not even imagine having two scoops.

There were 2 employees but both of them were not friendly at all.

Excellent customer service. Needs to improve layout; too cramped.Ambiance was kind of sad. Could use upbeat background tunes and more attractive colors/decors.Overall, ice cream flavors were a blast! My faves were Mudslide and Jamocha Almond Fudge.Definitely will come back to taste other flavors.

These guys here are always friendly. I love coming to this location, everyone here is super cool. But more importantly they are pretty fast. Always remember, that on the 31st all regular ice cream cones are kids price. You guys enjoy!!

The ice cream is good dont get me wrong but I personally feel like its a little expensive. I can get ice cream way cheaper somewhere else. If you are willing to pay that much go for it. I just felt that it was a little expensive. But the ice cream is very good either way.

They are close to my home and my kids love the variety of flavors. I also can use coupon like buy 1 cone, get 2nd for 99 cents. Love it !! The parking lot is small, though.

Stopped in on a Tuesday. There was quick, helpful, and friendly service. Prices were fair. Atmosphere is similar to a cafe in San Jose I loved.
