The service was quick and kind and the cookie was good. However, I don’t know if it was as amazing as the hype for this place. I got the brookie and I liked it, but for $3+ I could have gotten a whole tray of brookies (that are possibly even better) at Trader Joe’s.

Really nice staff and decent tasting ice cream, but a bit pricey. My husband said it is very similar to thrifty ice cream, and I had to agree. A really hip location with great presentation. Not a bad place to go. The service was great and everyone was friendly. It wasnt too busy, but there were plenty of customers.

This place was amazing. We were looking for a late night snack and found Milk. Heaven inside of a small shop for real. I decided to create my own ice cream sandwich and that was so good. I also decided to get a fruity pebbles ice cream cone to go. The next day I finally ate the fruity pebbles ice cream cone and that is probably the best combination I ever had. I definitely reccomend trying that!

Why would you go anywhere else for dessert -- when you can indulge at Milk?! Get anything with Fruity Pebbles or red velvet. The ice cream sandwiches are to die for -- and definitely get plenty so you can sample them all! The only drawback to this location is, in the middle of Silverlake, parking is very tricky with the street always full. But be patient and just think about the sugary, creamy reward that awaits.

Good local spot for fancy ice cream! We checked this place out for dessert after dinner in LA and it was enjoyable! Parking is difficult, dont park at the 7 eleven unless you want to risk your car being towed. We went when the area was busy and ended up parking in the neighborhood north of the main street. I had the hazelnut ice cream and the lady had a carmel shake. Both were bomb but I loved the hazelnut ice cream. Id recommend this place if youre in the area!

Free samples. I tried passion fruit and coconut, 1 scoop each, a good balance, one intense and non-dairy, the other light and dairy with plenty coconut flakes. The lady gave me a tennis ball size scoop of each flavor. $4.50 for 1 scoop, $6.50 for 2. Literally just 3 tables inside.

The service was great and the ice cream was amazing! Especially the macaron ice cream sandwiches. The vibe of the place is very relaxing but I have to say, it’s pretty cramped. There are only 3 tables and it’s just very small in general. Other than that, it’s a great place to take your friends or family for a fun treat!!

I got the fruity pebble ice cream sandwich. the ice cream itself was very yummy, but the gluten-free macaron and the icing didnt taste good or were too sweet. overall, not great since the latter two masked the ice cream. my boyfriend had the banana dulce de leche and loved the flavour! in general, a little too expensive for the taste, but their creations are beautiful and perfect for instagram. very cute place and super friendly service.

I have not had a thing that I dont like here. Their macaron icecream sandwiches are my favorite. Their flavors are super yummy and the consistency is perfect once you let it thaw for about 5 minutes or so. Their blue velvet cake is also good and fun to try but all of their stuff is just good! I always stop in when I am in town and their service has always been excellent, too. Im so glad they opened a second location. There is definitely less of a wait at this location so if it is closer or more convenient to get to then this might be a better bet for you! Keep in mind though that their parking is nonexistent and there is a 7/11 next door that keeps a close eye on you so if you must, buy something there and then walk over to MILK real quick!Make sure to take a bite of your ice cream sandwich before you leave because sometimes they can be a bit harder than usual. If this happens then you should ask for another one and return the one you have.

Milk is good but very sweet. The blue velvet cake is my favorite! I gave this Milk a 3 stars because they do not have the variety of the original Beverly Milk. I got there early afternoon on a Tuesday and they only had one piece of blue velvet cake left. The macaron ice cream sandwich selection was pretty dismal too. Parking is definitely easier here than at the original Milk.

I have never seen anyone in this place. How does it stay open? You know, when I was a kid, a malted cost 25 cents, it came in the mixer vessel, and you got 3 full large glasses of delicious malted. Also, not too long ago, you could go to a drug store and get a good ice cream cone for 10 cents per scoop. So, how does this place stay open - it is only the ridiculous prices and the suckers who park at the 7-11 and take up the spaces.

Never going to the Beverly location again. Though its closer to my house. Ill always go to Sliverlake. Beverlys team and staff are lazy and always seem to have attitudes. Sliverlake is so cool. Makes you feel good and goes out of their way to make sure your customer service experience is a great one. I needed a quart of Red Velvet ice cream for a special occasion. And I called Beverlys location and asked if they had it. They said yeah I get there they didnt have it. But they had it in the cooler with the others. When I asked could they make me one she said No. Sliverlake insured me that theyll always have my favorite flavor and that theyll packed it if need be. Ill never go to Beverly again.

I was super excited to give this place a try! After all the research Id done on ice cream and other sweet shops in LA, this is where I most wanted to go. But I was also nervous after reading reviews of bad customer service and desserts described as too sweet. I fo the opposite to be true. The only thing I will note is that theyre not flexible about menu changes. Im incapable of ordering a sundae exactly as it is on the menu, so I just ordered my items separately.I dont know where this too sweet thing is coming from. Maybe thats because I have a major sweet tooth. But I thought everything was great! And the last thing I ever want is ice cream thats lacking flavor! That certainly wasnt my experience here at Milk.Grasshopper Ice Cream Sandwich - mint is one of my husbands favorites, so he ended up getting two of these babies! I was amazed at the soft and chewy texture of the macaroon even after being frozen. And while the ice cream sandwich kept its shape and didnt melt apart, it also wasnt so completely frozen that it was painful to eat. I also enjoyed the fact that half of it was dipped in chocolate!Fruity Pebble Ice Cream Sandwich - I cant describe it any other way. It just Tastes like childhood and I loved it.Cinnamon Oatmeal - I cannot resist oatmeal ice cream! It even had raisins and cranberries and bits of oatmeal cookie in it!Oreo Ice Cream - I love Oreos just as much as the next person, but I rarely order this flavor of ice cream because it usually lacks flavor in my opinion. But I think theirs really packs a punch and also delivers actual chunks (not just crumbs) of Oreo cookies!Peanut Butter Brownie - Im on the fence about this one. It was definitely a great brownie in my opinion because it was super dense and fudgy. However, I felt like the peanut butter layer was there more for texture and sweetness than it was for salty peanut butter goodness.Black Cherry Soda - this was one of my husbands choices and Im sure glad he picked it. I cannot make it through an entire bottle of soda, but the few sips I had were certainly worth it!Strawberry Shortcake Pop - I usually dont go for fruity flavors when it comes to ice cream because I prefer creamy sweetness over tang. But cover it with sweet white chocolate and cake crumbs and you have yourself the perfect flavor combo! Id probably wouldnt get this again, but it was fun to get something different from my usual.Over all, I totally loved this place! While not the absolutely creamiest ice cream Ive ever had, the texture, consistency and flavor are certainly beyond awesome! Check this place out!
