This place is always great and professional. The doctors care for you and take their time to go over you eye health. Theres a wide selection of frames and the sales staff is not pushy. Frames tend to be higher end and a little pricey! But overall quality and service here is unrivaled.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple business days. The appointment was super quick and efficient. Everyone was really lovely. They clearly explained the benefits for my insurance and what I could get. I was able to get some nice polarized sunglasses for just $10 through my insurance. So that was an unexpected perk. My new prescription lenses will take two weeks. Not sure if that’s the normal timeline or because they’re moving offices right now. I’m excited to see the new office space!

I’ve been going to EyeQ for over 4 years now and I have no desire to go anywhere else. The doctors are professional and friendly and the staff is the best. I’ve been working with Patricia for years and she’s such an awesome and helpful person. The frame selection is vast, they have tons of designer frames as well as more affordable brands. Prices are reasonable and they don’t try to rip you off or buy upgrades that are unnecessary.

Eye Q was a good experience for me. I’ve gone to Dr Linden’s for years and this is much better. Their personnel were helpful and gave me their opinions on the frames I tried. They were friendly, yet professional for my appt. They had enough selection of glasses but it was not overwhelming. I also felt the prices were reasonable and they took my VSP. 🤓

I received personal service and attention from Dr. Maureen Yap. She addressed my concerns about bifocal and trifocal lenses. Felt comfortable and not rushed at all as I was the last customer before closing time at 7:00 PM. A better atmosphere than going to one of those franchise optometry.

Very safe environment, they limit the number of people allowed into the Drs. Office and ask you to sanitize and they check your temperature. The office was very sanitized and clean. The Doctors are very knowledgeable, respectful. professional, friendly and very nice.The staff are kind, helpful and go out their way to serve you either by phone or in person.The facility is modern, clean nice and they have trendy & traditional frames, reading and sun glasses to choose from.I had been their customer for 4 or 5 years and I will continue going to them for my eye annual check up, new reading glasses and trendy sun glasses.They clean and adjust your eye glasses for free.What else should you ask? After searching for various Drs and reading mixed reviews I decided to give Eye Q a try for their high rating. What a great choice! What impress me most was the high level of professionalism by the Dr and his staff. I felt like he truly cared about my vision problems and went beyond the call of duty to give me the best possible prescription. Was not pressured to buy or do anything I didnt want to. Great place, efficient, and prompt! Went to Costco optical and had a terrible experience waited over 2 hours with no exam before. Eye Q. Optometry is awesome and I love Dr. Yap (Ive only ever seen him). I am what any eye doctor would deem a difficult patient. I was born with terrible vision and its not getting better with age. Dr. Yap spends sooo much time with me and is so thorough and straightforward...he isnt trying to sell me a pie in the sky. That said, he continues to try and get me to where I want to be as far as my contact lenses go.The eyeglasses they made me (Im up to 3 in one year!) are perfect.They are also very upfront about any fees or out-of-pocket expenses and I believe they take most insurance plans. Their scheduling is super easy and Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes.Great location, run into Target and Macys while youre there!

This review is for Dr. Brian Yap. From the minute I entered the office, he was so friendly and immediately made me feel welcome. I was experiencing eye pain, dryness and multiple vessels in my eyes. What stood out to me about Dr. Brian is his kindness and professionalism. Not once did I feel uneasy or anxious, in fact, he made me feel calm as I was having some anxiety.He took his time doing my eye test, xrays and I just cant thank him enough for being so caring about his patients. I asked him alot of questions im sure but he was very patient and kind and answered them with a smile on his face, and that really stood out to me, he truly puts his patients first.I left the office overwhelmed with gratitude and happiness that I found Dr. Brian, he truly stands out because he puts his patients first and afterall isnt that what we look for in a doctor? Love this place. Everyone is very focused and detail oriented. They make us all feel like family. If there is ever a problem or the frames need to be fixed or adjusted it is done immediately and without question or billing. The tests are done very professionally. Every issue is explained clearly and simply. I will always come here for my tests and glasses .

Decided mid morning to finally get in and get my prescription updated and eyes checked. It was important to find somewhere where I could get in and find glasses same day. They were very helpful on the phone when I called and the eye doctor saw me pretty much right away after a few minutes arriving to the store. Doctor was very nice and she was very thorough. They have a ton of diff brands and stylish glasses to choose from! Patricia was really patient and helped me pick out my glasses with no pressure at all. Very friendly staff that work there! Its been 4 years since I last got an eye exam and I wanted to try a new place. I have trouble seeing at night so I needed glasses, I got Lasik about 10 years ago. I was very pleased with the service I got from the Dr and his employees. The young lady who helped me did a great job in helping me select the perfect frame for my face. Ill be recommending more people to this place!

I’ve been going for Eye Q for 2 years now. Patricia has been always an excellent assistant in helping choose eyewear and presenting some good deals. The ophthalmologists that I had were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Took glasses in for adjustment and they did superior work. Id purchased them in another state and that was fine with them. Extremely professional and customer oriented. Will definitely return when its time for exam and new prescription!

Everything is great. Staff, care, selection.My only problem is not having any open weekend hours makes it really difficult to shop for frames.

Optometrist (Dr. Yap) took the time to talk through my concerns, discuss the tests and various approaches, and come up with ideas for my lenses that have worked great. The staff is very friendly and helpful at picking out frames, which I get complements on. Not a budget place, but Ive given up on budget places and mail order for my particular issues.

It has taken them over 4weeks to get my glasses and when they tell me they will be in tomorrow they call me 30 mins before my appointment to again tell me they dont have absolutely ridiculous would not recommend this place zero integrity shameful

I called on a Monday and had an appointment for me that day, but because of my schedule, I had to wait until Wednesday. They were friendly, professional, and a joy to talk to. They were knowledgeable about the best options for both contacts and eye glasses through my insurance. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Yap was so incredible. I have been with my old optometrist for so long, I was worried about switching, but Dr. Yap was not only easy-going and friendly, but also incredibly professional and knowledgeable. After mentioning that I spend a lot of time in the sun (something Ive mentioned to every optometrist Ive ever gone to) he immediately changed my prescription to contact lenses that block UV rays (the contact brand Ive been wearing for years didnt have UV protection)... not sure how my other optometrists didnt think of that, but so glad Dr. Yap did.Anyway, overall great experience. The girls in the office are great with insurance and took the time to explain all my options etc. and Dr. Yap went above and beyond. Oh, and they got me in for a next day appointment. Go here :)
