Even tho the appointment takes a lil longer then it should… Doctor takes his time and makes sure everything is very accurate! Thank you for that Doctor Beasley!But his assistant Virginia she has no respect towards him and has a very bad attitude towards everyone! She is very rude, she hung up the phone while we were trying to find out if our glasses were finally in! We just got a plain rude answer and she hung up the phone! Really bad customer service! She needs to be more respectful towards the patients!

Dr.Beasely is a great optometrist. He takes good care of his patients eye care and Glasses, he is also very kind and has good service!:)

Dr. Beasley is great 5 stars to him. He really takes his time making sure your prescription is right but the staff needs major work there is no respect or good communication between staff and doctor as if the staff the belittles the doctor, unfortunately... they are legit the reason anyone could ever have a bad experience here. I wish I could report this one particular staff member that gives me problems over the phone and in person I did not ask her name.

You need to do something about the front desk girl because she is extremely rude for no reason and has a nasty attitude

Bad customer services the clerk in the front desk has been rude since day one when trying to schedule an appointment for my daughter she had nerve to hang up!! Today I walked in and ask for my daughters documents with a bad attitude !!! I wont ever bring my daughter to this eye care center

Nice and helpful handled with care. Glasses took a little longer but because of pandemic but other than that, its a really great place highly recommend.

I had a horrible experience here some lady that works here her name is Virginia Mayo constantly kept bragging on how professional she is but she did not show she was she just kept talking about it! Virginia did not even help me she kept harassing the extern student and I was trying to get more info and when I’ll ask then extern student the lady Virginia would interrupt the extern student and then try to demand her to explain it when the extern was in the middle of explaining! Like that was really rude I have a daughter around her age and I would be furious if someone did that to my daughter! If this place wants to be successful they need to get rid of Virginia!!!

I had a really wonderful experience. The service was beautiful, I felt very welcomed and appreciated at my visit, and they are affordable if your paying out of pocket like I did. Everyone has a very nice and positive attitude. Im going to recommend them to everyone I know that need glasses.

We didnt have to wait to be attended which was nice.

This is my first time here I called yesterday 10/7/2020 and asked for a appointment they said no need walk in 10/8/2020 at 8:30 I said ok great -So I get there the outside is horrible dirty but I still went ahead and walked in normal office - Filled out paper work very simple - it’s 10:39 am and no one has mention to me sorry taking a bit long sorry for the wait nothing at all no customer service at all people kept walking in and out and as a New Patient they should show some type of consideration-Honestly this will be my last time the only reason ima wait it’s because I already lost 3 hours of my valuable time -I don’t recommend this place at all unless you have nothing to do at all and want to waste 3/5 hours sitting down bring you’re breakfast and lunch I guess - Very disappointing

Stopped in because my glasses kept falling off my face despite having them adjusted 3 times already. Dr. Beasley is extremely nice. He adjusted my glasses the old school and thorough way. They no longer fall off so a big thank you to Dr. B!

Dr. Beasley and his staff are amazing. They are very courtesy and professional. I am impressed by the level of good service and information they provide. I highly recommend them.

Very very RUDE staff unprofessional and dirty office! staff did not Greet me, two staff members was eating noodles at the front desk talking loud & laughing... had to kindly ask the doctor to clean the tools before issuing on me due to them being so filthy seem like I was rushed in did not get the answers I needed. FYI do not go here. I would not recommend! Poor service

The petite lady with the glasses is the best technician he has and the ONLY reason I gave 4 and not 3. She knows how to speak with every patient and not just who shes comfortable speaking with. The younger lady seems always confused and has to verify everything from the other lady, like she doesnt like speaking with certain people. Ive called numerous times just for her to tell me she will call me back and never does, EVERY time. I always have to wait the minimum of an hour after my time scheduled because the ALWAYS over book. Dont bother leaving voicemails, they NEVER call back. Need to be more professional in time management/response and customer service department. Best bet is to just walk in regardless.

I recently went for an exam to Dr. Beasleys office and I liked for he explained everything to me to make sure i was informed. He had a good selection of glasses at a reasonable price.
