Staff and some customers were not wearing masks. Small room and not much air flow. Left because it did not feel safe. It’s a bummer, we really wanted to buy new glasses here.

On late notice I have been calling around the area looking to schedule not only an eye exam but more importantly receive a trial pair of contacts to wear during my shoot tomorrow. Saved me BIG TIME! I went in with a prescription from another doctor I was unhappy with and they took care of me. Originally they said to make lenses for my frame would take a few days, when I told them that I didn’t have any back up eyeglasses any that I was desperate they ended up making them for me in about 20min! I was amazed, they didn’t try to up sell me or charge extra for anything, just got right to business and 20 min later my new glasses were on my face. They have definitely earned my loyalty as a customer after this experience.

I have been coming to this place for my glasses which my brother has also and recommended to me at first and then my most recent experience it was horrible i went to get my prescription for my glasses done there and when i called a week after to check on the glasses because i paid to get them sent out by mail i called twice they said they would call me back and never did called again ask about it and they said they were going to check no call back again on it and then i called the nect day again and they were closed for ten days or more and i called after they were going to open again and i told them about my glasses again and it turns out it did not get delivered and i had to go get the glasses the next day and i did a dispute on them i paid more than 300 dollars plus a shipping fee as well and to wait more than three weeks for my glasses when i needed them was not acceptable and not a customer satisfaction so this is the last time i go to the place i put it out there because i got a call from there telling me about what i did and it is no excuse for this it is frustrating what i went through.

I went to HYE Optic because a friend referred it to us and it has a very convenient location. All of the staff has an incredible sense of knowledge.I got my new glasses in 48 hours !!!You will definitely see us next time were in need of eye care or new fashion sun glasses!!

I went here 2 years ago. And theyre good on prices. I payed 75 dollars for my frames and 55 dollars for my lenses. The staffers were friendly too. 👍😃

They are always offering more than one type of trials before you decide to purchase a specific type of contact lense, thing that make them trustworthy and reliable.Specifically, I always had troubles with my eyes (very dry) and Hye Optic gave me, for free, on different occasions, different type of lenses to try and evaluate. Sometime they gave me trials that lasted multiple months, just to make sure it was the right brand. Now that Ive finally found a some good contacts for me I will always buy them from Hye Optic.PS: Just going there right now. Thank you for the incredible service guys.

I went there because I lost my glasses, I got new ones in less than 10 minutes! And price is OK too, I payed 80$ for frames + 60$ for lenses. Very kind people and the frames are nice too!

Great experience. They spent a lot of time helping me pick out the right frame for my face then referred me to an optometrist who saw me immediately. Quick, easy, and painless.

Couldnt even shop because they make it difficult to access the store digitally. why do i have to go through the hipster world of twitter or whatever to pick out some frames? let me in on the strategy?

Hye Optic exceeded my expectations on many levels. Not only were my lenses just $50, as opposed to the $200 they cost at Lens Crafters, they turned my glasses around in about 40 minutes since the lenses were in stock. I was in a real emergency too, having lost my glasses, and I needed them desperately for work. They also carry the Mó brand, a killer brand from Spain that I cannot find ANYWHERE in the states, and I got a very unusual and stunning pair for a super reasonable price. The glasses look like they cost upwards of $300. Staff is supremely friendly and has incredible customer service. They even threw in a free eye glass spray. I will never go anywhere else.

This place is horrible. Everyone that I knew who went there complained about this place. I feel like all the positive reviews are written by owners of this practice,because there is no way that anyone really likes this place or could give it 5 stars. When I went there, I felt like the doctor didnt know what she was doing. She asked her assistant to measure my intraocular pressure and this guy took forever after poking my eye like 5 times while the anesthetic was already wearing off until he figured out a number. I picked the glasses from there because they were giving a good deal, but I felt like the prescription was kind of off because I still wouldnt see 20/20. Just pass this place, its going to become a headache and a wast of money. DONT RECOMMEND!!
