This cafe is very chill and relaxing! Music is great too. I had a mocha ice coffee it was good they also have desserts and bagels. Need a place to get things done -- this is a perfect spot for concentrating, working on homework and for small group meetings. They also have a back space you can reserve for larger groups of 5 or more. I would say enough good seating for 15 people. They also have a marker board on the wall if you need to write anything down.

Been coming to Space Eum Cafe for three years now, and I absolutely love this place! Friendly and efficient staff, reasonable prices, great coffee and teas, nice seating area - free WiFi and chill music. They offer some selections of cakes, bagels and baked goods.This is a great place to study, write, meet an old friend to catch up, bring your family, coffee date, job interview - it’s an all round safe place to bring anyone you appreciate or want to impress. Unpretentious and great.

Not open at all and the phone number they listed on their door doesn’t work at all — wish they updated the information on Google so I didn’t make a wasted trip. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So I checked the Space E.Um Cafe in search of a great place to work on my laptop in quiet space.I was NOT disappointed! The light jazz in background, open space layout and WiFi were a welcome breath of fresh air in the over crowded WiFi Cafes of LA.The Korean operators of cafe were all very welcoming and set a relaxing tone.The food selection is light, basic but is well suited to the environment.The WiFi download speed via my iPhone 8 Plus was incredibly fast at 116 Mbs down but painfully and pitifully slow to upload or send at 1mbs!So if your here to research the web then its great, but so much for sending files.At 12pm Wednesday time slot there were only 8 people there. Its a hidden gem so tell your friends.By the way, I offered a Turkey sandwich which was ok, light on the meat but tasted fine, at $4 it was fine for cafe dining.I also ordered a Iced Chai that was delicious!In the back they have a group study table or meeting space which looked ideal for groups or teams to get down to business. See photo attached.As for power for your laptops, they have plenty! I found that many so called internet or WiFi cafes skimp on preparing the space for their client laptops, not here! Every table has a 2 - 6 power outlets via wall mounted junction boxes or power strips.My only negatives are as follows:The Bathrooms are in a shared space outside the cafe managed by the building and they are very subpar in comparison to the quality of the interior of the cafe.They are not dirty but they need a paint job, new seats and a refreshing for sure. See the mens room shot. Be sure to ask for the key at the cafe.My last issue is parking. There is a lot around the corner and street parking but it seemed packed. I have a roof pod so I couldnt use the lot, so I paid $1 per hr on the street right in front.Be sure to check this hidden Jem out!

Cheers to more customers in the future! This coffee shop was one of my favorite places to chill out right now. No hidden charges compared to others! Their ambiance throughout the place was terrific! Try their services and you won’t regret it for sure. Highly recommended for both meetings and friends as well for having an excellent atmosphere.

They forgot a drink, so I feel kind of ripped of. We only realized after we left. Most of the drinks they did prepare were not that flavorful. The coffee was still the beat. The cafe was packed with people. Not really impressive interior. It was quiet, so of you like quiet places to study, it may be a good place for you.

Staffs was very friendly, kind, and fascinating. Also, their shop looked beautiful and tidy. I like it so much from the other coffee shop that I visited.

Id tell you 3 words about this place: lovely, tasty and the 2nd home. Guys create a magic atmosphere with music there and it helped me to work more productive than usual I can. Its not a problem if you need WiFi - free spot for everyone. Before you will decide to grab some coffee with delicious cake there you should know that you wont have problems with parking.

Came here before a meeting with my lawyer who happens to be down the block...... It was good BUT, whats with the one-size-only thing? Prices were comparable to a Starbucks but perhaps the taste was a bit more original. Good stuff none the less, and they have free Wifi. Staff is nice. Try the turkey/cranberry sandwiches too

This place is a great place to relax, study, or to just chill with your family. The employers are so nice and polite. They are very welcoming. The music is so calming. I have to say that once your inside it doesnt feel like outside. It feels different in a good way. The place is spotless. The butter and chocolate crassant are my favorite. Really recommend this place.

Great music, staff are really nice, polite, and friendly. Sometimes Korean business people come over and talk at chatting level but if you have earbuds in you wont notice it that much, especially since theyre talking in a language you dont understand. The drinks are good too!

Im in love with the interior and the vibe!! You know how a restaurant is judged by the food, I think for a coffee shop, it is judged by the vibe whether its good for study or work or just chill. Its very spacious and with some good big table for a study group. The only thing is that its a bit pricey, but not too bad. Its like $5-6 for mocha. Which is about the price of mocha in K-town and definitely not a deal breaker. Might be one of my favorite study place in K-town

I should preface by saying Im more a pastry than a coffee person, and didnt order their coffee. This is just the story of the one drink I did order - the worst value of lemonade Ive ever seen.I went to E.Um Coffee on a lark, as I pass by it often. When I walked in, I searched the menu for something to order and landed upon this summer lemonade. I tried to ask the barista if it was only served in summer or if the name meant anything - there was a minor language barrier but it seemed there was no such restriction. The price for this lemonade was $6.50. I had no idea what could justify such a price and I wanted to find out.That was when I saw her reach under the counter to pull out the minute maid. Oh dear.The 6 dollar lemonade was a jug of minute maid, mixed with seltzer, and given a lemon wedge. It wasnt even that large, and was filled with ice to boot. It was indeed the most disappointing lemonade Ive ever had.It is possible that this was one bad drink on a menu of gems. Possible that this (and the 8 dollar pastry cake slices) were the only marked up items in their repetoir. Possible that their coffee makes up for everything if you do in fact like coffee. I dont want to give this cafe 1 star because I dont know if thats true. But after the drink I did have, I am definitely not returning to find out.

I come here to study every Friday it has a great atmosphere and the workers are super nice. It can get noisy sometimes but it quiets down towards the evening. The crowd leans young(college students studying) but occasional big groups reserve the back seating area. And the caramel macchiato is to die for order it everytime.

Customer service is aces 😎 Simple sandwiches & cookies to go with your brew. Excellent space to chill with your laptop for a while. Classic modern cafe surroundings & atmosphere. Low-key & warm. Id go out of my way to spend time here.

Youre not going to find a nicer staff anywhere, I promise you that! This mostly quiet and relaxing spot gets a little busy around lunch but is always a good place to meet or get work done. The prices and quality are both great. If they have a fresh batch, try the cold brew.They have been open just a few months and only have limited snacks right now, but last I heard theyre opening a restaurant next door and will be able to serve a homemade menu. Looking forward to it!

A nice place with pretty good coffee, prices are a bit steep but its a good place to get some work done (usually, now and then people take calls) or just mellow out or meet a friend. I wish they had some more food options besides basic pastries, but its a keep it simple kind of place and I appreciate that. Sometimes I want to stay longer but I need to leave to get a bite and keep my brain running.

This is good for studying and the staff are nice but the thing here, I ordered a pastry and heated to microwave over. I was be like, (that’s big no no.) should heat the kind of pastries through the oven toaster. May also, shouldn’t ever put a plastic on the plate with pastry. You can put the plastic but not on the plate.

Americano was five stars good, but we waited over twenty minutes for the coffee. There was one person in front of us, otherwise the place was empty. I would have given three stars but the coffee was so good that the wait was somewhat justified. Friendly staff and care was given when making the drinks.

One of my favorite coffee-shops in the whole LA. Free parking, which is almost impossible in Ktown. Great tasting coffee. Super friendly owners and employees. Fast Wi-Fi and tons of outlets to plug in your laptop. Whether you have a meeting or need to work or study for a few hours - this is the right place.

I think I found my new study spot. Came here on a Thursday afternoon around 1pm and it was a bit crowded with chatty Korean office workers on their lunch break, but it got quiet when they left. Good amount of seating with plenty of outlets along the walls. Coffee was good. Staff was incredibly kind. Wifi was fast. The space was well-lit and roomy. It had pretty much everything I could ask for.

This is my third time here and I still love being comfortable here while doing my work with a nice cup of hot mocha. It has such a relaxing vibe and I also would consider this one of the places for a nice working environment when you need to get some work done or studying to do! The music in the background is not that even distracting and it plays a lot of relaxing songs at a good volume. I was even impressed how spacious this place is since there are so many tables with a power outlet each so there shouldnt be an issue when you need to get your good seat and charge any device. They even have a functional wifi that you dont have to be stressed about either.They have various choices of drinks but so far, I ordered iced matcha latte last time and 2 cups of hot/iced mocha. I love the heavy taste quality of both drinks since it has the rich matcha flavor and the mocha drink wasnt that too sweet either with the right amount of caffeine in it.They even have a nice bakery where you could get some good snacks along with your drinks such as fresh cookies, muffins, bagels, bread, etc. This kind lady gave me the Madeleine cookies as an extra and boy, I was surprised by the softest texture and the great taste after I took the bite out of these cookies. It was well made and prepared freshly in a small bag.The parking situation isnt stressful for this place either since they have their own parking lot thatll last for 2 hours.

This a quiet little coffee shop in K-town. I was worried about it being too crowded, but there are quite a few tables. You probably wont have to wait long to get a nice table to hunker down and study. Its a really nice, clean environment. The coffee is okay - but I was more there to study than to get an excellent cup of coffee.Oh yeah - and there is free parking. How often can you say that in Los Angeles?My only complaint is that the internet can be a little bit slow at times since there are so many people using it. But other than that - I really liked it!

They design of the place is so cute and makes you feel welcome. The coffee is wonderful, smooth and great balance of sweetness.

Lived the atmosphere. Perfect for studying! Strong coffees (drip, micro and cold brews), helbal teas, some light snacks/pastries (no real food....not even sandwiches), and my favorite: matcha green tea latte. They menu tends to change every few minutes that or so, so my list is current. One more thing, free WiFi and They close at 9pm.

I came here with a friend for some study time and the guy at the register said he was creating a new brew and had a cup of coffee ready to go and he gave it to me for free. That cant be beat. For a cup that was of the old brew before switching of to tht enew brew, it was pretty flavorful and had a good nutty flavor. The design on it was well done as it was a leaf. I felt like I was drinking a work of art. It is located in the heart of K-town and parking is hard to come by unless you can find street parking.

It is a quiet atmosphere for studying and good for chatting with friends. Ahead of Christmas in December, carol music accompanies us. The staff is friendly and the coffee tastes good
