The employees here have impeccable customer service skills and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience despite the wait. They were visibly understaffed and overwhelmed—smiling and asking how can they help with tears in their eyes. Where was their manager? Why were they not there to help? It is clear that management is not taking care of these young team members. No one should be under this much stress making coffee and smoothies. I was ready to grab an apron, hop over the counter, and help them with whatever they needed. It’s sad seeing such young people in this situation. I hope management addresses this soon and starts stepping it up.

Absolutely adore this place. The Açaí bowls are extremely refreshing and a great start to your day. Maybe because of the pandemic, the last açaí bowl had a brown banana and tart strawberries. It doesn’t negate the many other times that I’ve been and the fruit was really fresh.

Just an unpleasant place to be. Not very friendly and incredibly slow. And expensive. Stuff is kinda good but not worth all the trouble.

This is my favorite smoothie place in LA, nothing additive or weird in the drink. It doesn’t melt like a weird box of melted crayons. They are the friendliest staff! Don’t forget to try the city of angels juice it’s hard to quit

For two Acai bowl take more than 1/2 hour, wow this not the place to come, they take for ever. at least I pend 1 hour for 2 bowl of Acai not worthy. Not coming back.

Used to love going here all the time for the smoothies but after my last experience I just will never come back. They charged me for avocado toast and after they had no avocados or toast. That wasnt a bother to me when one of the employees said that I would be refunded. Well guess what that was a week ago and still no refund. Second there is this one employee and they are so rude everytime to me. The last time I went when I bought the avocado toast that I didnt get I made a point to tip them $10 on my one item. They didnt even say thank you. Im sorry are they used to getting larger tips? Was my 10 bucks not generous enough for them to atleast say thanks have a good one. Please re think having them be your employee because I dread going in because my experience with that specific person is so awful everytime but I enjoy the food so I continued. After tipping 10 and not reciving my food or refund from them I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

The drinks are so good . I mean its pricey but hey, if you return the container after you drink it you’ll get a dollar back . I would personally keep the container to use it for something useful, perhaps for some good salsa.

What a find! I stopped here while waiting for my car to finish in the shop down the street and the smoothie was awesome! I told them I wanted something green but was allergic to the main ingredient in most green drinks and they recommend the go green, it did not disappoint!

Based on the juice and the helpful servers, this is a 5+ star operation! Most of the employees here are full of smiles, helpful information, suggestions, and samples when they have leftover smoothie inventory. And I am flat-out addicted to their smoothies. I would come here every day if it were closer. The carrot-cake and acai-flavored smoothies (Psychedelic Sunrise and Im Awake, I believe, in that order) are my favorite. Smoothies are $11 a pop (less $1 if you return the glass jar it comes in) and these are huge servings and super filling. I never purposely plan to use it as a meal replacement but I find I cant eat a single thing after finishing one of these.So why four stars instead of five? It takes a long, I mean VERY long time to prepare a single smoothie. I should have timed my orders to be certain, but once I ordered three different flavors and it felt like I waited twenty minutes. It was long enough that my friends waiting outside were complaining and asked why it had taken so long.Its like theres only one blender or something, and sometimes there isnt a sense of urgency, either.The pace is akin to my lollygagging in the kitchen on a Sunday night. (E.g. hmmm what should I make? Lets grab some of this, some of that. Wheres my knife? Maybe I should sharpen it first. Or not. Wait. What was I doing again?) But if you have time to spare, its worth it. The people are so friendly, and these smoothies are refreshing, delicious, and OUT OF THIS WORLD!

I cannot express how amazing this place is. The quality of the ingredients are absolutely top-notch. The smoothies are fresh and are always interesting/good combinations. And the juices are the best I have had in LA.

Nothing wrong with the flavor/juices. They are $12 for a smoothie. Thats a lot really. It should be $5/$6. The response received by the owner isnt appropriate. Wouldnt want to come back and definitely wouldnt. Ive been to many other cold pressed juice/smoothie places. That are way better and definitely worth the $12. Especially a place where you would receive a more appropriate response(not filled with anger) like this one.

This place is great! I was very impressed with the smoothies there are a variety to choose from and they are very fulfilling. The staff was pleasant and able to answer all my questions. I am definitely planning on returning and spreading the word to friends and great juices and smoothies.

I just moved to this part of the neighborhood and was looking for a quality healthy juice and smoothie spot and this place is by far one of the best places I have ever been to!! They gave me so many samples of everything. The LAX and the Tree Hugger were absolutely amazing! You can taste the quality in these guys products. Something I know doesnt come cheap these days anywhere you go. This place is a healthy vegans dream! I cant wait to try everything else they have on the menu! Everything was very fresh. Will be seeing more of me! This is my new favorite spot!!!

I went into LA Press whilst out on a walk last week thinking I would just explore what they had to offer and come back another day.The helpful staff were down to earth, informative, and friendly. They poured samples so I could experience and compare what they had to offer. I was so impressed by the range of well balanced and interesting blends that I changed my mind and went home with some absolutely delicious and refreshing juices.I will be back soon to try their smoothies and coffee; I am confident that they will be of the same high quality. A nice touch is that they reimburse $1 for each clean bottle that you return.Welcome to the neighborhood!

Best tasting juice combinations I’ve ever had from a juice bar!

I ordered an acai bowl, which was delicious, but SO big! Would love if you did a half size. Disappointed by the service of the woman who helped me. She seemed annoyed to be there and was quite abrasive. Also, it took longer than what felt reasonable to get my order- maybe because they had pick-ups to prepare? Regardless, wish this would have been a better experience :/

The exotic mix recipes are not found anywhere else. The organic superfood smoothies are a meal in themselves. Vegan and raw food items are also available.The coffees are direct trade and brewed to order, or you can choose from a variety of organic teas.The staff are very friendly and helpful, and a free sample helps you to decide which juice your body craves at the moment.

LA Press is everything an organic juice bar should be. They utilize the best ingredients in their smoothies and juices and craft their original holistic formulations with integrity. The coffee is the best Ive found in LA and I was born and grew up here. Wonderful staff. Must tries: The Green Room, Tree Hugger, and the Uber Good. Perks: Exceptional WiFi service, lovely air conditioning, and super clean restroom with humidifier. Also the retail section sports a top tier selection of advanced nutritional products the wellness-savvy will recognize. In addition to the scent of fresh fruits and veggies, dont be surprised if you notice the sweet aroma of sage or palo santo upon entering. 5 stars.

This place is really impressive! Ive been here several times. Im not sure where to begin.. The coffee is flat out AMAZING. Great flavor by itself and they do superfood lattes!!! This is next level coffee for sure! And the Rush Hour iced espresso smoothie is really top notch! If you are into tea, the Celeb Bra Tea (vanilla maple matcha latte) is absolutely delicious!! They make their own almond milk too.The smoothies are some of the best Ive tasted and they have a lot of different options. I personally like the Health Nut and the Green Room but you really cant go wrong with any of them! The best part about these guys is the juice tho.. They offer 9 different juices and i have to say, they really did a flawless job with the alchemy on pretty much all of them. Really good job guys! Seriously. The LAX and the Audition are at the top of my list but the 72° & Sunny and the Premiere come in at a close second.They have Wellness Shots too that are really awesome and quite medicinal. They also offer Juice Cleanses! I did a 7day cleanse and It was honestly one of the best cleanses Ive done so far. My skin cleared up. To top it all off, these guys are all Organic and dont use any weird sugars or sweeteners. Only honey, maple, and dates in their smoothies and premium drinks.If you are looking for food they have a selection of raw vegan items like wraps and salads but the raw vegan sandwiches they carry are unbelievably incredible! Im addicted to those things! The staff has always been very friendly to me and seemed very knowledgeable. They created a very pleasurable vibe and energy in that place. The atmosphere there is super chill and fresh and not to mention Clean! The bathroom is nice and clean too which is always a major plus. Shows where any business is at. Great Art and conscious health products on the retail shelves. Over all this place is a gem with great integrity. You can feel it.

Omg. I love LA Press. Its around the corner from my cousins house and they also are on delivery apps! Ive tried four of their smoothies n shakes (the Red Carpet, the Im Awake, the Malibu Sunshine and the Go Green) and they are all delicious! I cant wait to go back and try more. Everything is plant based/vegan-friendly, but they dont compromise flavor and taste for healthiness as some places do. The flavor in the smoothies really POP in your mouth, absolutely delicious!I also LOVE their pastries. They have almond and chocolate croissants, peach and raspberry muffins and more. I tried both croissants and the muffins and did not regret getting both at the same time like the greedy I am. Lol. They are delicious! The croissants are perfectly puffy, flaky and dont have too much almond or chocolate in them. The muffins I could taste the raspberry and the peach equally. Neither flavor was too overbearing which makes for a delish breakfast muffin!And finally, I LOVE that they consider the environment. They are a green company; one of their initiatives is that they serve their juices, smoothies/shakes and cold brews in 16 oz. glass jars (its a $1 deposit) and if you bring them back, you get a refund on your next drink (all to help minimize our carbon footprint and keep plastic out of landfills). Imagine saving 5 bottles and returning them on your next visit. That could be a nice discount!This is definitely a go-to spot for me whenever I visit LA. I highly recommend this delicious spot for your daily healthy smoothie and pastry fix!

We were headed to a wedding and arrived a little early so we thought wed grab a smoothie or cup of coffee. I tried the Rush Hour, a smoothie with lots of healthy ingredients. Not only was it delicious, but its got a couple shots of expresso! The staff was very friendly, too.

BEST COFFEE IN THE LA BREA/MIRACLE MILE AREA!LA Press is the little cafe of heaven. Were Picasso alive, he would have nicknamed LA Press Art in a Glass. Every smoothie/coffee/juice is a taste bud rollercoaster - and OMG is it a thrill I cant get enough of.Try some coffee with MCT oil or Ghee. Your old Starbucks coffee will never even come close to reaching the bar of satisfaction that is LA Press coffee perfection. If you have no idea what those ingredients are - Ask. The staff is incredibly helpful in breaking down any component of each drink.Ive been twice now and love everything about this spot. Its my new go-to cafe/work space. The coffee is killer, free wifi, plus free parking, the staff is awesome, and the smoothies are my new guilty pleasure.Order anything on the menu, you cant go wrong.
