We found Clary’s on our walking tour of Thousand Oaks. The menu was great, the service great and our meals arrived promptly. The grilled cheese sandwich was great and the soup tasty. Just what we needed to recharge our batteries, before we carried on.
I enjoyed the iced chai tea latte with the milk substitution of almond-oat milk as well as the cinnamon raisin bagel toasted w/ cream cheese. Service was quick, straightforward, and respectful which is perfect when in the airport and on the go. If you have time before your flight boards, the is plenty of seating at their tables with benches.
What a neat little coffee shop. Delicious food and friendly staff. It is small so you may have to wait because it does get crowded. There is outdoor and indoor seating.Your coffee cup never goes below 1/2 and the menu offers a wide selection.
If you are looking for aLocal coffee shop, with the best quality and a lovely environment, this is your spot. I highly suggest the chocolate croissant and the mocha with coconut or almond milk. Also, very instagram friendly walls, great for selfies!
This is my favorite place to study in west LA! The atmosphere is comfortable, the WiFi is fast, they also offer pastries/snacks, and the drinks are on point. Im not a coffee drinker, so I usually opt for a matcha latte. Depending on the weather, Ill get it hot or iced and both have been deliciously flavorful. I always pick up a drink for the road home, its that good! The prices are already good, but showing a student ID gets you 15% off. This place is amazing.
Highly recommend! Healthy food and excellent service that is given with a smile every time. What a pleasure!
Horchata latte and lavender latte! This place is so good, new hidden gem Definitely recommend the horchata latte. They also have good croissants, and the whole ambiance of the store is cute. Must try lattes!
Came here on a whim since we were looking for tea in the area. Ended up trying their special, an iced blended toffee coffee and it is sooooo good. Havent had anything like it. Came back a few times just for the that drink. Hopefully it stays on the main menu.
Like any airport it is very expensive but after a long air journey from Australia and having to spend a few hours to catch another flight to Denver having a eat something and have a coffee is something. So I guess it is worthwhile. The food is filling but not delicious or sumptuous. Air travellers have very little choice, especially for vegan and vegetarian travellers.
A nice place to come back to. What a lovely experience! Lovely coffee, yummy breakfast, good quality food and warm atmosphere.
A really good alternative to Starbucks coffee at Los Angeles Airport. It was a real life saver to me when I arrived early for a works day in LA and was in need of a good dose of caffeine. Lattes and cappuccinos are also good and over your average airport standards
Very friendly, insightful and knowledgeable staff. Clean and inviting atmosphere, inspite of the high traffic of the surrounding common areas. First time experience was pleasant.
Very busy, but customer service didnt suffer at all. Very polite, friendly, and efficient workers here. Coffee and food were amazing too! If it wasnt in an airport, Id probably come here more often
It was a great place to grab a quick cup of coffee while traveling. If I would have been able to say it looked to be a nice place to either enjoy a book, chat with friends and family, work on a project for work or school, or just enjoy your cup of coffee alone.Very pretty decor.
The service, the price, the quality of coffee and desserts, the comfortable atmosphere - all are first-rate. This is a great place to stop and spend some time.
I waited 20 minutes for my drink and there was only one other customer a flight attendant who talked casually with the barista without regard for me. She had to remake the drink because I ordered it hot and she made it iced. Made me wait another 10 minutes before they started to make my new drink. The second drink handed to me was not even close to what Id ordered.
I really wasnt expecting this to be good since it is in the airport and I wondered if they dial in the espresso everyday, etc.But this place lived up to the companys reputation. I had an Americano and it was perfectly balanced. Just the right amount of sweetness and punch. I will definitely be ordering their espresso beans online and trying to reproduce that flavor on my home espresso machine. One last cool point - on the bags of espresso beams they have the brew parameters. That is a really nice touch - some roasters act like its a state secret.

We needed milk for our infant before getting on our flight and our cashier, Cloud, took care of us and even offered to warm it up. While we were waiting she refilled our water bottles as well. An absolute blessing to get that kind of service and sincerity with a screaming baby in your arms. Will definitely be back.
Customer service with an attitude. Upon first coming up to the counter the employees completely ignored me and once one finally came over and took my order he didn’t even pay enough attention to me to get my order correct! To make matters worse upon actually drinking the coffee they made me I found it was OVERLY BLAND. Poor coffee and poor service
This is a review for their drip coffee, which was unexpectedly delicious. Great level of acidity, not burnt like drip from another major coffee chain (ahem Starbucks), and quite fragrant. I dont know if this was an aberration, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Iced coffee was described as a deep bold flavor and they were right. Delicious beverage for a reasonable price as well as a conservative amount of ice. Would recommend.
I ordered a Manhattan Beach sandwich which ostensibly was a crusted chicken breast topped with spicy marinara sauce and smothered with fresh mozzarella, all served on a crispy baguette. It certainly had plenty of sauce and cheese, but it was accompanied by a piece of something that was almost, but not quite, entirely unlike chicken. Most disappointing. At least it was hot and filled a hole when needing a quick stop to eat, which is about all you can expect from airport shops.
My coffee was made very well not too strong but perfect in the amount of sugar and milk. My order was out in no time It was just a good experience overall.
This is the place to get coffee at LAX. They make their lattes with half n half by default and make them well everytime. There is always a line for a reason, people will even form a huge line before they open. I often come to this terminal even if its not my main one if i have time just to get the coffee.
It was a lifesaver. Just flew through the night and was exceptionally tired. The coffee here gave me the boost needed to get through the day. Great tasting.
Filth and lack of cleanliness found a new definition in the UA terminal at LAX. Lots of staff yet service was slow and lacked anything g like charm or a smile. Floors were dirty, trash bins overflowing, Associated tables disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned for hours. Will never order coffee or a snack in that unhealthy trash can again.
A fantastic pour over well worth the wait. However ticked down here because $6 for an oat bar is silly. At least put prices on things in the snack aisle.
Hard to really review. Was there at when they were very close to closing. Not many, if any people there. Food was good, licensed so able to have a bud with the food.
My coffee was made very well not too strong but perfect in the amount of sugar and milk. My order was out in no time It was just a good experience overall.
The coffee here was amazing!!! Tried it on a whim, as it was across from my gate. Couldnt believe how flavourful and tasty my simple brew of the day was. Easy, fast, friendly. Just delicious coffee
I had the smoothest coffee drink from here. I was starving from traveling all day, and needed a coffee to fill me up. It was called Kona something, and it was blended. I asked if it had coconut in it. The girl right away just responded. I can put coconut in it for you. Lol I was just asking, but I like the enthusiasm.I didnt think it would be anything special. Oh but it was. It was the most delicious coffee drink I can remember having. I think that coconut milk gave it that nice smoothness. The service was good. The little section with the cup holders and straws and things was kept up well. It was a pretty clean little place. I definitely recommend this place if youre hungry for a coffee drink.
Great smooth low acidic coffee. Tasty breakfast sandwiches too just prepared for $$
Ordered the Mexican Mocha with oat milk and thought it was great! Service was pretty quick too. Expensive, but thats airport food for you.
The fresh orange juice and warm blueberry muffins were delicious. Service was friendly. Tables were dirty.
Quick place to pick up a snack before boarding a plane on LAX concourse 7. Not inexpensive but better variety than on the aircraft.
Honestly Im writing because Im bored. But my boyfriend and I ordered two sandwiches and neither of us got what was described. Mine was meant to be a wrap with a hash brown. Neither were wraps. Neither had hash browns. It almost seemed like they just made what they wanted and sent it down the line. If you want a surprise combination of cheese meat & grease this is the place for you.
Go for the Mexican mocha and honey/goat cheese toast. Really go well together.
I wasnt going to give them even a one star. They took about 15-20 mins to make a sandwich. Something my kids wanted to eat before boarding. Customer service was really bad (except that one lady who was at the card only register. Thank you!) For me, yes, I do care about having a good quality food but customer service always comes first!!!!
Greasy, overpriced roast beef melt was my order. Typical airport food. It wasnt bad, and most of the staff was pleasant. The woman who called my name, though, did it 3 times in the span of 5 seconds, prompting me to snap that I was coming. Give me a chance to stand up and walk over before acting like Im abandoning my order. Otherwise, I may come back for some coffee if Im ever in L.A. again, but doubtful.
I really love their coffee. It gives me chills and the ambiance of the place is awesome too.
The coffee was awesome! Thank you. It was great!
Description: bacon, egg, turkey sausage, hash browns, cheddar and jack cheese on a flour tortilla.$10. Sounds yummy....What you get: cardboard flavored tortilla with a pinch if cheese, maybe one strip of bacon, maybe one sausage link and maybe 1/4 cup of hash browns. Im not sure they included the egg... Terrible. So bland and at the most $1.50 worth if food. Total rip off even for the airport.Wish I could add pictures
The coffee was fine, nothing to write home about. But at some point, the staff had accidentally set off some kind of ear-piercing alarm, which they seemed to blithely ignore while it blared for 3-5 minutes. We had to leave.
Great coffee and croissants. Try the almond one, its very good.
Good coffee. Had the iced coffee....future note...request less ice😜
Inside terminal 7 United departure level. The eye opener coffee has revived my night on quite a few occasions! Reasonable price considering the location, and quick service.
My first and last time at Klatch. The cashier set expectations way too high. She was pleasant and cheerful leading me to believe this was going to be a good experience. It was not. 😢
Pricey, but it is at the airport. Chai tea had over have of the cup as foam... The breakfast sandwich was tasty, but way over prices. Medium Chai, breakfast sandwich... 17 bucks.
Pretty good coffee spot in the airport. I had the Mexican Mocha which was a tasty change of pace from my usual black coffee or espresso.
Prices for drinks were affordable and staff was very nice and efficient. Their food was on the expensive side. My daughter HATED the paper straws as they got soggy extremely fast!
We had iced coffee drinks here while on a layover waiting for our United flight. They were quite good.
Quick service, meh coffee, muffin was tasty but all stump and no top
Coffee was ok. Breakfast burrito was way too hot! Hard to eat in a hurry, and were often in a hurry in an airport.
My Latte was Amazing!!! And I was very satisfied with the customer service.
Very nice and helpful made me really good cup of coffee!
Its in the airport and fast food. It was just ok. I had an egg, bacon and cheese sandwich on a bun and it didnt have much flavor.
Friendly service but had to ask for a bag to carry our purchse
Beautiful Coffee House and Serene Environment. Staff friendly and efficient.
If there is less than one star I would lower this rating. long line, unorganized and poor slow service. got a bagel with cream cheese before a flight at 6am. this is in NJ and should be embarrassed to serve these bagels. not even cut in half making it very messy it was like chewing rubber. they are lucky I was on the plane or I would have brought it back and demanded a refund. have some Jersey pride and serve real bagels which we are known for having, then people wont mind paying more and might even come back.
OMG- The worst scones I have ever eaten. They weigh about a half pound, hard as a rock, sat in the freezer for week and did I say, only 3 blueberries. Plus, when you let them know on their website, they commit to getting back to you in 24 hours. Its been two weeks now. It is amazing what a monopoly will do for service.
This was at LAX airport and all choices there are expensive. That said, the quality of the food we had for breakfast here was awesome and had the best value. High quality ingredients and even though it was super busy the employees were very nice.
Creme brulee blended drink was way better than expected.
Had to wait 15 mins for a mocha.Although it was pretty good.
Good root beer float...not so good grilled cheese. Thought they could do better for 8.50....
I enjoyed the first time I was very impressed this second time. The food really takes this place over the top.
12 bucks for a crossaant sandwich. Holy rip-off Batman!!! Super friendly staff but its price gouaging.
Good place to get coffee while waiting for your flight to board at LAX.
The best coffee shop at LAX, by far. Great lattes.
Good coffee. Great service and lovely ambience
2 sandwiches and 2 coffees $28 little pricey quality good
May be out of the their wheelhouse, but I ordered an iced tea and it was awful. Tasted like burnt rubber. I tipped it out and filled cup up with water from the public fountain instead. Waste of money.
Coffee not so great but the customer service is excellent so I would still go back.
Expensive, but thats expected. They do have a good variety.
Fast service prices and menu comparable to the other big chain coffee house
I was at the Klatch Coffee in LAX Airport Feb.8. My plan was to grab a sandwich and water for my flight. I got the chicken caesar wrap for $9.95. (I was hungry so price was not the object) :) The lettuce was old and soggy and the tortilla was soggy too. So disappointing. ughI hate writing bad reviews but took the time to do so this time.
Dont rush. I ordered the Mexican mocha - it was excellent. It took a while to make it; keep in mind these are not push button baristas! That said and just going by instinct, I would not buy a sandwich there. United has a wifi bar nearby.
Its airport coffee with a smile. A little strong for my taste, but you may dig it.
Love their new sparkling cold drink feeling healthy and refreshing!
So good. I was very impressed. Im definitely going back!
I recommend to order right away after your arrive, the patience is worth it and you dont have to worry during your layover. ☕️👍
Fair price and fast service.
I asked if my macchiato (10oz cup) could be steamed like a latte and not only did the barista do it but he steamed the milk so well he was able to do a little latte art too! Wasnt expecting such a great airport espresso drink this morning and was so pleasantly surprised! Thank you!
Just so incredibly slow. they werent even trying you can see everyone moving at a leisurely pace.
Nice coffee, The service staffs were friendly.
Swift service and a comfortable place to sit for a bit.
Coffee beans down the terminal is cheaper, faster, and same quality. This one takes 15-20 minutes from order.
