Was looking for a quick bite and found this place. Lots of variety of flavors! Wanted to buy one of each- literally! Got my bagel toasted with cream cheese but when I got it didnt appear toasted just soft it was still good. The vanilla cold brew hit the spot😁

Bagels were good, but the wait was far too long for such a small amount of customers. I didnt order anything complicated and just a toasted plan bagel with cream cheese and I was standing around for nearly 30mins.

Not New York bagels for sure but its decent enough. Bagels taste more like a roll than a bagel (also on the thinner side). I got the lox on a plain bagel and it was meh. Not much lox. Cream cheese was not enough for me. The addition on onion, tomatoes and capers were decent. Hubby got the farmhouse on the spinach Florentine - quite decent, he enjoyed it so thats good. Caribou coffee was pretty good too. Pricey bagels though imo

Ordered from Door Dash and it was the worst! Zero stars if I could. Missing 3 items. No orange juice, muffin, and cream cheese. Gave plain bagels.

Google says majority of their bagels are vegan, so I went there, but they just told me in store that their bagels are all made with milk and eggs. So I don’t know who is right, google or them, very confusing, waste of my trip there & planning.

Came in unsure, left feeling like Einstein. A chain bagel establishment on Wilshire Blvd that has the claim to fame of delivering amazing shmear? How about a Herbivore Bagel + Iced Coffee for under $6? Absolute SCORE. Close to museum row and/or La Brea/Fairfax - this place gave me a delightful surprise I could not deny. Posters which highlight the ingenuity of the Einstein Bros in a playful manner dont fail to have far reach when backed by menu items like an arugula smothered bagel, topped with cream cheese shmear, cucumber, and tomato (photo included)! Leave it up to bright service, being called bro and laughing, and the warm folks who work there to make it a place I can always enjoy. The self-serve style coffee bar is genius - kudos Einstein. Who wants too much ice in their iced coffee? Not me. You customize all your caffeinated beverages to your personal needs here and leave feeling satisfied that you put in the exact amount of cream to your liking (see photo). Job well done.

This is my favorite coffee house. Best bagels ever! I come here very, very often, almost daily. Very good price point. You will not break the bank here. Because my office was right down the street, I was going to this place every day for many months as a steady customer most of 2019. I was getting charged a different price for the same thing depending on who was ringing it up, but I noticed that whenever I was being given a hard time, it was always the female employees (just telling the truth).So Im in there talking with the two young guys working that morning, and I pointed this out. We were having a light-hearted conversation when all of a sudden the female supervisor comes storming out trying to wield her authority, demanding that I be charged more than he was charging me. Id like to point out that this is the same company as Noahs Bagel which I have racked up many rewards with, so I know that the guy is charging me the Exact Same price for the Same Item Ive been getting from Noahs.It was more important for her to flex her feminist-supervisor muscle and argue with a customer than to provide customer service to a person whos every day purchase amounts to $1820.00 per year. Just goes to show how shortsighted many so-called managers are, and how they dont understand the way business really works.I have since taken my business to the Noahs Bagel on Larchmont where I am Not overcharged and my business is appreciated with a very kind and professional treatment by the staff. The two young guys who worked here at the time were very cool. I hope they are not suffering under the tyrannical management style of their seemingly feminazi supervisors.

The food was good but the workers certainly had attitude, not sure if it was because they are dealing with a lot of strangers to L.A. passing through. Good food bad service so I give it a 3 out of 5.

Had a wonderful time here, with my friend Addy and the coffee was better than Starbucks! Sorry Starbucks, but Einsteins Caribou Coffee Blends were loaded with flavor and the blueberry muffins and Bagel Sandwiches were flavorful as well. Nothing better than Addy and coffee this morning, and I miss them both already!😂😥😁😣

I have mixed feelings about this place. Its super convenient and staff is super nice. But Im from the northeast where a good bagel is amazing and everything else you dont even mention. The bagels here are more like rolls than bagels.

Nothing too spectacular but thats exactly what I needed get in get my bagel get out. Got a nice little lunch on the Run Park right in front of the place the young lady who helped me was very friendly and efficient and it was a tasty treat on the way to my next job! I will definitely go back again look like their menu had a lot of options that I wanted to try

Great breakfast! Didnt have the chocolate pastries I was looking for originally, but all of their Cinnamon pastries are pretty good. Plus, the strawberry banana smoothie was much better than I expected. There was also a really nice guy there, who seem to make people feel welcome and comfortable, didnt get his name. Though Im sure Ill be back here a lot!

Really good bagel shop. Service is very kind and the bagels are delicious. Also, you can get a bagel with a spread and a coffee for under $5. It has both indoor and outdoor seating and the ambiance is nice (Starbucks - like).

Good bagel sandwiches. I ordered the Farmhouse with an Ancient Grains bagel. The combination of eggs, bacon, cheese, and schmear was excellent. The bagel was light and not very sense, but that was perfect for the sandwich. I got a coffee and it was good, too.

I placed a catering order of bagels and schmear for my office. When I picked up my order everything was prepared and ready for me. They had the bagels as well as plates, utensils, napkins, the works. And everyone there was helpful and cheery, even though it was early and raining. Thanks Einsteins on Wilshire!

I love this place. I get the lox sandwich on an everything bagel, and an unending cup of coffee for $10. It is absolutely perfect and I had the identical meal at the famous Barney Greengrass, and it cost twice that and was not as good. If I dont get there once a week I go into a withdrawal fit. Thank you Einsteins.

I go for the lunch. A nice bagel sandwich and it comes with chips or fruit. Its a pretty good deal. The turkey, avocado and bacon sandwich is really good. A little weird to order but still pretty good.

Service was good. The bagels were good. The coffee ☕️ was great, I tried the hazelnut flavor. Parking in the area is tough to find. Perfect for an early morning stop before work.

Super clean and plenty of room. Organized and the food is good. Sometimes a little salty or sweet but good overall. The only issue is sometimes they take long.

Lox bagel sandwich was great

First, there was a hair in one of the egg bagels that I could have eaten, I dont know if there was more. Second, we ordered a double egg sandwich, but they only gave us one, after charging us an extra 50 cents. Third, we wanted the bagels to-go but they just left it out on the counter and we did not know it was ours because it was supposed to be a to-go!

I come in every week. The place is clean. The workers are friendly and cheerful. They always have the food I want. Price is perfect. And the shmears are good. I like this place.

Good bagels, but double-check your order before leaving, especially if you ordered anything extra. They keep leaving out my extra potato salad. (And occasionally forget the regular side too.) And if you show up close to noon or later on a weekend they may be out of your favorite bagel.

The staff is really great. Been coming to this location for years and have never had a bad experience with a single person on the team. Even with big complex orders. Friendly and genuine. In a city full of bagel shops - the people behind the counter make the diffference.

I placed a phone order.. the women on the phone repeated my order 3 times which was kinda annoying but at least Ill get my order right.. Wrong.. smh I showed up it wasnt busy and I went to cashier they told me someone will be with me shortly I waited till a women came and I recognized the same voice from phone for her to tell me she never got a order from me. I just got off the phone from her five min before she like I can place it now I was on my way to work why I places the phone order.. so in the end I never got all my bagels and juices. Cause this place has no organization i can see if it was busy.. but I was more sad about the customer service that this lady had..

It was my first time here. I will probably not come back. My name was inputted wrong and when I asked what name they called, I was ignored. I just sat there, not sure if the bag on counter was mine (I asked to eat here). I felt like an alien. There guy that I paid was super friendly when directing me to the coffee.

Employees need to pay attention to what they are doing. They forgot to put my sons muffin in my bag which I had paid for and I also heard another customer wanting a refund because they did the same to her.

Horrible horrible experience! I ordered a plain breakfast bagle. Egg bacon and ham. They screwed up the order not once but twice! After the second time Jimmy started to argue with me and he didnt even take the order. He told me that I ordered some specialty bagel and I said I ordered a plain breakfast bagel. He continued to argue with me and I told him to walk off and he stilled argues with me even after his supervisor told him to walk away. Damn young kids now a days just want to argue. Im in so cal for work I will NEVER visit this bagel shop again. Horrible customer service and its too bad because the bagels look really good!

It was advertised on the net on national coffee day, that u get a free coffee from einsteins, NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. But when I went there she said u have to make a purchase to get the free coffee.....PLUS print out some coupon! NOT COOL EINSTEINS!! I walked out of course...
