They are awesome! I went here for my cellphone screen repair. The price is so reasonable and every staff is super nice and professional. The store location is easy to find even you are not an expert in Korea Town. Of course, they have a huge parking lot. I definitely go back here!

This is the only place I shop whenever I need a new phone or service. Peter knows all the good deals (including promos youve never heard of). He is attentive and provides excellent customer service by answering all my questions (pros and cons). He even assists me in going over my phone bills. In the business of customer service, I look for reliability, and Peter knows the customers need. Highly recommended.

My go to place whenever I need help with my account. I feel very comfortable with the staff there especially Peter (he is very professional). Perfect service compared to other stores I’ve been too. For someone that is picky like me this place is the one for me.

Come here instead of dealing with Verizon directly: People here consults & recommends the ideal plan and phone device, plus handles all the wait & hassels for you without any extra service charge. So many of my close friends who use Verizon come to this place for this convenience. A friend of mine introduced me to this place and i did too for my caring ones. I have seldomly heard complains about Verizon due to its higher rate or poor signal, but never heard a single blame or complain about me introducing this place.Once you become their customer, the afterwards are so easy, from simple plan change to device upgrade (even data transfer) and dealing factory recall.Been coming here since 2014, upgraded total 4 phones, been through all that and Peter here dealt all these hassel part, not me.One time when i visited for an upgrade, Samsung crew was there to promote s10. I asked why at this small store, they said the number of Wellcom customers are not so small. I guess thats why Peter is so busy, dealing extra supports for so many others, but hey, i always get what i wanted from here; phones or answers.

The worst place ever. do not come here...peter or whatever his name ..manipulative a-hole.. horrible korean dude with his small wee wee. I will not come here. Obviously the girls that wrote the reviews are Korean girls who were manipulated by Peter or forced to write fictional review ...you can get a better service by a homeless person..thats how bad this place is.. DO NOT COME HERE. PETER is horrible and has the worst attitude ..well what do you expect from a loser ..sore eye...eye broccoli... Korean Peter...

Think twice before you fix your device there .. i went with my broken phone there and after 20 min they said it is not fixable ... but when i tried to open the phone to see what they did i could not .. everything wast missed and one one the connector was broken .. for sure i can not proof it but looks like you can not trust them
