I took it to Shawn and he gave the best service youll ever get from a repair shop!!!Fixed my phone in 30min tops with a new screen!Afterwards he went the extra mile to turn on WiFi calling settings (which I had no idea about), updated my phone, and gave advice about my data storage.He was patient with me and showed so many great options for a protective case and screen protector and ended up buying a speck case from him too (student discount included!)He was not overbearing at all in terms of selling me the products and you can tell he really is just trying to help you!Lastly, the price was reasonable. ~$180 for both the screen repair and labor with a student discount and my phone works good as new!Went to this shop bc of the other google reviews and they sure werent wrong ! :))Thanks Shawn!

I had an AMAZING experience and they helped bring my essential laptop back to a better than ever condition! The turnaround for the repair was very fast. The price for parts and labor was very acceptable. The bonus was having Shawn oversee the interaction. The quality of the work was very high. I highly recommend them!My experience in detail.My amazing little 2012, i7, 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop had a leaking screen that was slowly going dim. Since Windows 11 is coming, I did not want to buy a new laptop with similar functionality that would be over $1,300 or get one that was subpar and would be out of use when Windows 10 expires in 2025. Bedsides, mine is still one of the fastest computers I have used. Dell said they no longer make the screen replacement and could not help (they replaced the screen for the same problem 3 years prior!) I could see there were aftermarket screens I could buy and put in. But could also see it would be technically challenging. So, I stopped by Image Wireless and talked with Shawn. He was cautious about the aftermarket replacement screens, which I appreciate. He found an acceptable supplier for the screen and let me know the cost before proceeding. I also needed to increase my SSD main drive size and he verified the feasibility, then identified a drive that meet my needs. After approving both items, they ordered them and quickly replaced the screen and cloned my system to the new SSD. For over a month now, I have been using the repaired computer for everything from demanding scientific analysis to watching films. The screen and computer actually work BETTER than before!

I am beyond thankful for Shawn and the technicians here. They are trustworthy, timely, and respectful. My laptop (2016 MacBook Pro) completely died, and other computer stores quoted me anywhere from $350 to $600 for the repair. I dropped it off to Shawn for a free diagnosis, and he called me several times the following day with updates. Amazing communication. From there, I only had to pay $150 for a complete service, which ended up fixing the laptop. I did not even lose any memory from my hard drive. It was a wonderful experience and he truly seems to care about his clients. I highly recommend.

I went 2 days ago to get my screen fixed after it completely popped off! I had gotten a replacement one a week earlier and the home button stopped working and there was a tint on my screen. Shawn knew instantly what the problem was and had a technician begin work on it right away. He was very professional and extremely nice. He offered to fix my home button, and upon realizing that he needed to get a different one, he gave me a generous discount, and called the next day to get it fixed. I was looking everywhere for someplace that would do a micro soldering repair on my Blackberry Key2. Everyone I contacted said either they didnt work on Blackberry, or they didnt do micro soldering. Then I found Shawn and Image Wireless.Shawn was knowledgeable, helpful, and has a great tech working for him who did the work quickly and correctly. Dropped it off at around 2pm, got it back around 6pm. He even threw in a case. Work charged was 90 minutes, which was more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

Scammer! As others have mentioned Shawn is a scammer. I wish the reviews that talked about him telling one price but asking for more money upon pickup were at the top. He told me repair with OEM parts would cost $100 before giving him the phone. When I went to pick up the phone it wasnt ready asked him again if he found OEM parts and his was going to stick to his $100 price since at this point I had read the reviews. Following day he tried to charge me $180. Lol. I called him out on it. He denied is previous statements. His repair was confirmed to be with OEM parts but he used Chinese after market parts. The phone glue he used lasted 1 month. Has to buy a new phone in 1 month. Avoid at all cost.

My BlackBerry decided to completely breakdown over the holiday. I was extremely worried I would not be able to find anyone who had tech experience with Blackberrys. They let me know it would not be a problem at all and to bring it in. They were able to restore all my data/images/videos and transfer them onto a new device in under 24 hours. Not only that, they put ALL my apps and icons in the exact same location as they were on my original device. This is a HUGE stress reliever for me..They were amazing, diligent, friendly, communicative, and flexible. Whenever I mess up my phone, my screen, my battery, my case, whenever I face any kind of phone related catastrophe I know who to go to: Image Wireless.Just last week my phone was not working, I could not text and my screen was messed up. My phone screen was cracked and broken so bad! (This wasn’t my first rodeo with a broken phone) I brought it here and the owner was so nice he fixed it for me quickly, he was also comforting when i realized that i was going to end up losing all of my data (because i didn’t back up anything and I got myself completely locked out) He told me my only option was to restore so he even restored it for free! Which was really nice of him and on top of that he let me have a free phone case!Super great place, the price was much cheaper than what apple was going to charge me, and he was very honest which i appreciated. I have been a loyal customer for the past 20 years. I got my first pager from this location and now get all my phones for myself and my family from image wireless. I trust them completely with repairs and purchases. A few days ago my phone screen was being lifted from a swollen battery. I tried pushing the screen back into the phone but it broke. In the middle of this quarantine, Shawn heard the panic in my voice and stayed open for me to fix my phone. Within 30 minutes he had changed my screen and gave me a new battery. Was having a frustrating ghost screen issue where it was auto typing and launching apps etc. Verizon was completely useless especially when I didn’t have insurance even when I thought that I did. Came to get a replacement screen protector. His technician fixed it at no cost/charge and updated my phone so it works much better and deleted unnecessary stuff. The manager and staff seem nice, but dont be surprised if you get one number for the quote and then end up paying much more after labor costs double and hidden fees are added. I chose the shop because the quote, I received was lower than what I paid previously for the service and the manager seemed very confident in it. However, after everything was said and done I ended up paying 30% more than I have anywhere else. It would have been nice if the manager had at least explained that labor costs could very likely double without warning. I am still not sure where half of the extra fees I had to pay came from. I would recommend getting a lot of different quotes and asking how confident the sales rep is of his approximate price before choosing this place.

If I could give Image Wireless a 1000 stars I would! Went on a run that ended after I fell and completely shattered my iphone screen. Keep in mind this happened on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of a pandemic. These guys are the best at what they do when it comes to fixing phones and data recovery. I was referred to come to them from T-Mobile as my iPhone was completely smashed and with no hope of getting any information since I did not use iCloud or ever back it up. I brought my I phone XR phone to these guys that was ran over by nearly a dozen cars and they magically made my phone new again within 2 hours. Both the front and back of the phone was back to life like it never happened!! After taking my phone to the Apple store where they dont care to do anything other than selling you a new phone and they rejected my repair as they said its damaged beyond repair. I was hopelessly out of hope till my office co worker referred me to Image Wireless that Im so grateful for as they saved me and my phone. I recommend any person with any repair need to come to them as they are the real deal when it come to service and knowledge. I also checked the price I received compared to the Apple store and it was 30% less!

I had my water damaged Samsung S9+ repaired here today as I thought there was no hope and I would be out of pocket another $1000.Remarkably the had a amazing tech Mr. Marlon who rescued my device and I was so amazed that they had a new screen in stock for my device as my old screen as damaged from the dip in the swimming pool. I’m glad to know that a real repair shop like this exist so I can be up and running to do my work and not wait for parts to be ordered or for someone not to waste my time on not knowing what to do. My phone wasnt holding a charge, so I came in to get a new battery. After waiting around, the owner, Shawn, started by condescendingly showing me how to change my screen settings.I should have walked out right there, but I didnt. Learn from my fail, people.Once I convinced him that I already know how to turn off my screen and yes, I really do need a new battery, he was happy to order the part for me. (I didnt know it then, but it turns out that the price on eBay is between $10 and $30. Shawn charged me $49.95.) Then the 3-5 business days he quoted me for delivery took seven.When I came in to have the new battery installed, the 30 minute repair he promised took an hour and a half. Now that I finally have my phone back, theres pressure damage on the left side that wasnt there before. I pointed it out immediately, and Shawn swore it would go away by itself in 24 hours. How, I dont know. Maybe by sorcery. Maybe elves are involved. More likely Sean is lying again.And to add insult to injury, he graciously offered to sell me a replacement for my phone case. Only $25 for a $40 case. That I bought for $10 on Amazon. Such a deal!I went back the next day to ask for my money back. He did offer to fix it, but I told him Id rather just get a refund since his last repair broke the screen. He got in my face and told me to-- and I quote-- get the f*** out of my store, you b****. So now I get to deal with LA Countys consumer affairs, but you can take my advice and take your electronics literally anywhere else. Dont give this overpriced bully your money.(Oh, and it looks like he likes to retaliate when people leave a bad review? Real professional. Well, you thoroughly earned your one star, Shawn. Bring it on, or return my money.)

My Samsung Note10 plus fell and broke today I came all the way from Long Beach and got my screen repaired and had my phone activated with new service. This place has everything and has the knowledge 2nd to none. When it comes to mobile phones service reliability and knowledge this place knows what theyre doing. Owner is a very honest guy . We went there to have our iPhone charger port fixed and after checking it he told us that the phone is still under Warrenty and can be fixed at apple store fir free. We took it to apple store and got a new phone. Highly recommend this place if you need a true answer.

The owner has extreme knowledge in phones, computers, recovery etc. Ive been going to him since I was a kid in the 90s when I bought my first pager. I enjoy going to his store because he always answers to ANY & ALL of my questions. His knowledge is like no other. Hes very charming and takes pride in his service to customers. He thoroughly explains things you may have questions about in detail. I will continue coming here until he retires. He has one of the oldest businesses in Westwood Village for a reason! I was referred to Shawn over a year ago by an AT&T employee. Thats right, even the AT&T guy knows where to go to get your phone fixed or worked on. Shawn replaced a screen for me TWICE and the phone worked beautifully. Then, last Saturday, he spent a couple hours with me and my sweetheart fixing and upgrading our phones. We walked in prepared to spend money on two new phones and Shawn said it was unnecessary. He fixed my sweethearts phone and upgraded it--its like brand new. Then, he sold me a refurbished phone (admittedly, mine was in rough shape) and got us onto a new carrier with better data rates and ranges. A process that wouldve cost us a lot of money and probably wouldve involved many angry phone calls to deactivate and activate accounts over a span of days took a couple hours. Plus, Shawns shop always has an influx of people asking for advice and fixes and he knows what hes talking about. He remembers people by name and HE is the one to fix your phone, along with his technicians there onsite. Our phones never left the shop. Shawn is my guy!

Great and reliable service with a smile is Seans wonderful policy. He fixed the front screen, back screen, and camera of my Samsung galaxy S8 for a very reasonable price. The process only took a couple of hours for the screen and less than 30 minutes for the camera. My phone is brand new !!! Not to mention my new phone case and insured screen protector to prevent any damage. Sean cares for his customers and theyre happiness, should any happen to my phone again I will definitely come back to him.

I came here to fix the shattered glass on my phone camera. I was immediately surprised by the wide array of options they have for literally every type of phone. Ive been going to Image Wireless/Sean for years. He and his team are reliable and helpful and can usually solve problems that the staff at the carrier brand stores cant resolve. I even once had the salesperson at the Verizon Wireless store recommend that I go see Sean. Marlin in particular is the Image Wireless magician for solving phone problems.

I doubt it.Second, be aware that the guy inside is very unprofessional. I came in to inquire on the service plans, but they started asking my ssn, my access pin, and wanted to see my id immediately. Excuse me?!Also, when he heard that i had slow speed using verizon, without knowing more details, the guy kept saying it is due to my international iphone. its okay to be condident in your network, but dont blame all issues on the phone. Figure out why and improve the network! I would not trust this shop for my phone or service.

Some of the prices for the cases are too expensive shop around maybe like Amazon I understand he needs to make a profit for his location but still there are college students a lot of them are on the budget maybe he should give discounts to students 25% off support your students the guy repairing the phones or doing knick-knacks on the side has a pretty messy station
