Went to fix my iPhone & they charged 110 for the screen. When I got my phone back it started acting weird, everytime I tried to charge it it wouldn’t & apps would open without me touching my phone. I complained about and they said it wasn’t their problem 😂. (and no refund)if you don’t know how to fix phones we’ll just stop, I went to another repair shop & they fixed it in less than 3 hours, please do better !

I called for camera repair and I was told they dont do that yet on their services page on Google it says they do camera repairs. Got a call back after i left a bad review, they said you asked for Samsung we only fix iPhone. Ima change my review from 2 star to 3 star only cuz they called back to clarify but I didnt get told that when I first called. They should put on their page that they only fix iPhones I wouldnt have wasted time calling if it was posted on their page

Paid for my iPhone to get fixed and they told me pick it up next day at 1pm I went twice that day and they were closed now they have had my phone for four days and not answering the phone and always closed during business hours

Terrible customer service, never returning. Sold me a cellphone that was refurbished and had a battery that dies in 2 hours. Tried to get it exchanged and no luck. Purchase date 2/10/21. By a chubby tiny man with a beard.

What I appreciate the most at Cell City Solutions is the owner reasonable protective screens and cell cases. Its very important to have a business mindset for the community and its affordability, to maintain partnership between business ower and customers. I do suggest for consumers to stop into this shop.

They open when they want to, no set business hours, it says Monday trough Friday 10to8pm, i knocked on the door the lady said business was closed, when i asked what time they close, she gave me a really bad attitude, i was asking so i could put the correct hours on here like I always do, and keep people going there and it being closed. Ive been there once before, and was attented by a gentleman who was great, but she really ruined this for me. You should never bring personal life to work.

One afternoon I had my phone fixed and they told me that in 3 hours I was ready, at 3 hours I returned and that it was not always that it was going to take longer and that they had it ready for me the next day at noon ... I returned again at noon and I was not ready that it was going to take another full day and they had also charged me in advance and how it was going to take more time they would charge me more, when I asked if I was sure they could fix it, it was annoying and very rudely He told me that if I didnt want to be fixed, I could take my phone. Obviously I asked for my phone and my money that I had already paid ... definitely very bad service I recommend you avoid going there
