Got hung on today when I called and asked if they could email me prices. I’m an all cash buyer and need to make a decision this week on a truck and I would have been a very easy sale. Please don’t be rude to people, that was unnecessary whoever it was that I spoke to. You know who you are and I was super polite.You said that you don’t have time to do that and hung up without saying another word and I couldn’t believe that someone would be so rude. I hope you have the time to invest fixing your customer service because that little bit of time that it would have taken for you to help me today would have gotten you a sale.

Make sure you take a mechanic before buying a car from this dealership.

I don’t really write reviews on bad things but in good things yes because when I’m about to purchase something I read the reviews if they’re good I’ll sure buy from that place and I mean bad reviews everyone has different experiences, but I bought my 1st car in this dealer sadly didn’t get the one I was going for 😢 but they did help me find one similar to the one I had seen a day before, it’s been a year and a half and I haven’t had any problems with the car, the only thing I have done is give a change of oil and brakes but that has to be done to every car other than that go check them out they’ll help you and give you a good deal! And they do offer a 30 days warranty

This place is a serious rip off.. I bought a car, 2 days broke down took it back. 30 minutes later they said it it was fixed.. 2 blocks from there broke down again I ask for my 3k back.. they said no. So I said I dont want that car back Im gonna get another one.. after 3 days of arguments day said ok.. 4 months later. Power steering system gone. Pomp, Rack and pinion and some hoses.. and week later ac sistem condenser and leeks oil on the spark plugs.. just be careful what you get. check really good whatever you get.. or better just try somewhere else first..

Just bought a Prius with Andre Norman and Kevin Pang and had a good experience. Were very knowledgeable, gave us good choices and the space to make decisions. Finally decided on a used IV. Was a little beat up as it hadnt been detailed yet and they took care of all of that, making it look brand new. Would definitely recommend them. Only thing Id caution is to do your research on the extended warranty option. I should have done my homework but it had been a while since wed bought a new car. Wasnt mentioned in the sales/negotiating process and when we started talking to the financing guy, he pushed it hard. Was the only time I felt the hard sell. Declined, and was very happy with the overall experience.

Mike LaVella spent the better part of two days walking us through everything. He was great - knowledgeable, kind, patient, and an interesting guy! We ended up getting a pretty good deal on a Forester we really love.

Do your self a favor and try somewhere else.. all their cars are scam.. plug in a scanner on any car.. bet you it will throw you a few codes.. I know for experience..

I purchased pre-owned 2015 Honda CRV EX-L and trade in 2011 Nissan cube.I had a very good experience, Joseph the sales person provided me with excellent service.I am overall very happy with the sale price and the transaction.However, I was provided with only one set of keys. No where in the ad was it mentioned that. I only came to know after I already purchased the vehicle. I am deducting one star for that reason.

Happy with my 13’ Tacoma. Saw them on CarGurus got a great deal I believe the gentleman that helped me out was John. I live out in Palmdale and the dealership paid for a private towing company to deliver my truck since I didn’t have another driver with me. Have to say I’m happy and it was an easy process just wish they would’ve had one that was lifted but they recommended a good performance shop.

My husband bought 2 cars about 5 years ago, the old owner was very honest, but I bought another car not even a year ago and I had pure problems in the warranty period and nothing was allowed to happen and now it is pure to put money into the shock absorbers were another car and not the truck now the radiator no not pure lost do not buy there are many problems luck!

I have not had any experience but it is seen that it is a good place to buy cars and we had a bad experience in another diler called Diegos car, my husband leaves a car and does not even have the year to do it and it is no longer useful 8 months that I do it and it is not worth it to sell cars that do not serve one he still owes how to $ 5,000 a little more but right now I want to make one but that does not raise my interests so much why I am going to treat the way to pay it as soon as I can I need it to work I go on the bus every day very early

Buy an Acura MDX that finally finished paying and until today runs like new. Fraud was not a problem here that is common in other dealers and that is what I liked most of all. Although the right passenger window was not working I went to the dealer and Wilmer the manager was in charge of fixing the problem that was only something electric.
