I am in the middle of a sale and the vehicle I am looking at has paint damage and scratches. As a customer this is something you dont want. You wont even feel good driving of the lot knowing your vehicle is damaged or has issues. As a business stand point you want to provide the best service to your customers so that they may bragg about your professionalism and refer more people to your business. Id like for the vehicle damage to be addressed before the sale as that only seems fair. Im.not buying a vehicle of someones back yard lot. Its a business and should with such expectations
We have been taking our car here for servicing for several years, but I will never go back because of a very negative experience I recently had when exploring the possibility of leasing the new ID4. I simply wanted to see what the lease price would be, and I was led to believe that I was authorizing a soft credit check. The salesman even said it would be “very soft.” So I was pretty frustrated when moments later I received alerts of a hard inquiry, which then lowered my credit score. They insisted that inquiries don’t effect your credit and didn’t acknowledge the difference between a soft and hard inquiry. To add to that, the lease price they quoted would have been more than double what VW has been advertising online as a local special. These are absurd and very shady approaches to selling cars with a international brand, and I will no longer support this dealership. Also my attempts to issue complaints via email to the dealership are evidently just going to automated email accounts, so they have also failed to issue an apology of any kind.
Was attended to by Nick, he was pretty nice. We were lied to online about the ticket price of the vehicle we were interested in. We made the offer of paying ticket price for the car plus licensing and fees. Nick walked in and turned around and walked out claiming to have spoken to his manager (which he clearly didn’t) saying they couldn’t do that. So we walked. It’s really unfortunate when a dealer lies and wastes your time.
ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE!!! I bought a car here 3 years ago and that process was great…however I made the dumbest decision to get my car serviced here thinking it was the smart move. They don’t ever give you all the information you need, they take ALL DAY to do the simplest of service to your vehicle, appointments don’t mean a thing! I literally just have never had even a remotely good experience at this place. I complain so much and still go because it’s less than 5 miles from my house but NO MORE!! I won’t waste another breath on them and I won’t spend another dollar here. Santa Monica…here I come!! I always despise when people say I wish I can give no stars but now I understand.

These guys are the sweetest mechanics. All of them have helped me with my troublesome blue beetle!! The first day i went in, my car hadnt passed smog and desperate to fix it i googled some local auto body repair shops and this one was the closest, so i stopped by and within minutes they told me what i need, how much it would be and how long it would take. Since then ive only taken my car to them. Oscar is amazing! I definietly recommend this auto shop.

Not posting with my real name but this is the best place ever. Alberto is the greatest technician And all the staff is so friendly. Literally everyone was helpful and got me in fast when my back light was out. Being a nurse my schedule is pretty hectic so to be able to come here and know I am in good hands means a lot. Wish I could give them more stars. :)

Great experience. My VW Jetta Sportwagon had a burnt out break light. I came by and it was replaced within 5 mins. I went in to pay and they said no charge-would not even accept a tip. Such a kind gesture for a business. I highly recommend these guys!
Best car buying experience Ive ever had. Marc Diaz was kind, efficient, knowledgeable and resourceful. He was incredibly helpful at every turn. I dont want to buy a car from anyone or anywhere but Marc. It was truly a game changing experience. I cant recommend this place enough. Great service, great car, amazing all around.
I don’t usually write reviews but this needs to be heard. To everyone reading this, avoid this dealership at all cost. I bought 2 Tiguans here and the service department have the worst customer service. They don’t listen to customers. Everytime I bring my car for service they always screw things up or forget to adress what I came there for, even for a simple tire rotation they couldn’t do. Making excuses that there tools wouldn’t fit? Its a freaking Volkswagen dealership. Thats just laughable. Don’t go here or don’t get service by Jeff Morataya. They need a better service advisors. This is the worst dealership experience I ever been to and constantly worst customer service. I won’t be coming back here.
I have leased from VW of Dtla 3 times due to the stellar customer service experience:everything from sales/finance to parts/service. I especially want to cast the spotlight on Nancy Minatodani for her consistent and prompt follow ups pre and post purchase. She got me the best possible deal in this pandemic new normal and factored in everything she could think of to get me the payment I was willing to pay. She went above and beyond, helping me transfer my things into my new car and helping me with the internal car set up. She alone made this the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership.

Wanted to test drive the ID.4, was told that the ID.4 specialist was busy with another customer but that she would be right out to help me if I waited. Waited for 30 minutes, asked another person for help, who then asked a third person sitting at their desk to help me. This third person was visibly upset, they were on their phone so maybe they were on break? Who knows. Anyways, no introductions, just asks for my license and basic info then hand me the keys, bluntly giving out instructions. I get to take the car on a literal 5 minute drive around the block. Then they take the keys and go back inside, leaving me alone with the car. Waited to see if anyone else was coming back to help me but ended up leaving after several minutes. Maybe its because I look very young that they assumed I wasnt serious about buying the car and just wanted to go on a joyride, but the whole experience was terrible. Ill be buying from a different dealer.
We bought our new 2021 VW Atlas from them today and it was an easy and smooth experience. Marc Diaz was our sales consultant and was helpful with no pressure on us to purchase before we were ready. We would have liked a better explanation on all the add-ons and features of the car during the purchase, but we are overall happy with our Atlas and experience with them.
If you decide to set foot in this particular dealer take into account the negative reviews and be ready.Cristian Mancilla asked us to fill out an application. After he presented the application to his finance guy, that’s when we began to feel extremely uncomfortable.For me personally, I was not comfortable with him putting his phone over the application while “texting”.Instead of providing a copy of our credit scores, he came in with a post it and two APR rates written on it 4% and 6%. When I asked why we were being provided with that, he said that our credit was “down there”. He must do this to everyone thinking, someone will fall for it. We were well aware of our credit scores.Predatory lending at its finest- and Downtown LA Volkswagen allows this to happen. I’d hate to think that they do this to anyone who they think may be uneducated enough to fall for it- or worse…The next day we drove quite a distance to a different VW dealer and were provided with a copy of our excellent credit scores and got an excellent deal. When Cristian reached out to us, I mentioned that we had a horrible experience with them, to which he replied with “you guys” this and “you guys” that. So unprofessional.Too bad Downtown LA Volkswagen couldn’t meet a decent standard in service and practice. How do we know they are not nice people? When we were out on the sales black top, we saw a homeless man naked and washing himself by using a hose. One of their female employees went up to him and began taking photos while laughing.
Great service and they were able to service my car within a day. It worked out perfectly, highly recommend this service center if you have a VW.
This was an amazing group of people. We walked in and didn’t want to be hassled or didn’t want an aggressive sales person and everyone was super nice low-key and still professional. I have to do a special shout out to Edoardo who was the first person we met there and set the tone for the rest of our experience. Also fantastic were Neal, Sevan, and Kevin. Took my sons vehicle in for a diagnostic. Its been over a week and after continuously trying to get a service advisor to call us back we pretty much gave up on trying. All we wanted was to ok some of the work that needs done, but I cant get our so called service advisor to call us at all....I have no idea what I must have done to upset these people, but my experience with them so far is terrible. Id never bring a car here again, and I would go out of my way to steer people clear of this location. 6 business days to get a diagnosis, and so far we cant get anyone on the line to approve some of the work. I really dont understand. I bringy Chevy to Felix right up the street, and those guys are beyond awesome. I figured VW would be at least decent, but my experience has shown them to be completely lack luster in the customer service department.Update: finally got a service writer on the line to ok work. Work was supposed to be done today the 28thCalled to check on it...and shocker no one to talk to and no call back....oh and the money from the diagnostic was supposed to be applied to any work we had done...but surprise surprise...not the work we chose to get done...this is exactly what makes a mechanic shop shady...I expected much more from these guys..but they are still running on par with what has this far been a terrible experience

Kept me updated on the inventory while I was on vacation and couldn’t make it in. I was referred to Raz and I will definitely refer Raz to friends as well! I received the best service ever at a car dealership. Rami Zeid took wonderful care of me. I was not in the most positive mode having less than perfect credit and upsidedown in the note. He jumped through hoops, and with his solid long time relationships and expertise he was able to get me approved on the terms I wanted on my dream car, a fire engine red Volkswagen Jetta.He gave me a great of advice, truthful information about the car industry, and treated me with the utmost respect. I left there feeling like part of their family. He even followed through on setting up my first service appointment. Over all the presentation of their dealership was not crowded or hectic like most. I felt the highest amount of quality and true class. I highly recommended this dealership and my sales representative.
Rami Zeid was an absolute blast to work with. He was able to get the exact car I wanted and at the best price in the city. The only thing I regret was not being able to do the whole sale in-person, but he still did a phenomenal even when I was not present. I was not in the best position financially and was still able to get approved. Rami has definitely earned my business for any of my future vehicle purchases, and you would be doing a disservice to yourself to not seek out his assistance.

I loved the options of cars and we fell in love with the Royal Blue Tiguan.Although we bought a Certified Pre owned, the previous owner left it in great shape.Ivan and the rest of the Volkswagen team were very polite, easy going, and My wife and I felt very comfortable speaking with them with no issues.They offered a better deal then the another dealership and Credit union was so we went with them.One thing I will recommend new pre owned buyers is so ask what the car is missing and does not come with. We noticed this little back light cover missing once we brought our car home and wish I caught that before. It also didn’t come with the back trunk cover which I assumed all cars came with that. I have really enjoyed my experience with volkswagon of downtown LA. I have been to the dealership twice and each time it has been a great experience. The first time was to replace a gas cap and the parts department were quick personable and easy to understand. The second time, I had some repairs to complete on my vehicle and Ryan, my service writer, was great. He advised and explained everything clearly that I needed to know about my vehicle. The staff was very professional and the dealership I very clean and stabilized. Never think twice come to Volkswagen of downtown LA.
After purchasing two new tires two weeks prior to this visit, I was experiencing a rough and bumpy ride which is unusual with new tires, and jerkiness while driving - (the best way that I can describe it). Anyway, when I called the Service Dept., I was told to bring the car back in. I found out on this visit that there was a recall on some Emissions software that needed to be addressed, and that the Balancing Machine needed some work and had not balanced the rear tires correctly. All of this work was done and now the car has been running much better so far. Thanks to Danny, and everyone in the Service Dept., for their professionalism and assistance.

A few days ago, my husband called this location and told them we were going on a cross country road trip in a few weeks and that he wanted to check on any recalls. The woman on the phone asked for his VIN # & listed all the relevant recalls associated with his make and model. She promptly asked him if hed like to set up an appointment and he did. We brought the car in and were helped almost immediately. The wait time was fair and once we were helped the gentleman was friendly and kind. He explained everything they planned to do. He also asked us if we wanted a ride home and told us that they would pick us up when the car was ready. We told him we were going to walk to downtown and he told us to call back if we changed our minds. We walked to downtown and suffice to say the day got hotter. We were called earlier than expected because they finished the service early. We told them that we were near the Bradbury Building and they sent us to get picked up. As soon as we arrived the car was ready to drive off the lot. We signed and picked up the paperwork and the gentleman went over everything that had been done and anything else that needed to be done. Thank you so much!
Danny was able to provide the same brake service that Pepboys were offering me at a competitive price and with Volkswagen factory auto parts! On top of that I got a complimentary inspection on things I noticed with my car. The best part is I got a Turbo replaced; fully covered under warranty that I had no idea about and was even able to finance the brake service. Im so grateful I called Volkswagen DTLA and Danny & Melissa picked up the phone!
Consistently atrocious customer service. I called and emailed the day before to request an oil change the following morning at 7:45 am. I made sure to specify to the person I spoke with that she would need to order parts, as during 3 prior visits the service team either forgot to order it, didnt realize they didnt have it or didnt even think to TELL me they didnt have it...as I waited for hours in their lounge.The woman assured me that she would order them straight away. I turned up at my appointment time the other day and was made to wait 15 minutes, before being told that a) they had forgotten to order the part and I would have to wait an additional 2-3 hours to get it and do the change (yet again) b) that their lounge was closed c) that I could not use their toilets. When I asked the representative about why they had failed to order the part, he proceeded to argue with me, blaming it on the parts division, arguing it was separate from the service division, rather than admitting they had simply messed up. All he seemed concerned about was getting the name of the woman I had spoken with on the phone, rather than resolving the issue at hand. He came back some minutes later and admitted they dropped the ball, assuring me they would have the business sorted in about an hour (this didnt happen).When I asked another (somewhat rigid) rep if they could put out a seat for me (as there was nowhere to sit and the lounge was closed and they didnt offer me a courtesy Lyft/Uber ride somewhere else, as is normally their policy), I was told that the seats would be put out at 9 am. So I was forced to sit on cold concrete hours after it had rained. After 30 uncomfortable minutes sitting on the concrete ground outside their showroom, shivering, I went and badgered the woman serving me until she relented and dragged out a chair. When I asked how I could access a toilet, I was told that a toilet would be opened up in an adjacent building, but so far as I know this never happened.Eleven am rolled around without any notice as to the progress of the oil change. I got sick of waiting and went to ask one of the reps Immediately they brought the car out. Normally they do courtesy vacuuming and washing. Maybe they stopped doing it because of COVID, suffice to say, the speed with which they produced the car the minute I asked for it (having given me no updates up to this point) left me suspicious that they may not have even performed the service and had simply told me they did so while still waiting for the missing part in order to just get me off their hands.They were so quick to send me away the customer service rep even left what looks like a buzzing/tracker device still attached to my keys. Im still not sure if I even got my oil change in the end.
Nancy is the best to work with! By far the most knowledgeable and fair saleswoman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I keep coming back to Volkswagen and leasing in general because of her.
Excellent and personalized service. General Manager Mr. Neal Goldman is personally involved in assisting clients and he and his team deliver. As someone a bit more on the difficult side of the client spectrum I am looked after and feel well taken care of. The car was returned super clean.
Theyre nice when I decided to do business with them but after that theyve been ignore my request and never respond to my phone call ... After Service is awful
They dont offer competitive prices and they take too long on the repairs. The staff is nice, no complaints on any of them. But I wont be returning to this location.

Nancy was amazing. She thought of every detail, including printing out the features of my car, sanitizing the keys and car interior, as well as snacks and water. She also negotiated the tier 1 deal for me with the bank. Im so grateful for the great experience. Everything was perfect!
Was getting my Atlas serviced and decided to buy a new car for my wife. Danny in service is super helpful and very clear on what needed done with my car. Bought a beautiful Golf for my wife from Ken, who was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process easy. No slimy car salesman tactics from Ken, just good honest people. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. If i can give 0 stars i would.My car has been at the services center for two weeks now. I haven’t got a call as to why it’s taking so long. When i call and ask to talk to someone they tell me they will call me back but they never call.At one point they told me my car was going to be ready the next day (through text) they next day comes and nothing. No text no calls. So i call the following day to see what happened and the same thing. They tell me they will call back. Only for them to text saying they forgot they didn’t have the parts for my car so I’d to wait an additional day. So i waited patiently the next day come and again nothing. Now I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks and nothing. This place is the worst.
If you know and trust the VW brand, this is a great, fair place to buy a car.
Horrible experience visiting this branch to get a lease. I test drived a few cars and the prices that I was getting from the associate were very very inflated compared to other dealers and the worth of the car. I understand how it could be “annoying” to retrieve cars from a far lot for a customer to drive but guess what? That is what the sales person is there for....to help the customer and let them test drive a reasonable number of cars. I tried two cars and with what I was getting for the price I realized that I had better options with other car companies. I told the associate this and he got defensive and started giving me a condescending history lesson on Volkswagen and how great the car is. Some other sales man who was Persian and working there, decided to jump into the conversation and again in a condescending bullying manner give me lessons on the car and ask me why I won’t just take it. This branch and its associates need to go take some customer service and etiquette classes. If someone doesn’t want your product, don’t berate them. Luckily I got my lease at a different Volkswagen dealer in Santa Monica and can see how much customer service plays into the equation
Within two days of receiving my car back, and after having spent $900 to ensure NOTHING was wrong with my car (they did the 70k mile service), my car failed to start. The battery was apparently from 2014 and had been ready to fail for a year. The fact that this was never brought to my attention is astonishing. Either nobody noticed, or they did and figured they could just get more of my money later on. Not sure which is worse.They did pay for my Lyft, which was nice, and told me I could have a rental car free of charge, which was also very nice... what wasn’t so nice though, was the $200 deposit I had to place on the rental car that they did NOT tell me about ahead of time even though I specifically asked... (that enterprise location is also a disaster, it thats for another day)Lastly, I had to wait at the dealership for about 45 minutes on a Tuesday at 7:30am to pick up my car. I had paid ahead of time online and it had been ready since the day before. Really guys, just go to the dealership in Santa Monica or something, because this location is not the one.
I really appreciated how Ryan was communicating with me through my car service. Even though, the car stayed at the shop for 2 weeks. He provided me with a loaner within few days after my drop off. The most important factor for me is communication.
I always receive the best customer service here; from Zaid in sales with his very transparent and easy buying process to Martin in service. Recently, the team went above and beyond to make it comfortable/safe during Covid by following all the safety guidelines.
Very easy service experience, and the staff were very friendly, however the techs forgot to top off my washer fluid and someone stole a gift card from my center console. The service manager was apologetic about that though, so, just hide your valuables I guess?Otherwise a 5-star experience.
My experience at VW of DTLA was actually not horrible, I brought in my car because my battery was failing, they took my car and replaced the battery which was still under warranty so I paid nothing out of pocket. I really appreciate that they gave me an accurate time estimate for the work and they washed my car for free. Shout out to Martin Alvarez, I really enjoy his professional demeanor and attire.
To be absolutely honest I wasn’t very happy with my experience and it’s left me feeling manipulated and cheated. I will not be using Volkswagen downtown again. I dropped my car in and was given a promised flat rate, then called three or four days later to say that there may be an extra charge, and then when I came to collect it to take it somewhere else that extra charge suddenly disappeared, and then finally, as there were no loaner cars I was told that Volkswagen would cover the rental, only to find out that they will cover only 35$ a day of the rental not including fees, taxes, and insurance. I ended up paying more than they did for my rental. I don’t feel communication was honest and upfront, and looking back on what I got for my 3.2 thousand dollars I think I was ripped off.
UPDATE: 3/23 original review below.The issue with my heater was solved. I was contacted by the dealership and I was told that Volkswagen had agreed to cover the cost and installation of my new heater. Updated my review to four stars. The staff at the dealership has always been friendly and polite. But I do still think my car has issues.ORIGINAL REVIEW:PSA, do not buy a volkswagen...I bought a volkswagen GTI in mid 2017. 3 times Ive had to take it in for service. twice for a check engine light /engine vibrating, (this is a common problem, google it) which ended up being that my valves were dirty and had to be cleaned. My car had less than 15k miles at the time. Today I took it in because it wasnt blowing hot air. Turned out my heater core was gone and I had to pay 1200 to fix.(also a common problem google it) Since I didnt have the money They charged me 380 to flush it. Which did nothing so they basically just robbed me. My GTI has 30k miles on it.. and a little over 3 years old, Avoid this place, avoid volkswagen unless like, me you want to take the chance of getting a lemon. Just for comparison, I had a nissan sentra for 15 years not a single issue.
They publicly humiliated me and smashed my window and broke my key off in the ignition as a hate crime. They did this under full supervision and left my car running on the corner of washington and figuerora with all backs turned. They are all a bunch of worthless cowards. All of the managers blamed me like they did for years,,, until i decided to get help.. apparently i was right, they punished me for getting repairs done at VWDTLA.VW downtown LA and authorities manufactures all disregarded my please for help, and at the end of the day they vandalized my car...

Honestly I had the best experience when taking my car to the Volkswagen of downtown, they were in charge of covering the parts and labor due to the warranty and I simply paid a small part because they recommended me to decarbonize and do an internal cleaning of the engine, I am very satisfied with the service and attention with the very friendly staff and extensive knowledge letting me know every detail of the work they did, not even at the BMW dealer I have received the treatment that VW has for its customers, Especially thanks to Martin Alvarez, who was the person who helped me out with all the service for my car, giving me the best information and recommendations, the best attitude and responsibility in delivering my car in the shortest time possible and with excellent service. Feeling a neglected in service, white privilege exists here! The facts:1: we pull in, see the lady at the service podium, she says we need to go inside, we go inside, told we have to wait for the girl at podium. We wait 20+ minutes, some one asks what’s wrong with car, then we waiting still.2: while we are waiting, white guy pulls in behind us, girl at podium walks up to his door, greats him, ask what he needs, she calls porter over, he puts plastic on seat, paper on floor, and pulls the car into a bay and pops the hood, as you can see from them pic where the car in the bay is being checked on by 4 guys while our is still waiting to be checked in and have some one ask us to fill out paperwork.3: the guys is at the service counter getting his paperwork

I was stressing about having to have my car serviced for its annual oil change/maintenance and their team made it completely painless. I purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Golf at VW DTLA on 10/17/2020. During my initial inspection of the car, my family and I noticed an obvious long water mark on the inside of the roof. We suspected there was a water leak problem so I expressed my concern and asked VW DTLA team about it; they responded that it was just a regular stain (stressing it was NOT a serious problem) and did some quick fix that took them less than half an hour. After VW DTLA team brought the car back, I asked them about the root cause of the problem; however, they couldn’t provide a clear answer yet reassured me that it had been fixed.Just one day after the purchase (10/18/2020) the water mark reappeared (first picture). I immediately booked a service appointment at VW DTLA the following weekend (10/24/2020) to have it looked at. After waiting 6 hours for my car to get inspected and serviced, this time I was told by VW DTLA team that the inside of the roof wasn’t clean so they simply cleaned and dried it; and the problem was supposedly “fixed for good”.After being told that the water mark problem was resolved TWICE, on 11/07/2020, I drove my car for the first time in the rain and after about an hour, the back of my car was SOAKED! The rain water was dripping through the roof into the trunk so I had to immediately went home and put my car in the garage to prevent further damage (last three pictures).At this point, I’m furious and extremely unhappy with my purchase and service experience at VW DTLA. I was very straightforward to VW DTLA team from the get-go when I asked them if the water mark problem was serious (and inquired them repeatedly about the root cause) because I wouldn’t have made the purchase knowing otherwise. VW DTLA was not being honest about the issue BEFORE I purchased the car and they lack the professionalism and courtesy to fix the issue AFTER my purchase.I sent my feedback privately to VW DTLA team through the link they provided me via email on 11/07/2020 but haven’t heard back from them since despite this being a serious problem. This just goes to show how little VW DTLA cares about their customers. I surely wouldn’t want to do more businesses here nor will I recommend this dealership to my family, friends, or anyone else unless VW DTLA takes whatever action is necessary to rectify this situation.UPDATE as of 12/04/2020:VW DTLA reached out to me on 11/12/2020 and offered to have another look at my car and promised to have my leaky roof fixed for good. Their service manager Curtis Rost was very professional and helpful. He offered me a loaner during the time my car was in service to compensate for the amount of hassle I had gone through, which was very courteous of him. My car was at DTLA service center from 11/16/2020 until 12/04/2020, since they had to order parts that took days to arrive. It came back to me today with brand new headliner, which made me extremely happy because this headache is finally over. I would like to thank Curtis and his team for taking care of this issue with utmost professionalism and courtesy!
The staff were friendly and kept me informed. There was a long line for service, but it was very organized and smooth. Curtis was great and gave me updates and options. I appreciated the courtesy Lyft while my car was being diagnosed. They scheduled an appointment same day as my part arrived.
I was looking for a new car to lease and i ended up meeting Ferdinand (A.K.A) Don.If anybody needs a car go to this guy. If never pressured me at all. He gave me the best price ever. I searched all the other Volkswagen and nobody could beat what Don gave me.Besides the cost though Don made it was a very easy transition into getting a new car.Also there was another salesman named Raz. He took really good care of me also!
I needed a new tire after one blew out on me. I was more than happy that I was able to get it in early the following morning and get my car back to normal running on four new tires (had to take advantage of their October tire special). Israel took care of my Golf and me, keeping me updated of the progress, and answering my questions. First time here--had been taking my car elsewhere, much farther, but will be handling my service needs here from now on. Thank you for getting my Golf back in shape.

Both Marco & Don were excellent to work with. They responded to my questions quickly and efficiently. We live in Thousand Oaks and called VW DTLA because they had a car we were interested in. Marco & Don knew we would be driving from a distance with our young children to purchase the vehicle, and they made sure the process would be smooth and easy for us when we would get there. When we got to the dealership, everything was ready to go! Our car was detailed and waiting for us. No sooner did we test drive it - and knew 100% we wanted to purchase it, we were sent into financing, where all our forms were thoroughly explained and ready for signature. Everything again was quick, efficient and professional. My husband even said - the easiest and most streamlined car purchase we have ever made !

I was very happy to lease my new car from Volkswagen downtown. Ivan took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I have been taking my Golf here for years and they always take care of me. The service team are especially courteous and professional. Recently, I needed to bring my car in for routine service and took advantage of their pick up and delivery offering. The person who picked up and delivered my car, Omar, was especially professional and courteous and the manager, Danny, was good about communicating with me to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, VW of DTLA has always had an excellent team and during the COVID-19 situation they have stepped up their game even more.

THIS DEALERSHIP IS A DREAM!Kent Argue in sales is one of the kindest souls Ive ever encountered. Every time Ive faced leasing or buying a car, Ive dreaded the dealership experience. As a woman, I often walk in feeling lesser-than and as though dealerships are trying to be pushy because they expect me to know less, regardless of how much time and research I put in beforehand.Wow, that is not what I got when I talked with Kent AT ALL. It was like speaking with a family member -- one who knew more about what I was doing and wanted to share his knowledge, and because of that I felt so comfortable asking questions of him. Kent made the whole process easy, and made it clear that his goal for the day was to find me a car that I love, and in the end we did! He was patient and not at all pushy and assured me that I could take as much time as I needed to decide.In addition to Kent, I had the pleasure of also working with Armen in the finance department. 🥴🥴 extremely happy customer! I went in today for my oil change to my Volkswagen Beetle! Thorough and communicative service from pull up to departure! Showed me where to park, greeted me, directed me to the service area and waiting area and followed me to ensure I found both areas, updates through out service, along with a texting service option, if I needed more updates and status of my vehicle! Danny put my info in and Gray took the time to explain everything on my vehicle service report as I waited for them to bring my car around! Great set of gentlemen, I LOVE 💗 MY EXPERIENCE HERE!
