I was looking to order a E450 All Terrain and Art Magsayo was fantastic in helping me find and order what I wanted. He did not pressure me to purchase what was in stock at the dealership and was very accomodating in making cars available to me to sit in and test drive.When I requested to custom order a car because I didnt see anything I wanted on dealership lots, Art was extremely helpful in placing the order for me and advising me on what options I should keep or leave out. He was transparent about the cost of the car and in the end, I feel like I got a good price on a car that was built to what I wanted.If I was looking for another Mercedes, I would definitely contact Art again.

I was surprised to read a review of another person with similar experience. I took my car in due to overheating. The cost of repair was over $700. I was also told my car doesnt start and it cost over $2000 to fix it. My battery was just changed by them I told them just to jump start and I picked it up, and it has been working well since then. I did not allow any other work on my car. This other person who left a negative comment said that he took his his car that was working well for some routine maintenance check and he was told his car was dead the following morning when they tried to start it. I wonder about their honesty about what is wrong with the car. In fact when my other much older model Mercedes over heated I took to another non-dealer mechanic. All it needed was replacement of the hose due to the age of the car. Please be careful when you take your car in for service.

My guy Frank Phillip at Mercedes Benz of Los Angeles had great customer service. He was very welcoming. I had gone for a battery replacement and he had given me an estimate of how long it would take and showed me around the waiting lounge. The place was clean and the seats were 6feet apart. Walked into an empty dealership and wasn’t greeted by a sales person until we were at the back of the dealership. Walked past a salesperson who made eye contact and didn’t say a word. When greeted by a salesperson he didn’t even introduce himself or give his name until we asked him while on the way to the 4th floor to see cars. Wanted to test drive a GLC 300 but was told THEY COULDNT FIND THE KEYS TO ALL 8 GLC 300s that were on the 4th floor. After waiting 30 min while the salesperson scrambled around we left. As a former car salesperson this was terrible. He asked no questions about interests, color, budget, NOTHING!!!!

My first time at Los Angeles Mercedes Benz. I went in to do the B Maintenance Service on my 2015 C250 Benz. Barry Murphy was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The Service took approximately 3 hours, therefore I was offered a round trip to be taken anywhere within a 7 distance radius of my choice, while the Service was being rendered. Also, I given a $150.00 discount on the B Service, thru a flyer that was sent to me through the mail. I normally get my vehicle service at Long Beach Mercedes Benz. It would have costed me over $600.00 for the B Service, in which I only paid $285.00. Im a HAPPY CAMPER and will be getting my Service at Los Angeles Office for now on!

I received excellent service from Mercedes Benz of L.A. I was promptly given an appointment for the day after I called. When I arrived, I was seen immediately for verification of my appt. I had a little wait (approx. 15-20 minutes); once my salesperson entered, he introduced himself, addressed my concerns and clearly explained the process regarding what would take place. He was professional, patient & kind. Thank you Jerry.I asked for completion by a certain time; although I had to wait about 30 minutes beyond my requested time, once completed, my rep thoroughly explained what was completed, as well as suggestions for additional services needing attention. I was invited to call back to my same rep if I had any questions.Payment was quick and my car was returned washed & clean & operating a lot smoother. I was pleased.

I was referred to MB of Los Angeles through the Costco program and was contacted by Diego Ruano, who was excellent. Diego was professional, patient and responsive to all my questions (which were many). I wasnt looking forward to the car buying experience, and Diego made this experience as good as it could be -- actually enjoyable. During the test drive and after purchasing, he demonstrated and explained the fantastic infortainment system (which compelled me to purchase). I wouldnt hesitate to work with Diego again if all goes well with this MB (I had previously been a Lexus customer for 20 years).

The intake process was less than 10 minutes, and the social distancing procedures were stellar. My advisor, Frank, was great. I am a newbie on his team, and he was extremely communicative and provided clear expectations on the details of my service. My car was ready - as promised - and there were no mishaps. The customer service agent, Semai, was absolutely amazing as well. Her inherent passion for excelling at her job made my customer experience all the more amazing. I am always pleased with the service department, and in the face of all of the adjustments that are now required as a result of the pandemic, Frank and his team consistently superseded expectation. I never felt so disrespected, I visited the dealer in hopes to receive assistance to activate my Mercedes connect app and was flat out told no.However, what bothers me the most is that I was treated differently because of how I look and thats 100% true. Ordinarily I would rank MBLA with a five, BUT you fall down on the rank for one reason, your inability to get customers reunited with their serviced cars. There is no reason that it should take 45 minutes after I have paid the bill to receive my car and only then when two or even three people have tried to intercede. Taking my car in for service is a study in efficiency and customer service; checking my car out just the opposite. The person that has been assigned to my car and service should also take responsibility for making sure that I get my car in a timely manner. I I suspect that none of the service managers have been made responsible for that task because there were far too many people waiting extended periods to receive their cars as well. Thank you. I’ve had service here before and it was great and fast. I wanted to get my B service a year later, but an issue came up recently regarding communication. The Director, Tim Endo was incredibly helpful in working to make it right. As soon as I expressed my upset via email, he called me right away. I was truly grateful for the follow up. Sometimes, it’s not about what you’ve done wrong, but what you did to fix it; and that he did.My reason for not giving five stars is because I came in for a B service around 8:35am and I didn’t leave until 2:00pm. I can understand three hours, but dedicating over five hours to an oil and filter change is a bit inconvenient if you didn’t plan for it.
Tino was the person attending to my needs and he was very professional and thoughtful. Gave me findings and reports of what my car needed and gave me other alternatives outside of just the dealership.
I went to this location to see an Expedition on Friday June 17th and the deal was done. I left a down payment to take truck off market and then finalized a loan with my credit union at Navy Federal to purchase the truck. I even paid the tax title etc. before I returned with the check to pick up the truck on Saturday.When I returned to pick up the truck and present payment. I was refused to complete the transaction because the finance guys upstairs refused to take an official credit union auto check because they felt I was passing a fake document. Now after being insulted and talk to like a criminal. I suggested that they call the bank as directed to complete the information needed to activate the check. The needed the miles, vin, etc to confirm that I was being the correct truck for the loan amount.Once the finance guy realized that is was a real bank note, he began to tell me and the bank that he will refuse me to leave with the truck until the check clears the bank. He even went as far to say it was their policy. We contacted friends at another one of their dealers under the same corporate structure and it was discovered that is was not true.The bank explained to the finance guy that this is the process and the check is valid but it is up to the buyer to decide if i would wait to the check clear, which wouldve been instant.The dealership had already receive $1800 downpayment, $5000 up front cash for title, tax, etc. and had on reason not to accept the banks payment for a used Ford Expedition, which Mercedes doesnt carry in the fleet.So to have the guys be very combative about legal payment, when we know many times that dealer will take cash money under the table, they will let you leave with the cars after a sign contract without payment. I had a contract sign, money on deck and a legal payment and I was still treated like I was a criminal.They also cause the sale guy, who was great, to lose his commission without warning.Im filing a complaint with BBB and my ethics attorney! Today!

Went in yesterday for service A and jerry facilitated me with Lyft rides to/from the dealership, offered coupons which helped me to save $$ and the car came back couple hours later clean with a car wash. I brought my S550 in for a routine service. After they finished the service Tino contacted me to explain the brakes were not releasing and there was a problem with the ABS computer which needed replacement. When we dropped off the car everything was operating fine, not sure why it decided to fail when the car was at their service center. Tino told me he would only charge me for the part and not labor since my car was operating fine when I drove it to be serviced. The part would need to be special ordered from overseas so he did not know the exact cost. He estimated the part to cost roughly $1400 so I negotiated the price down to $1300 to which he agreed. After picking up my car I noticed that the part charge was roughly $1100. He mislead me to believe the part only would cost $1400 when in fact it costed $1100. He tacked on $200 for labor to equate the $1300. This is not good business ethics when he told me I would only be charged for the parts and not labor. What I should have done was get the physical quote for the part and his written statement he would only charge me for the part. I will not be returning to this service center.
Yes..at downtown mercedes, you dont need to make an appointment. Why anyway you need to wait almost 30 minutes to meet your service manager.Service.... They dont care!! They ask to pay $60 your replace your car key battery.Buy BMW. Or get the service other place.Corona safety? Horrible.

Chris Lee was soo helpful and very efficient and caring about the process. I was astounded at how much more insightful he was and how more effective he was with getting us the car we needed compared to other salesmen at other Mercedes Dealerships. We were passed off to more inexperienced salesmen at other dealerships, which resulted in a very long waits and wasted time. Chris, on the other hand, got us what a better deal with more value.

Do not take your vehicle here for service! My parents borrowed my RV for their dream cross country trip. Thousands of miles from home, in LA, and they start having issues. The check engine light came on, the A/C would only work intermittently and the passenger window would get stuck. I told my parents to send it in to be serviced here. The service department told me that it was something to do with a temp sensor. I begged them to check electrical and other potential causes but they were sure it was this sensor. Hundreds of dollars spent on this sensor only for the light to come back on and all the other issues back within only a day of driving the vehicle again. Since my parents were already a day into driving back east, I contacted Erik and he told me that they warranty their work and I could take it to my local Mercedes Dealership to see if the issues were related to the work that they had done. Well, I did this and the temp sensor error showed up again in the diagnostic. Its quite simple, if you think the cause of my problems were the temp sensor and you changed the temp sensor and it faults again then your work or your temp sensor was faulty! Another option is that the issue was not the temp sensor and your service department doesnt know what they are doing. Both scenarios mean that this service department is not knowledgeable and they do not stand behind their work. I sent Erik the receipt and invoice from my local Mercedes and I have yet to receive a refund or even a call from Eriks supervisor. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and as of this date they have not responded to them either, and still no one with enough decency to call me or respond in anyway. One other thing to note, they charged over $500 for DEF fluid and system reset. That is utterly ridiculous. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a pretty bad experience here when inquiring about leasing a coupe or convertible. I called to make an appointment, which was super easy to do (and the receptionist was very friendly, so +1 star for that.) Upon arrival, I was directed to a sales agent, Ata. I asked to view the SLC 300, but he stated that those werent in stock. When I mentioned that this would be my first car, he was dismissive of my finances, stating multiple times that Mercedes would not approve financing for me for anything above a C-class convertible, and even that was 50/50. He showed me the CLA 250 and a single C-class convertible. Even when I mentioned multiple times that I was willing and able to pay the entire lease amount immediately, he seemed skeptical, insisting that the bank would not approve financing (???) and didnt proactively offer to show me any other models. Im not sure why he was so quick to write me off as a customer, but regardless, Im not really interested in leasing from a dealership that obviously doesnt value their clients.
Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered a part online, it was shipped to my house. I quickly realized it was the incorrect part, so I called the parts department phone number. Ian Brown (Parts Manager) answered and instructed me to ship the part back to them and that he would get the correct part ordered and then sent out to me. I have not received the correct part or received a refund. I have called every day for four weeks straight trying to get in touch with either Ian or Oscar Hernandez, another employee within the parts department. Bottom line is that they took my money, havent sent me the correct part, and havent responded to any of my outreach attempts. I even went above Ian & Oscar and sent Tim Endo (Service and Parts Director) two emails and left him a VM... you think he would of returned my call...think again, havent heard a peep from anyone. I will never be making another purchase from this group of crooks ever again.
What a worst dealership to purchase a car from, Imagine spending $150k getting a car for my client. Before they got the payment, they were acting so nice and respectful but the moment they receive their payment, they becoming very arrogant and talk down on you. Especially the Manager in a bigger room. You can see the look on his face you are not wanted here. They took 5 days to get car ready for pick up after payment has been made, when I was angry and protest the managers office he told me to get out of his office. I have never in my life feel so disrespected. It took them 5 days for a technician to get a car certified, they manager told me it would be ready on Tuesday. Ask us to schedule for pick up on Wednesday morning. We promised our clients that their car will be ready for picked up on Wednesday morning as i was told by the Salesman Mr Habib. The called me to be there by 10am on Wednesday morning to pick up the car, when i got there i was so surprised the car still in the shop with the technician. The pick up truck already arrived to pick up the car at 11am, the car still not ready, not cleaned or detailed. I waited for extra 2 hours just pick up the car that has been paid for almost 3 days. I had to take my the car to a carwash myself with bill of $250. I asked Mr Habib questions.. He told me he cannot forced them to speed up process instead started yelling at me, say right to my face he doesnt want to speak to me, hes angry that i am giving him too much pressure like seriously?. I am so disappointed. I have been to 10 Mercedes Benz dealership in my life but this is terrible and worst experience ever. Disorganized, disrespectful and unprofessional. I have made myself clear we will never do business with them.
Best car shopping experience in my life. Ata Eskandi (sales) secured my dream car and went above-and-beyond to ensure I did. This is my second deal with Ata and I would not work with anyone else. He is the best. I also found Gary in the finance department to be very honest and professional and he was a pleasure to work with too. Highly recommend MBLA to anyone.
Jerry was able to accommodate me at such a short notice and I received my car back the same day! He’s a great advisor. 10/10 recommend!!!
