That Larry guy or what ever his name is needs to get fired always giving attitude when attending a customer!! that is not good customer service almost feels like he is rushing you out the store and has also given me wrong parts for the same reason that he wants to rush you out the store! He is a very picky person !!
Aisha is a best manager and Eriche is a good seller. They have professional knowledge,answering on all questions you asking them, quickly finding parts when I explain what I need.
The Van Nuys crew is the best specially Gale, the store Mngr, Eddie, etc. All of them always helpfull and willing to go the extra mile. They deserve a 5 star but the central hub only 1 star.
When I arrived the counter was unattended so a very nice lady immediately came to the counter from the what I think is the office of the place and immediately assisted me looking for the part I required. She did not have the part in stock and I was in a urgent situation in that was a part for my GE Profile Refrigerator (which is a cheaply made piece of C**P ) and was in need of this part to properly cool. She took the time to locate one for me and recommended the place. For that alone this would be the place I will go for any future needs.
This is the worst coast appliance parts branch i have ever been too. They refuse to refund parts because they have competitions with other branches, why are they sacrificing customer service because they dont want their numbers to go down due to refunds? Out of the five branches ive been to in los angeles county this is the only one that has tried denying me a refund and after accepting my refund has charged me a 25% restocking fee
I was totally ripped off here, bought a part for a lot higher price than what was available online on a Friday at 4:30 pm, but returned it Monday at 9:15am because the stove magically fixed itself when I wanted do the repair. The package was unopened and I had the receipt but they charged me a 25% restocking fee, claiming they ordered the same part to get it back in stock and had to pay the shipping. This was a very small, light part which was probably $7 in shipping if they ordered it at all which I dont believe they did anyway as they are not open Saturday and Sunday, and they charged me $24.45 as a restocking fee. Totally outrageous, will never go back there again.
