Need my dryer service been having it for several years theres no phone number the phone number is disconnected help

I bought a wash and dryer off them almost 2 years ago, which still works. The reason Im writing this review is for the way they helped me out when I was moving to a new house. Moving a washer/dryer is no easy task especially if you dont have the tools for it. I gave them a call and they were able to help move it out of my old place and into my new one. You couldnt get this kind of service from one of those big box stores. Thanks guys!

Read the mixed reviews but I took a chance and this husband and wife small business. Bought several fridges and a coin op washer for multi-family properties I manage. One fridge and the washer broke only after a month but were fixed promptly when I called. After about another month, the washer broke again. I received a 6 months parts and labor warranty on that washer. The wife scheduled Armando to come... he never showed. Called back, scheduled again... he never showed. Then they stopped picking up phone when I called. Left several messages. Then I had to call from other phone numbers and SURPRISE they picked up the phone. Wife makes excuses, Armando wont pick up phone, and I am out $500 bucks on a washer that only worked about 3 months into the 6 month warranty. It would be so much nicer if they just told me to drop dead, or maybe if they said they would not honor the warranty.... but no, they will not do this. Their game is to duck, dodge, avoid, and if they have to talk to you, schedule you for a day that they will not show up. I even went down in person (since they would not pick up the phone when they see my #) and the wife starts talking fast, making excuses, poor thing looked embarrassed to have to look me in the eye. She tells me call her husband. I call, text, send smoke signals.... I guess I can take a hint. You may be able to find a good deal or two but understand its AS IS dont believe them about any warranty if one is represented.

They are very rude they would give you a time to come out and never show up and when they do they will say one thing is a matter and it was something that was wayyyy cheaper then what they wanted to charge me.... If you not buying something from them they want help you at all.... Horrible people
