Amber just provided me with the most incredible customer service! She took the time to find me a deal even though I wasnt renting at this location. She was patient and knowledgeable, and her efforts saved me a lot of money. Thank you so much!

I reserved a 26-foot truck today in the man that was supposed to have it back by 9 didnt have a back in time so they had to give me a 20-foot here and they discounted it to a 15-footer there on an extra trip for a total of 90 miles instead of the original 40 Im traveling the truck didnt come with a dolly so they were able to give me a dolly and they extended my ability to use it for 2 days these guys do great work thank you very much

Gave me written quote for hitch and wiring installation. Wes wont honor the written quote. Says his employee messed up. Not my fault he cant properly train his employees. Maybe he should check written quotes before sending them out. Just beaware a written quote means nothing to them. They will change the prices. Wes called back and made it right, however should of never had to be that way.

I have had a horrible experience with this uhaul we reserved a flatbed trailer and we had to get tow hitch assembly and came back and they said they cant rent. One to us........

Charged me WAY more for propane than was listed on the website. Lady claimed they had just updated the website prices that morning and I must have checked before the update. Checked again later that day and the website hadnt been updated. Also, the propane would be hard for a larger larger vehicle to pull into. Impossible if you are pulling a toad. I have a 25 class A and unless I wanted to back into the road, I had to do a 5 point turn to get out.

Went in an moved out of my storage unit and they were so sweet. Made the process super easy.

Maria was an incredible help, and talked me through everything so that I knew exactly what I was paying for as well as any extraneous parts of the rental process. Would do business here again!

I showed up, got a hitch for my Toyota Sequoia and rented a tow trailer. Connie, the counter person, was amazing! She assessed my needs and I was on my way to Seattle and back with a riding mower and pressure washer on board. It was all easy as pie! Highly recommend this place!!!

I made an appointment a week prior to have a trailer hitch installed. I arrived on time and she had no idea what i was talking about. She said hitch hadnt even shipped yet. Why do they make appointments if they are not going to honor them? I cleared my schedule and made a special trip into town for nothing. What a joke of a business. Not good customer service at all. They should have called the day before to let me known parts had not arrived. I wont be back and wont recommend this store to anyone else.

I attempted to rent a truck from this place and had my licensed friend with me to drive the rented truck.. because my friend had driven for somebody else long ago, and they returned it late, I was made to pay $170. to cover those late charges.. Why wasn’t the credit card who rented the truck charged for the late fee?? Why should the driver be responsible if they weren’t renting the truck?? I honestly feel that they are double dipping on the charges and pocketing the money.. When I expressed these concerns to the manager she told me that she would blacklist me in their computer to make sure I could never rent a truck from anyone ever, unless I paid said charges.. I have reported it to uhaul corporate, but I would avoid these rude unprofessional arrogant and felonious scammers at all costs..

Staff were utterly unable to comprehend why someone in the COVID-19 vulnerable group wouldnt want to come into their office for a simple rental that could have been done kerbside. Despite their protestations that they were fully compliant with social distancing requirements etc, the only employee I saw wearing a mask was the manager who came outside to talk to me. She didnt seem to understand how far 6ft is and became visibly agitated and confrontational when I asked her to keep her distance. Ive used Uhaul for literally decades, both here in the US and globally but since theyve demonstrated they have no concern for the health and well-being of their customers or their staff, it would simply unsafe to continue to do so.

The customer service of this place is not the best. I had only one interaction with this store and it will be my last...

The transit vans are new and much easier to drive than a box truck. The transit van has cruse control and great mirrors.

Overcharged due to not checking the odometer before I left with the truck, but it was later refunded. Check the miles and prior damages before you leave and its a great place!

Its ok, it is definitely the recognized place for renting trucks. Their rental deposit return is a bit scammy. The last truck I returned, they kept some of my deposit because, even though the truck was fueled and the box was swept, there was dust on the bumper.

Amber was very helpful, we were clearing out my mother in laws house, her professionalism and demeanor were much appreciated. I would highly recommend this business.

Very rude staff. Had reservations to pick up my uhaul at 630am. Staff stated yesterday that I can pick it up a half hour early and the man that was there working moving boxes was very rude and called me a lier. Stated nobody here would make those arrangements. When I showed him the text messages he told me it was that persons mistake but he refused to say he was sorry for being so rude and calling me a lier. I personally work for a near by county and I am far from someone who would lie. Even after showing the text messages not getting an apology was very shocking. I will never do business with uhaul again. Worse customer service. I have worked with the Vancouver store, Walla Walla store and rented a unit in the Vancouver store before as well. They were all respectful but this location is horrid. I advise anyone looking for a rental to go to any location other than Longview Washington!!!!!!

I have never been impressed with U-Hauls service... and this one is no exception. Nothing horrible... but nothing special by any means.
