Wonderful customer service, Tammi & all their staff has exceeded expectations for our family. My only complaint would be I wish the gate would automatically open on the way out, but I frequently see the staff driving around the facility checking everything out. They’re so sweet & I get tickled every chat we have! Good people work here!!

Clean and well situated. Storage facility is secure and monitored. Easy access to storage rooms well spaced for convenience and loading/unloading personal storage items

The new owners are TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. NEVER use this place. Our monthly rent increased 125% with them. They are rude and should NOT be in business.

Great location, great price on my unit, very well run location.

I called from the website to check on a 10x10 because their online ad said first months rent free then $58 a month...they confirmed they had a 10x10 available on US 259 north in longview available today...then they said $79!!...i asked what was that for? Tgey said 10x10...i said no way the ad says 10x10 $58 a month and tge first month is free...he said if you are going by the website its wrong...i said no thats bait and switch and it should be illegal...he said well you have to reserve online to get that so i went back to do that immediately and at first that location was no longer on the list then i tried again and it was back but the price was changed to $79, all in less than 10 minutes...i called the actual facility to see if they wanted to stand by there ad and he said, well....uuhhh....his name was John by the way....i told him no thanks...he offered to give me the unit for $65 instead but no free month....i turned him down and said i dont know how you can advertise a Better Business Bureau rating so high like that...fortunately i have a screenshot before you changed it just now...that was it...hopefully they will correct that rating but its probably fake too!!! I added the screenshot of their ad when i called and before they changed it...you can see it above the reviews
