Very clean. Very organized. And very helpful when needed. A plus for being there for assistance. They have been good to work with and reasonable rates is what I’m told. I helped my aunt and uncle get some things out and rearrange to make some more room.

HORRIBLE! I JUST RESERVED A 10X10,JUMPED IN MY CAR AND DROVE 5 MINUTES FOR THE DESK WOMAN TO TELL ME SHE RENTED IT OUT! HORRIBLE!

The manager is extremely helpful and kind. He goes out of his way to get you in a good spot depending on what youre storing and makes sure youre happy with everything. Even drove me and my 2yr old around in a cart to look at different sizes and shapes of storage units so I could SEE what he was saying as to different rates. Made a huge difference in what I rented. I also felt very welcome which doesnt usually happen in a storage place, he was very polite.

I get kind of a feeling their storage units get rented out rather quickly...one more sign that the tweakers have over run Longview/Kelso.

The people in the office are always so nice, and the owner is amazing. I backed into a shed, busted up some paneling and broke a fire extinguisher box and all he had me do was replace the box. He fixed everything, but that was all he made me pay for. On top of that the pricing was good, I paid $120 for a 10x18, the place before there I paid $90 for a 10x10. The only thing I dont like is that you can only access it from 6am-11pm.

Rented a unit from them for about 6 years. Wanted something with security. It was nice going into the office and them knowing my name. I was even able to change to a unit with a light and was heated.

Making a customer pay $20.00 for a set up fee which includes a disc lock isnt reasonable wh8i already have one and making me pay that fee isnt good customer service.Then to give a customer just 20 min to take care of business isnt always practical as sometimes youre just exhausted from moving or driving. I asked the manager whose very nice, what if Im tired of driving and need to take a break andbwwaand to sit down and relax and let my bad back rest? . She said, then that would look like youre living there. I was confused how that would be looked as such when you move, depending on the distance, it can be exhausting or just from the ohyphysi labor alone. Im pretty sure most everyone cant beat the clock in 20 minutes.You even have to park outside the gate to walk in to fill out the paperwork.Im a disabled vet and my back is always bothering me. I do have to watch what I do and move things. This 20 min time limit is something Id never agree to. So I didnt.
