(We love it!!) Hes extremely friendly and made us feel like a part of the Patterson family.Also, thanks to Raul Hernandez in finance for patiently explaining and answering questions. Hes super personable too. The whole experience convinced us that we will keep coming back!We especially love and appreciate the lifetime warranty they now provide. When we bought our 2015 Nissan in 2016, that didnt exist and there was some confusion and issues with our warranty. Took my truck in for oil change, fuel filter changes, and 4 wheel alignment. Everything minus the alignment was performed to expectations. Tiffany Scalia was especially helpful in accommodating me and helping to resolve the issue.

Once the service was performed, the experience was very good and Dee Dee (the Service Advisor) was excellent throughout the process. I had to wait more than a week for an appointment, and because of a backlog of jobs, my car could not be diagnosed until the Monday after my Friday appointment. Parts had to be ordered (which was not a surprise, particularly during these challenging times), but Dee Dee kept me informed throughout the experience. In the end, the service was performed as quickly as practical under the adverse circumstances. Without Dee Dees work and communication with me, this would have been a much more challenging situation. Please express my gratitude to her.

Scheduled an oil change 2 weeks prior for a specific time. Showed up on time(early) for the oil change. And had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. I Scheduled the appointment early in the morning so would have enough time to get to work on time. But missed that. 2nd time this has happened. I didnt ask for extra workOr anything special. Just...a Scheduled....DEALER RECOMMENDED oil change. Very dissatisfied with the service experience.

Found car I wanted, was willing to pay full msrp simply because of the economy and lack of inventory. Then was surprised that they wanted an added $4000.00 for economic recovery. lol. no thanks.

We recently rented a vehicle from Patterson, the service is far above any other rental place in Longview. Anton was amazing, he was very helpful and informative. We would highly recommend them and will use them again.

My husband and I went in and purchased a Nissan Titan. The process was smooth at the beginning and pretty simple, which I would have originally given a 5 star at the beginning. However, after they made the sale some people wasn’t as helpful. There was a title mix up with the trade in process, which very well could possibly have been the bank’s mistake. However the communication process from our sales rep Bobby was not up to speed. Now this purchase was for my husband and I have been involved the WHOLE process and now suddenly when the license plates where missing and just now received from a purchase in March, now our sales rep Bobby can no longer speak to me because I wasn’t on the loan. What does a loan have to do with license plates and poor communication. He said he would send us tracking information and never did and come to find out the plates were not mailed out as previously said. I have also been in the process of car shopping and have approved $62,000 financing but I choose to go somewhere else because of the treatment received afterwards. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t have allowed my husband to purchase from Bobby. Customer service is big and he didn’t communicate properly with my husband either. We were constantly reaching out for updates because if not, nothing would have been said..sold the vehicle with no follow through. But I went out of my way to deliver a title that was mistakenly sent to my in-laws and drove it to Bobby 45 minutes away from where we live. But because I inquire about the license plates, now you can no longer speak to me but would talk to me about a title?!? Makes no sense and will not be sending my family or friends.

Unless your car is under full warranty, do NOT get any issues diagnosed here. It’s $150 an hour. LOL took an hour to diagnose one AC issue that they can’t even fix for two months. It’s a fan issue and it’s going to cost $1000 to fix on a certified preowned I bought less than 6 months ago, if I were to choose to fix it here. Which I absolutely am not. The man who helped me was the only good thing about my visit here. He was very kind and understanding of my frustrations.

I wouldn’t recommend your service side . I had to deal with three different people. I had to call to check on my status of my vehicle that was in there getting repaired When I called the first time to check on it they told me my transmission was on backorder in my mind your service provider needs to keep the customer informed on Hall stuff going on with the vehicle that is in there being repaired I’ve had the worst experience there than I have had anywhere else. Once my car is completed I got three different prices on how much I/O for the car being repaired. I went into your Longview branch and I complain about the service side do I believe anything will be taken care of it I don’t know but I won’t be back on your service side to experience if it was taken care of or not

I was in need of getting a new car in which I was recommended to look here. I believe the man who helped me was Jerry he was very professional and efficient in making sure I understood everything as this was my first time buying a car from a dealership. He had a great attitude overall, I was very happy with my experience and with my purchase. I really appreciated the fact that a year after I bought my Jeep he called to check in to make sure we were doing okay and that we were still happy with the car and to wish me a congratulations on it being one year of owning my Jeep. I think that goes beyond great customer service as he went out of his way to check in on the purchase. It made me feel like a valued customer and I appreciate that. Experience was good. What I didn’t know was that I would be paying all kinds of fees associated with my oil change, but I guess that’s how it goes in Texas. My oil change was $20 more than oil changes in Louisiana.

If you like to be bombarded with texts, phone calls, and emails regarding surveys this is the place for you. You get phone calls and texts from the employees explaining that their job depends on these surveys. Surveys are meant to get honest reviews but this place guilt-trips you into a five star. The service is great. My issue is that they manipulate five stars and bother you until you take the survey. I feel like the employees are decent and they are being pressured to push the surveys. I dont mind a reminder but they call, email, and text you till you finally break and fill out a survey.

Sales lady was really nice. We started looking at several Nissan Rogues. We decided on one. I was happy that they dropped the price by $1,000! Didnt close the deal that day. Once at home I checked their internet inventory, the Rogue was $1,000 cheaper than their best price that they had given me! Did not buy anything there. 😕

Went in to buy a 2022 pathfinder. After 5 days of back and forth, getting numbers set, they tell us that because they are selling so quickly that they are going to add on $6,000 for profit. Very unprofessional and greedy. Ill drive a little farther for actual help. Dont waste your time with these people.

I took my truck in for service. I always notch my tires and oil filter to make sure the work is being done. What can I say? I have a hard time trusting people I just meet. Sad to say, after an hour of waiting, I was charged $72 bucks. Went to my truck to find out the work wasnt done. Its a sad day when overpriced services arent even being performed. $72 bucks to lie to me. Sadly, it also wasted an hour of my life. The manager did refund my money, and the service advisor was really apologetic. However, I feel the dishonesty needs to be shared.Follow up, to the response below, looks copied and pasted from all the other reviews. I didnt even get a survey, much less fill one out. But if you do send one, it will reflect your follow up here.

We will happily give our cash to someone else. We were looking for a vehicle and planning to pay cash. My husband test drove(in the rain) a vehicle we were very interested in. We wanted to wait and drive it and look at it when it was dry. The salesman was SOOOOOO NICE and told him we could keep it for the weekend and that we had first dibs on it. My husband didn’t even make it home with the vehicle when that SUPER NICE car salesman called him and told him someone else wanted it and that he had 10 minutes to make a decision. My husband got home and we started to discuss this LARGE INVESTMENT when his phone rang again and the salesman rudely told him he needed a decision NOW. Zero remorse. Feeling pressured and frustrated my husband told him we didn’t want it. When I took the vehicle back the coward wouldn’t even come out and get the keys from me. I had a few words for him. He had another salesman get them from me. We will NEVER do business with this place. Completely unethical.

Brought my daughters car in to be checked out after she hit a curb. Service writer was Donny Bruce, super nice guy. Was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Got it checked out in a reasonable amount of time for a drive up. Got some parts ordered for the repair and now we wait for the holiday to be over. Impressed to say the least.

I dropped my car off at 2 pm for my appointment. I got a shuttle back to my work because I was unsure of how long it would take. I send a text and called patterson service close to 4 pm. No one ever responded. I tried calling again a little after 5 pm and the message said that patterson was closed. I sent another text asking someone to please call me. I finally got a call and was told that my car was ready and had been ready for a while. I was told oil changes dont take that long. By this time the shuttle people already went home for the day. I could not go and get my car myself because I had know one to watch my store. I had to find a ride home and also fine a ride to patterson on Saturday which because of I was late to work. I did not appreciate this. This is the first time I have had an issue with patterson. I am going to be honest if I didnt have the warranty with the free oil changes I would likely be using someone else. I left a message on patterson website about my experience and never heard anything back about it. They did email me saying I showed interest in a vehicle, but I didnt.
