I love a Dollar Tree store for the variety and that everything is a dollar. For this visit we found helium birthday balloons and streamers and very nice birthday cards. I always get my reading glasses here so I dont feel bad if they break. Their glassware is nice too.

I enjoy shopping here. The inventory is constantly changing yet still has the things that are not seasonal in stock . The staff is always changing sadly . However Ive never had a bad experience here and I visit weekly .

I was inside the store shopping and watched them lock the doors 10 mins. early (5:50) on a dozen customers. As it is theyre closing 4 hours earlier than posted on google (10 pm). This seems to cause mass confusion. Should be open the hours you post online or fix them(takes less time to update google than print the door sign).

Fun store where you get bargains and find out how fast dollars pile up. We enjoy this place.

Nothing is clean stuff thrown around boxes everywhere only 2 employees that arent even picking up all the stuff that has just been dropped there they were chatting across the registers at 9:30 am

Cant beat the dollar tree. Everything in there is a bargain.

Went there a few days ago.I couldnt believe how filthy this store was especially with all the covid regulations out there.There was stuff all over the floor and the floor looked like it hadnt been mopped for a long time.The bathroom was disgusting. I wondered if they have different management because last time I was there the store was clean.

Ive been coming to this location for close to a decade and this is the first time I have ever seen a manager. I guess that would make sense since she has horrible customer service skills and was extremely rude to me. I simply asked if they could fill up some of my personal balloons, because I know that The Dollar Tree has done this the past, and she said no. When I asked why she let me know that it was part of their policy, perfect no problem. I went and grabbed myself some cups and came back to stand in line to complete my purchase. Only then did I hear her rattling her mouth off about me, she didnt even wait for me to leave her building! Miss Brandi really needs to learn customer service skills or find a career where she doesnt have to interact with the public.

The manager in Longmont, Co located on Hwy 119 was not helpful in assisting the only cashier with about 15 customers in line. The ones that are Managers on Hover and Main street are excellent backups when one is needed. I will not shop at the Hwy 119 again.

This is the 2nd time that the store closed early. We were not able to enter the store at 5:45 pm because they were closing at 6. Ridiculous! I thought that when a store closed at 6, that meant that they closed the door at 6 not 5:45. But not only that, why is this store closing at 6???? And this is the 2nd time that I know of. So I went to another location and go what I needed (in less than 5 minutes) and asked the cashier why that location was closing early. She informed me that they are having staffing issues. I always thought that it was the managers responsibility to step up if employees dont. Sounds like they need some new employees and mangers. I will not be doing any more shopping at this location.

The staff is super friendly and willing to help you locate any item if they have it in stock. Always find interesting things here and will be a customer as long as Im in Longmont.

The last 3 times I have shopped here have been lousy experiences. The employees are not as friendly anymore, the shelves are never filled and always have stacks of boxes in the way.This last visit was by far the worst...customers had to wait in line for at least 20 minutes if not more. The line was all the way to the back wall and starting down the back aisle. The customers could see 2 other employees in the store just stocking shelves not even concerned about the line.I dont know who or where the manager was but they clearly did not care about customer service today. Will not shop here again.

Cashier grabbed a handful of things, I advised that some were double scanned. She disregarded my attempts at communication. I was charged double for several items. Granted it is a dollar per item, but as a casher one must pay attention. I hope this doesnt occur to anyone else.

Hours are completely wrong versus what is posted online. Says you open at 8am and yet Im here at 8:30am and doors are locked. Pretty frustrating to drive all the way into Longmont to sit here for 30min.

As always, I wound up with more than I walked in whats the plan to buy. Shopping at Dollar Tree is always an adventure, with new items every time I go, while long-time items that Ive come to like and expect might disappear. It can become a game all unto itself.There are three Dollar trees in Longmont and while the one on Ken Pratt is my favorite, I wish they had the same selection of containers that the North Main store can boast having. Cest la vie.

This dollar tree is one of the largest Ive ever been in. It is clean inside and out. There is plenty of parking, and the parking lot is easy to navigate. They have a wide variety of things to choose from. The staff was friendly, very polite, and helpful. However, I do have one complaint, each time I went there they were very busy, but only had one register open.

The cashier was soooo rude. Announced over the intercom that if you were not at the cashier check out by 9:00 that you would be considered TRASSPASSING... WOW REALLY!!! When she was checking my items out she literally was throwing them into the basket I bought. Like it was so hard to do, there was 17 items so 17 at $1.00 each plus tax....wow I figured out my total all with on 2 seconds ....if you hate your job, look for another one dont take it out on ppl that cross your path...

I will go back to this store again and again and again this Dollar Tree is the best one in and or around Longmont areas. Ive went to some of the others stores I would never go to those stores again. But this one was the greatest one. Thank you Dollar Tree for a awesome visit and I want to say thanks to all the people working in that store they were very helpful and nice to help when asked. I would give this store a A+. But for the rest of your Dollar Tree stores they in my words need some work in all areas they need to talk to this store and find out whats going on and whats wrong. Some real bargains

I love this dollar store & its employees! However the past 4 or 5 times Ive gone in here no matter what time of day they do not have any available carts. I know theyre busy but they always have multiple carts filled with things they are stocking which is frustrating. Unfortunately I cant shop here anymore until this is fixed so my review had to be changed.

Its Dollar Tree so I dont ever expect much. Sometimes Im surprised & other times Im not. The store is usually a mess and 1 person working. Good for dollar items & you get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for and sometimes you get more. Good range of house hold cleaning products, party supplies, home goods and convenience foods. They even sell a $1 pregnancy test and a $1 drug detection test.

The girl at the register was on her phone while helping us. She didnt greet us I said thank you when leaving and she didnt even look at me or said anything back. I know they dont get paid $20+ an hour. But if your getting paid atleast be polite.

Large Dollar Tree with more obscure items than others. Found every item I went in looking for. Cashier was friendly. Great job!

Great for the size but never fully stocked and the managers or workers sit outside and smoke while the young kids try to get through the long lines of check out by themselves.

Everything is $1! Lots of seasonal items, cards, party supplies, even food. Not everything is great quality, but most is from businesses that went out of business, not a sweatshop in China.

When I arrived home, I checked my receipt and noticed I had been charged twice for dish soap. I contacted the company online and did not receive a response.When I was in the area the next time, I stopped by with my receipt, waited in a long line, and then was told they could not refund the money and that corporate needed to take care of it.I then contacted corporate again. I finally received a flat email with An adjustment was sent in the amount of $1.09 email and a credit back on my credit card. No apology. Poor customer service. They really must think that someone is not going to bother with a dollar and if they do this enough times they are scamming and illegally profiting from customers.I will not be returning to the Ken Pratt Blvd. location in Longmont, CO.Shady business practice. I will be carefully checking my receipt immediately after the checkout at other locations. If I want a bargain deal, I will be going to Walmart up the street in Longmont - excellent customer service, worth the few minutes and few pennies more. Customer Service issues are also handled right in the store.Check your receipts, people! This stuff is rampant. Marshalls in Longmont also overcharged for an extra $2.99 item a week prior.

We went on our normal trip when shopping. I repeatedly heard a cashier insult people from the east coast and people from a neighboring town here. Disgraceful. I have worked retail and any self-respecting person does NOT talk like that while at work in front of customers. However, I do love the store and this was the first time I seen this happen.

Well I had a hoodie and it was from California,and then I walked by an I-beam and it scratched my hoodie and I wanted some compensation and they just denied me. I mean if it was your kid thats about 3 ft tall it would have got hit in the head and start bleeding. Too bad they dont have negative Stars.

I recently moved to this side of town, and often go to Dollar Tree. So I went to this location and found half the store basically unstocked. I thought oh no big deal they might be behind/short staffed. Anyways Ive gone back multiple times and literally every time they have so much stuff out of stock and the place always looks superrr messy. Ive seen other reviews on this location from months back saying its unorganized so Im unsure as to why this issue hasnt been resolved. I honestly would rather drive to the other location across town.

They dont seem to have enough staff. Its like they are constantly trying to catch up. If you have the patience to go in there you can still find stuff.

This is one of those places where you go to look around and maybe find something thats not a knock-off brand item. Even though now they sell more popular chips, most of the things are just plain old cheap.

Its always super messy, and they only have like 3 carts that are always being used, so my toddler runs around like crazy. This last time there was a hammer and nails on the floor that my daughter picked up...

Worst service ever. Worst management ever. There is no loss prevention in place Ive seen people steal in front of staff. Bathrooms are horrendous. They have messed up my pre paid balloon ordersany times.

Store is supposed to be open until 9pm on Sunday. Doors were locked. I called store and a guy picked up and I said I thought you were open until 9 and he responded that he was the only one there and hes not really supposed to be by himself. I told him that he should really put a sign on the door or something since quite a few people tried to go in in the short time I was parked out front.

I buy my toilet paper here! Yeah! A quarter a roll? Deal.
