Dante is absolutely wonderful. He is upfront about everything so youre never surprised by anything. The prices are beyond affordable (300-700 for a side by side fridge) and the appliances are in great condition! I only wish we had come here first and saved time. Walk in through the appliance factory door and go straight to the back to find the best deals!

I was in about 3 weeks ago from ft. Collins, looking for a dishwasher. I was helped by an enjoyed named Ben. He was extremely helpful & educated on what he was selling. He made sure I was informed on what I was buying & what to look for in dishwashers. We have had trouble with the used appliances that we have received. The price is low but it took a couple rounds of bringing them into the house, realizing that they didnt work, removing them and then replacing them which increases time without working appliances:Refrigerator: Our stainless steel GE could not be repaired so we purchased another used Stainless Steel similar fridge from Affordable Used Appliances to replace it. It arrived but once installed, seemed to have the same issue as our previous refrigerator in that it didnt cool. We were within 30 days so they offered us a black Kenmore to replace it. The Kenmore works fine now. At the time, with a family, it was tough to go weeks without a working refrigerator.Washer/Dryer: We purchased a used washer/dryer from Affordable Used Appliances in Dec 2020. After a week, the washer was pooling water on the floor from what we discovered was a damaged seal on the door (front loading) and the dryer was squeaking very loudly (could be heard from upstairs and it is in the basement). Again we were within the 30 days so we exchanged for new Maytags at Appliance Factory (same building but different business). These brand new Maytags currently do not work and so my frustration with this whole process has led me to write this review. I have been without reliable, quiet laundry since December and it is March.Affordable Used Appliance did hold up their end of the bargain by providing exchanges within 30 days but it is frustrating to go for weeks with equipment in and out of the house trying to find something that works!

What a great discovery! I needed a used laundry set for a rental, affordable, and low-hassle to get delivered at a certain time. Enter Affordable Used Appliances and Matthew, the sales guy for the used equipment. He guided me to the best machines for my needs -- mentioning that if one had a queen bed, the larger drums were most appropriate for washing the bedding -- saving me from pouncing on a cheaper but inadequate machine. He had a great combo of down-to-earth practical knowledge and congeniality that made the experience both efficient and pleasant. He gave me the skinny on getting delivery and set-up to go smoothly -- getting the right hoses, etc. I got a good price deal I was happy with also! My husband and i bought small little fixer upper on the outside of Loveland and the appliances were old and just needed to be updated. we decided to come here where Dakota helped us pick out new appliances that were within our budget that looked brand new! plus, they took care of our old appliances which was so convenient. definitely will come here for all future purchases!

I needed a new refrigerator, because my is going out. I picked them because they delivery. They scheduled it for Wednesday, but on Tuesday night they called to say that because of labor day the schedule had been pushed back to Saturday. How do you forget about the holiday? I told them i had to work saturday, there was a reason i agreed to Wednesday. But i told them i might be able to have someone meet them, but Id need to talk to the driver the night before. They never called though. When i finally got a chance to call on Saturday i was told they called the wrong number and they would need to reschedule again. It would be another week. Why a week if its your fault? They should try to rectify the situation right away you would think. I need a new refrigerator now. They keep telling me delivery is another business so its not their fault. How is this my fault? I can not wrap my head around why i need to wait 2 extra weeks because they forgot about a holiday and they called the wrong phone number. They keep trying to act like they did nothing wrong. Seriously. I need my refrigerator i paid for.Update***August 15, 2020The refrigerator that I did finally receive started leaking 2 weeks after i got it. I couldnt find the receipt and so i basically got screwed. Now i live with the same exact problem as before, except I paid $400 for it. It was already a stretch to come up with the money for that, so i cant get another one. I just live with it. Hopefully new management changes things there, but i would be very weary of buying from them if I were you.

I decided to stop in here while in the area to browse around. I’ve been looking for new appliances for awhile but I’m picky and wanted to explore all of my options. Not only did the store have quite a variety to choose from, Lane made the experience all the more better! He was very helpful, worked with me on price, and even helped me measure everything out to make sure it would fit. I will absolutely be going out of my way to come back here again next time!

Found this place from fb market place sale post by Greg, I needed a used washer and dryer for my elderly mothers home, prices looked good and fair, Greg was polite and helpful with information I needed, I did end up buying the warranty for the washer so I hope I wont have any future issues with warranty down the road, but my over all experience was good.

Good place to buy new or used appliances. Especially for people on a limited budget. Friendly staff and installation people. We bought a new refrigerator there last year and a used stove there this week. We paid less for the used stove (plus delivery, install and old appliance haul away) then it would cost to get just the appliance somewhere else.

The Longmont location of Affordable Used Appliances, at 1401 Ken Pratt Blvd provided a great experience in customer service and Jason was very forthcoming with information and tips. This store made my chore so much easier and less expensive. My phone calls were answered, and returned on the occasion that I left a message. Bought a used washer/dryer set. Dryer went out in 1st week. Fortunately we had purchased a warranty and the service department came out to fix it. Cut to 6 months later. The washer stopped working, I took the shell off to find the basin caked with grime, hair, and dirt build up. Disgusting! We dont own pets and we are not washing dirty work clothes, so the amount of build up is ridiculous! JUST KNOW THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE APPLIANCES THEY SELL. So gross. I called today to have them come fix or haul the dumpster of a washer. THEY DONT HAVE ANY RECORD OF ME, MY PURCHASE OR MY WARRANTY!

The movers destroyed my house bringing in a stacked washer and dryer. Took chunks of wood out of many steps, more than 10 deep dents and scrapes in my walls. The dryer doesnt dry. I tried calling and the guy said to call back tomorrow after I explained to him my issue. My only option is for them to pick up the unit and have them deliver another one. Why would I allow them to destroy my house again. Im out $700.

Easy process, good prices

We bought a used dryer from them, and it wouldnt start. Upon trying to get it replaced, they said they didnt have anything at the moment to replace it, so i asked for my money back to find a dryer elsewhere. They told me I couldnt get my money back, and that I can wait a few more days (been over week now) to see if something comparable comes in. Ill still have to make a second trip to get the new dryer... some day... and return their old dryer. I think the most frustrating part is their unwillingness to fix the situation.
