Decent spot. Quiet location. Good customer service

They always have the cutest little things in this store And its not very expensive. But its not low quality either. The workers are very sweet 🙂

I learned how bad the theft problem is at all Longmont stores including Family Dollar. I recorded a customer trying to return (most likely stolen) items without a receipt. That poor cashier! I hope her supervisor appreciates her defending Family Dollar!

Friendly people, large selection but kinda high prices. Can get a lot of the same stuff from dollar tree

The floor was filthy. Shelves seemed organized cashier was nice, but that was the 2nd and final time I will go there.

Friendly customer service. They have a number of things for a dollar that I havent seen at other places I shop.

Customers service is great. But the place is really dirty. The fake tile looks like it hasnt been mopped in years. Would give them more stars because of the employees. The place really needs a deep cleaning!!!!!!

Store was dirty. Trash on floor. Damaged and /or misplaced product on shelves. Weird, undefinable smell. One of three Assistant Store Managers (dont know why a small store like this needs three assistant managers but whatever) implied I couldnt browse through store as only Essential Shopping was allowed, which wasnt true. Store Manager was curt with me and offered no justification, let alone an apology, for ASMs attitude, nor why she didnt say the same thing to other shoppers. Noticed only female workers and customers throughout store. Maybe I went in at the wrong time of the month? Would NEVER return to such a poorly run, mismanaged, $1Tree wannabe store.

Experience was great. Clean and organized store. There was a small line to check out, but its a small store and I went late afternoon on a Sunday so I would have expected there to be a small crowd there. But again, as small a shop as it is, one cashier is all you need!Plus, every time Ive been to this particular Family Dollar, the staff are ALWAYS overly friendly and helpful :)

Clean, friendly and fairly diverse product lines.

The senior staff that have worked there for quite a while are very nice, even call me by name! (I go there often) But some of the newer guys are jerks, and they need to have some sort of punishment. Today when I went there it was packed, it was to be expected as its 5pm, people are coming home from work and what not. But when there are 12 people waiting in line for one of the two checkouts, you would think the guy stacking the shelves could come help out, and on top of that, right when the guy before me got to the checkout, the ONLY Cashier on duty went on break, no one else took his place. The more senior staff are great, if they are the ones there you will have a nice, quick, in and out time (Maybe even a nice chat) But the newer people? Honestly I would rather take the public bus to walmart then walk across the street.

Needs cleaning but its ok place to shop

I dont consider Family Dollar a true dollar store since many items costmuch more than one dollar, but there are still a lot of great deals if you can deal with the limited selection and lack of staff members. The employees at this location try hard and deliver quality customer service, but there just arent enough of them working at times. That said, some staff will profile shoplifters so badly that all I can do is laugh. Its not bad enough to keep me away from the cheap junk food and Mexican ice cream.

And no family Dollar store is short on help but I have never had such rude people as I had today a woman that was not calm at all could not talk to her refuse to give me the managers name refused to give the corporate number and hung up on me

Employees need to take a class on customer service. I stood at the counter for almost 5 min while the guy behind the counter counted cigarettes and ignored me completely. He finally yelled loudly for the other employee. Nothing. A few more min passed and he yelled again. Nothing. I asked him if I should ring the bell. So I did. Couple more min the other employee shows up. Then the guy who had ignored me for at least 10 min actually yelled at the other employee who had been in the back of the store mopping and couldnt hear him yelling. This guy is a complete waste of the minimum wage hes likely paid. Its the closest store to my house to buy necessities if I dont have time to go to a real store that cares about customers. 0 stars.

Very clean very friendly people, and Price is Right!

Well I was just passing thru town on a bus and was dying of thirst and this was the nearest place to buy beverages. Plus p.u. a dress and wrap for cheap. In addition the gal at the register was friendly and she even let me have a couple extra hangers so I could hang my dress when I got home.

Products are not priced correctly. (Ex: Monster Zero Ultra 4-ok labeled @ $6.50. But charged $6.95) Never more than one register open and checkout is always a mess. No place to set your purchases and employees will not clear a space. A LOT of products are damaged and all sales are final. You can get the same or better products from Walmart for about the same price. This store gets away with all this because there are no other options available in this part of town.

Been there a while back the worker Ben with pony tail and glasses still has a job there wow !I dont know how when I specifically talked to greg pape about him hinting sexual acts to my wife, or asking what would happen if they would have a pizza date how saucy can things get..on top of that he makes us wait while he counts hes cigs, or hes behind an isle playing on hes phone for 15 minutes while cate works!did the other young man leave?

Store needs to be organized, the aisles were crowded either with spilled products or boxes of items to be put on the shelves. This store usually is not like this.

Store is always cluttered and dirty looking, there is only one person working at any one time. You have to look for someone to ring you out when you are ready because they are working in the back of the store. Poorly run
