Dave helped my son trouble shoot his computer. He didnt have to do it because it isnt what they regularly do. But, I think it shows that he cares a lot about what he does.

Fantastic. I had Brian Melton build me a Video Editing machine this past summer. He was very knowledgeable, thorough in explanation of parts and cost, and very honest and up-front. The environment was very welcoming and they have excellent customer service. I have not had any problems with my custom build so far and Miracle PC helped set me up to keep adding and replacing parts as needed. The guy that answered the phone did not sound interested in working on my computer because its too out of date. Kept pretending to listen and answer any of my questions, and just continually changed the conversation. He even interrupted me immediately after asking a question. He wouldnt even let me tell him what I wanted, he just kept interrupting. Im thinking he is driven by greed and only wants to work the big jobs. WELL, he got his star, thats all hes gettin out of me... And all I wanted was my computer cleaned, RAM, and a solid state hard drive. I guess Ill just save his $300 lunch and do it myself. What a Miracle!

All i can say about the people who work at Miracle-PC is they are some of the nicest people you could ever have help you. I personally recommend Brian, he fixed my Toshiba laptop and it works better then i could have imagined. The reason i recommend Brian is because iv been in there a couple of time to talk with him and get his advise on things and the feel i get from the people there is that they dont just see you as another customer they see you almost like family. If anything were to ever go wrong with anything computer related i will always choose Miracle-PC. I hope this review help anyone just want people to know that they are they best and cheapest in town.

I stopped in because they are located close to us and we were having problems getting our new home network to work. It was Friday afternoon and they went out of their way to fix it late that day. I also talked with them about my old notebook computer. For a very reasonable price, they upgraded the memory and processor and it is running like new. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and the prices are reasonable.

They helped me set up my business network and completed the steps that Youtube didnt teach me. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very fair in their fees. Id use them again (I plan on it with the next network setup Ill do next year) and Id easily recommended them for any help you need, commercial or otherwise.

At age 81, Ive lost some of my computer skills and when I need help, Miracle PC has been there and quickly and efficiently taken care of my problems. Took my laptop to Miracle-PC because the hinge broke. Ended up that the case also broke. They gave me a reasonable estimate and ordered parts. When reassembling they noticed a problem which the manufacture had put out a notice on. Miracle-PC transported my computer to a service center to have it repaired. Outstanding service, excellent communication including a follow-up phone call. excellant value.

I called Miracle PC after some disappointing service from another repair person, and another week trying to fix things myself. They came to my home and were able to get me up and running, made sure my software was installed correctly and helped me retrieve some missing backups that I couldnt find. Their rates were very reasonable, and the service was excellent. Ill call them first next time.

The Company has always responded in a timely manner by returning phone calls, answering phone calls immediately or coming into our system and fixing the problems at hand. I have worked with Dave from the inception of his business and have no plans of ever leaving his services. GREAT COMPANY!!!

Charge $100, gave a $44.50 discount, but charged a $15.00 trip charge. Total bill $69.50 for what you ask?!!! To add a received date column to email AND re-sort email by attachments. Seems a little excessive of a charge to me. I understand the need to make money, but this seems to be a little excessive and taking advantage of a new company attempting to get up and running.

David and his staff at Miracle-PC went far above and beyond to help me. I had brought in a broken gaming laptop that had died 5 days past the Best Buy warranty, and Miracle-PC worked with me for months on various options. The laptop would have cost more to fix than it was worth, so Miracle-PC took some parts from the laptop, and some parts from my old desktop computer, and applied a store credit credit to custom building me a brand new top-of-the-line gaming PC. The custom PC they built looks like a carbon fiber stealth bomber and runs everything I throw at it with ease. I must say that these folks TRULY know what they are doing, and they are willing to go to any length to help you with your computer situation. I will refer everyone I know that needs help with their computer to them from now on. CALL THEM! They ROCK!

They are great! They fixed my power source that was attached to my motherboard on my samsung laptop. They knew that it was going to be a spcial job so they made sure to bring in a professional that knew what they were looking for. Also, very accurate on the timeline and great about communication on price etc.

My computer was running very, very slow and my life was becoming increasingly difficult as a result. I brought my computer in to Miracle-PC on the lead of a Boco deal. Dave, who initially helped me, listened to my description and assured me that my computer problem was most likely fixable. They checked in with me often during the repair and were easy to communicate and trouble-shoot with. When I brought my computer home and connected it, a Miracle had occured! My computer is 100% faster and is once again my friend. Ive recommended these folks to all my friends and family. They are affordable, friendly, and wonderful doctors of computers.

These guys rock! Weve had them help us with our goofy and complicated home networking set up in my home office, which they got to work PERFECTLY. My bubble gum and bailing wire methods could no longer keep up! My son is a gamer, and I a photographer, with both have intense needs for speed and power. My wife and daughter can still stream Netflix while my son and I are online. Weve worked mostly with Brian, who has also built two fantastic machines for us, and I just cant say enough good things about this guy! In short, if Brian can figure out my tangled mess of wires, and kludgy network, he can probably fix you up too!

Ive brought several computers to Miracle PC and each and every time they correctly diagnose the problem, then simply fix it. Other companies tell you there are all these other problems with computers then overcharge you to fix not only the original problem, but all of the other problems. Maybe they were existing problems, maybe not, Im no computer expert, but Dave and the others at Miracle PC fix what needs fixing, I am aware of the fee upfront, and there are no additional charges. I will always use this company for any computer issues I may have!

My P.O.S. HP computer decided to crap out on me the week of finals for school. I called up Miracle-PC this morning and even though they werent open for another half hour David went above and beyond to help me out being more concerned for my computer issue then him making a quick buck. I will be going to Miracle-PC for as long as I live in Longmont. Other businesses should take note on how Miracle-PC treats their customers and potential customers.

Sent in my computer for slow hard drive, got it back with no sound and a bad hard drive. Gave it back to them to fix and got it back scratched up and the hard drive not even in all the way and a stripped screw.
