Staples is one of the largest sellers of paper products in the U.S. They now sell LESS recycled materials than they did 20 years ago. EVERY paper product should have a recycled option. Not shopping at any Staples stote until they are part of the solution.
Super easy way to get TSA Precheck without having to drive to the airport. You can sign up online for an appointment.
So this must just be the best Staples Ive ever been to. All the staff there is respectful and courteous. There is an assistant manager there that is just amazing. Although she misgenders me all the time she is always eager to help anyone who walks in the door. I believe her name is Denette. If she cant help you she knows exactly who to introduce you to. She does seen to know her store very well And I always see her working on something. I give this store 5 stars and would recommend this store over their competition any day. Definably LGBTQ+ friendly.
Occasionally I have no choice but to buy stuff here. They are selling Cat 5 (ethernet) cables for $45. Nobody in their right mind would pay that!
They way they treat associates that have disabilities is truly appalling
The manager wasnt the nicest i was looken for a gaming chair they did not have one in the store of the color we needed well an associate offered use the sales chair. The manager said nope nope we cant sell you this chair because there still in the store well ok then i asked was there a staples in boulder i was told NO theres no staples in boulder and there was the manager at the boulder store was awesome he got us a Brand new chair and was just a great manager he apologized for the Longmont store and he didnt have to.
Today I dropped off two computers to be recycled. I read on the website that you can drop them off for free so they don’t end up in a landfill. I called the store a couple hours before I left just to double check. The woman on the phone said yes they would take pretty much anything but TVs. After carrying these dinosaurs down two flights of stairs and hauling them into town I brought one in and the woman said just to set it on the counter as I went to get the other one. When I brought the second one in a guy told me to go take them to the cashier. When I got there a guy yelled at me in front of other employees and customers and told me that they don’t take them. I told him I had just called to confirm that they did and also read it on the website. He insisted that they didn’t and that I had to take the computers back with me. The other cashier said she was the woman on the phone and said she did tell me I could. The guy continued to argue with me in front of everyone and seemed to start getting annoyed. He then changed his story and said they just don’t have anymore room for them. And that he had stuck a sign up saying they weren’t taking anymore today even though I was told to bring them in two hours earlier (I’m assuming he stuck that sign on the door after he found out his employee had told me to bring them in) He then acted like a child and threw his hands up in the air and said “Fine just leave them I’ll figure out what to do with them”. Made me feel like I had hugely inconvenienced him. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life. That is not how you treat a customer. And if he was the manager that is definitely not how a manger is to remedy a situation. The right way to handle that would have been. “Yes ma’am. Please just set them right there and we will take care of it. Thanks and have a great day. “ And I would have walked out and not thought anything different. Instead I was made an example in front of everyone and was yelled at. What a shame. I walked out and told him I won’t bother him with bringing anything else into the store. Nor will I bother him with anymore of my company’s business.
The 5 stars is for Maxine! What a wonderful lady. Every time I go into staples I get amazing customer service from her. I go there a couple of times a month for work. Every time I buy paper she refuses to let me carry the big boxes out to my car. She always takes care of me. The manager there is very pleasant also. Hes actually the one who carried my box out yesterday and I love Staples rewards!!
Next day FedEx delivery on paper, ink, ofc supplies. One week delv on furniture products. Outstanding service.
Thank you for the excellent and polite customer service. I wanted a document scanned and sent to my address. I fully expected to pay and was very pleasantly surprised when I was told there was no cost.I appreciate the favor and Staples will be my first choice for office supply products in the future.
Staples on Ken Pratt in Longmont, Colorado is a very nice storefront with great customer service. Recently we rode our bicycles there to test out the office chairs. They were very helpful even though we could not pick up there and had to order from their warehouse since we could not carry a chair on our bicycle. They have a good selection of office equipment and supplies.
I have always had consistently positive shopping experiences at this Staples. Most recently I have been working with Steve, the Tech Sales Supervisor, on trying to determine which inkjet printer will best meet my home-office needs. Steve is extremely competent and very patient. I have a great deal of confidence in his knowledge and candor. He has allowed me to hook up my personal laptop so I could actually test the performance of multiple printers. In fact, he spent a fair amount of time with me both yesterday and today, answering my many questions and helping me to test printers. Hes also answered my questions about personal computers; I learned some things I didnt know. Hes an exceptional representative of Staples. I sincerely hope his manager appreciates, recognizes and rewards his contribution.
So, I just left the Longmont store — today I must’ve had my mind on a lot of stuff. Like an airhead, I left my phone at checkout. The employee, Ryan, who was already wonderful when I checked out, came running down the sidewalk after me with my phone! Above and beyond. THANK YOU!
Purchased a laptop here. Guy said Id be able to use it for gaming. Not true. Screen already has pixel burn and it sounds like the hard drive is clicking. Ive had this laptop not even a year....
Good customer service. I was as little bit of a hurry and when I went to pay the credit card equipment would not work after several attempts. The cashier was nice and we switched to another register that worked. There ended up to be quite a few customer being held up with the wait. Score 10 for customer service, 0 for the checkout experience.
So I ordered a computer, and it took over two weeks for it to come from another store an hour away, and when I opened it up, it was broken in two different places. I took it back and they offered me another one, but a lesser one because they were completely out of that model I guess meaning that it was the last one available through staples...ever? So that didnt entirely make sense, and that was all that they were willing to tell me. They gave me a fair price though, so that was nice. The customer service was pretty good, my biggest issue is with the computer I bought from them still has a fundamental issue with it; the keypad doesnt work at random times. It just stops working and have to give it ten or so minutes and then it will start again. Really inconvenient and quite frustrating. I asked what they could do about it, and they want me to pay for shipping for a defective product that wasnt what I initially ordered. And then potentially pay for the repairs? It was too much to be worth it. And that was all they were willing to do. So my issue isnt with the people themselves but more so the company and the support they provide for their stores. Overall, thanks but no thanks. Ill go somewhere else next time.
I use this store all the time for blueprints, large document printing and kids project poster stuff. Prices are fair and they have always had my prints done on time. Excellent customer service from the print shop and knowledgeable staff in store.
We applied for TSA PreCheck here. Appointments are recommended but not required. Go earlier in the day.
The printing services are way over priced. Other products are great! I got a 32gb jump drive for $10 but I wont pay $70 for a quick service copy product that everywhere else is less than $20 .
Josh Hendrickson in the printing department has some of the best customer service I have experienced in a retail establishment. Thank you for your kind service.
Wow! Totes of merchandise everywhere, clearance items all over the place, 2 customers, half the shelves empty, tsa pre-check person screwing around in a hidden cubicle. Not sure when the end is coming, but I wouldnt be surprised to find Staples out of business in the next few years. On another note, I think I successfully found all 8 or 9 locations they keep the USB cables. Dont buy the $20 cables. You will find one for $5-10 somewhere else in the store.
Came in for copies and scanning and the guy was so awesome and helpful. Very fast and friendly. In and out in 10 minutes.
Every time Ive had to make copies or print things their staff has always been extremely helpful with me. I could agree that theyre not always coming up to you asking if you are in need of any assistance but if you need anything walking up to an employee works pretty good they immediately stop what theyre doing and help you with your needs. Its a good friendly staff.
Normally I get great services here. Unfortunately this evening wasnt so great as all the other days I have came in to shop. I walked in looking for envelopes and stationary items. I asked the cashier where the items where. She pointed in the direction of where the pens are located. I didnt find what I was looking for so I went back up to ask again. This time a gentleman was with the cashier. It took a few minutes before I got their attention. Again they pointed me in another direction not specifying the section. I finally got fed up of just having a cashier and another associate in blue pointing in direction instead of walking me to the items or at least stating the ail number that I found a supervisor. This is very unusual for Staples to have their associates socializing as if no customers were in the store versus assisting their customers. I found what I was looking for after getting the assistance of a manger. Tonights visit was unpleasant. I normally come in and know where to go to find the items I am purchasing and the one night I am looking for something out of the ordinary I get poor customer service.
Ryan was wonderful, because he assembled the office chair for me. Ryan was friendly and helpful.
Good customer service. Store looks clean and organized. Always in and out very quickly.
Very helpful! Even when I didnt ask, they still offered service and answered all my questions.
Im extremely discourage with this staples. The new management team is absolutely horrendous. I asked for assistance yesterday from a young woman with blond hair who didnt have a name tag on. She was standing with another female associate as I approached her the two gals were gossiping and cursing about another associate. When I interrupted their conversation requesting assistance regarding calculators. The red headed associate gave me a very disgusting look and made the remark of why do customers always ask her for assistance when they have the new girl who needs the training. Needless to say the blonde associate in the grey shirt attempted to help me but didnt seem willing to. I didnt find what I was looking for and asked a cashier if the store would be stocking up on a certain calculator. She states she would ask and the same rude red headed girl came up stating that the store was recovering from back to school and right now they didnt have time to be worrying about calculators. I was beyond livid by this womans manor and response. I asked to speak to her store manager and she stated she was the store manager. I explained my discourage with her customer service and she stated I can shop some where else. I give staples a minus star. What ever new updates in management this store is going through its not working.
Great selection of office products and a very nice staff
Worst customer service ever. Never going back ever. You can stand over by thier laptops and nobody helps you at all. No prices and/ or wrong prices.
You open at 10 am on Saturday?! I guess Ill go somewhere else...
The staff has always been helpful.
Ryan was very helpful installing protective cover . . . Very helpful
These folks here in Longmont, CO have THE BEST customer service!!!!
Anna, the manager, is very rude and unhelpful. I have a printer that failed after only 3 mo., and she would not help at all. Staples sells inferior product, and backs nothing. Go to Best Buy, at least their people will help.
Every month I have close to 1000 copies made in the copy center. This month I was shorted several hundred which is costing me time, money and time management difficulties. When I called to complain, the manager said I dont count every copy that comes over the printer, she was unsympathetic and snotty and I will look elsewhere for my printing needs in the future.
I had to get a picture blown up into a poster board and Roberto at copy and print was excellent! He was so helpful!!
Very nice and helpful people in Longmont co.
Online or in person, everyone is very helpful, kind, friendly and knowledgeable.
The cashier wasnt properly trained...took forever
Extremely helpful staff and does the right thing for customers.
If your a geek for writing implements....
I was in and out because this had what I needed.
Lot of empty shelves, entryway was dirty
They usually have what you need.
