My son and I had the best experience at this store, the manager last night took his time helping us get the right phones and took the time and patience to transfer data and give us the best deal. He was so kind, wish I could remember his name because he is to be commended for his exemplary customer service.

We went into the store to add a line and transfer my dad’s number to my account. Moises was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful. We were helped right away and he went above and beyond to work through the process with us.

Daniel was a great rep here, exceeded my expectation considering my phone was not cooperating, he took his time from the minute we walked in, to the minute we walked out. while we were waiting, the conversations we had helped the time go by fast. Payton manager also was quick to help with my issue, Ill give this store a 5+ if I could. THANK YOU.....

Miguel and CW went above and beyond to make sure that we got the best deal on our new phones! They made sure to spend all their time to solve our issues with the transfers and didn’t give up when it seemed impossible!

Cust serv rep was no help. He didnt even want to call corp cust serv for me. So I called them and they were very helpful. Transition from Sprint to T-mobile, T-mobile reps need a little training on Sprint.

Mid-June 2021... My husband and I bought 2 iPhones. (Were new to iPhones) Yoni helped us transfer data and has continued to help us work out the bugs with tremendous skill and patience.

My husband and I had a terrific experience here today. Miguel helped us set up a brand new phone and transfer data from our previous phones. He was fun, very sharp, and wonderfully patient with our not-so-tech-savvy questions. Dont know her name but the other rep in the store at the time was equally fun and sharp. Being geezers, were sometimes a bit intimidated by tech stuff, but thanks to Miguel and T-mobile it was a breeze! UPDATE: October, 2020: 2nd visit to this store, Carlos took care of us this time and he was just as stellar as Miguel. Super smart, patient & kind.They treat us like family! Love this store and the folks who work here.

I dont give reviews very often however the customer service provided by Miguel was over the top!!! He spent over 1 1/2 hrs getting me set up with TMobile. I am not tech saavy and he was very patient the entire time trying to get things worked out.. I hope the manager truly appreciates Miguel. He was the reason I went to this store to begin with -- it was reviews I had read about him.

These people only want 2 customers at a time to promote safe distance, . When theres 20 customers outside in line waiting. For 30 plus minutes. Does that seem logical. Critical thinking I think is gone in todays world.

I have only been here a couple times. They are really freindly helpful and quick. Out of the 3 locations here in longmont i like coming to this one!

I received help from Carlos and Peyton the other day with a unique situation. They both assisted me in the right direction and were both very patient and kind.

Went in with my phone in pieces and payton was able to help me out to the point where they made an old with missing pieces work for me. Im very pleased with the service this store provides.

Payton was super helpful, I walked in needing labels to ship my phones back. Not only did she help with that, she also set me up with everything I needed boxes,bubble wrap etc. Thank you Payton you made it so easy for me!

I gave 5 stars because of Abby. I would have given 4 stars because not everyone was as professional and went beyond the scope of job duty as her. I wont detail, but should be looked over. She treated my family and me with respect. She did her best to get us up and running in a timely manner understanding our time limit. She offered the best deals and worked honestly and hard for us. Made us feel that all was worth our while. I believe she should start looking into manager positions due to her knowledge and professionalism. Great customer service.

I NEVER GIVE reviews but i had the best customer service. Payton was such a big help! I needed help filing a claim i tried calling the number i was given and even tried to file it on line but it didnt let me so i went to T-moblie for help and Payton was so patient on helping me and my mom out she did everthing she could to help me file my claim she kept checking up on me while i was on the phone even when she was busy with other customers that were coming in. she answerd all my questions the best she could i appreciate the service she gave us! Thank you so much Payton! I had a great experience. definitely coming back to thisT-mobile from now on

Moses helped me pre-order my s9 and he couldnt of been any more helpful! He took the time to explain all the features to me and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I loved the way I was treated in this store so much that I purchased the nest security system for my family. Will definitely be seeing Moses again.

Came Disappointed from the store On Ken Pratt . But got amazing customer service even tho it was passed 8 pm . Abby was great help so as Miguel, bought a phone but will be back for newer iPhone just because of great service. Favorite store now 10 stars

Second time Ive gone into this store and havent been able to get any help theres only 1 person working for about 6 customers. I asked if she was working the store alone she said no. Then wheres everyone else at?If this had been the first time I wouldnt have left this review but its the second.If you value your time find another store.

They cant resolve the issue with my one plus 6t and wont give me any recourse. The phone doesnt have a scratch or mark on it, but during this last update (known issue) the Bluetooth and WiFi doesnt work right. They wont do anything about it, wont roll back the update or provide me with a working phone. T - mobile support is absolutely awful!

Ive been into this or multiple times absolutely horrible customer service. So dont offer the same deals all the other T-Mobile stores they try to take you for your money. They also accused me of stealing a phone case. I asked them to talk to customer service on the phone offering same deal. She took my phone in the back where I couldnt go. Its been a night mare working with these people.

They have a sign at the door that says a mask is required to enter the store and only about half the costumers were wearing one, staff is not enforcing the mask requirement.

Moises helped us with our purchase. We wanted him to check the used iPhone we were buying from an independent seller. Moises was very helpful. He checked the iPhone, transferred the sim card and determined it was working fine. He also suggested ways to import Google contacts...We are from Fort Collins and this T-Mobile store in Longmont had better service than some of the ones if FC

Your worker, Moises has got to be one of the most worthless salesperson in the state of Colorado. He lied about the information about the Samsung 10e. Two horrible encounter with him. Now Im stuck with a phone with less RAM and a smaller battery than what I was asking for. DONT very do business with him. Let alone tmobile. I will switch providers when I pay this phone off.

Waited for 35 minutes, just to buy a case. The employees had no urgency, while 5 others were waiting as well. Finally got to me and they werent even able to provide me a receipt. Unacceptable
