Took three trips to get a battery changed. I understand they are understaffed, but they apparently dont put notes in their files as we were called a few times about why we created an appointment. And thought we had an appointment, they said they had lots of walk-ins and asked us to come back the next day. We live a half hour away, so each of the three trips was a commitment.

I went to another UBreakIFix place in the area and I had a horrible experience. This place was much better. Direct, clear, and open communication, the diagnosis was completed on time, and they were open about discussing my options and providing suggestions.

Great customer service! I called 15 minutes before closing to see if they could fix my wifes phone. Not only did they have the parts in stock but the associate kept the store open a few minutes after closing so I could drop it off. The repair was done the next day before noon and my wife was able to pick up her phone which has worked perfectly since.

This place is awesome and let me tell you why. They really know what there doing and theyre constantly learning to provide you with the best service. They can fix almost anything and for a reasonable price.

Both guys we spoke with were beyond description wonderful. My husband and I are geezers and we often require longer explanations than some folks might. These guys are experts and they took the time to make sure we fully understood our options. Great experience hete. We highly recommend this store.

My sons screen cracked and stopped working. They did a great job with the screen replacement and were very nice and respectful! Ill definitely use them again if need be. Hopefully not though lol.

The fella at uBreakiFix was extremely nice. Cleaned out my phones charge port for free in a couple minutes and sent me on my way. Id certainly come back here with any electronic problems in the future.

The attendee was very knowledgeable. Easy going, and on point. Got my phone back in the allotted time and it works great. Couldnt be happier with the services provided. Compared to other places they are about 100 bucks cheaper . Will definitely use these guys again if needed.

Leaving one star because the employees were polite and cordial. But when asked to repair my laptop, they kept it for a week longer than they said they would-without any communication - and when I called to find out why, they told me that the cost to repair wasnt worth my laptop. I told them I didnt care and they wouldnt even quote a price. Highly unprofessional from start to finish and Im frankly skeptical of how many things beyond screens they can actually repair.

The friendly store staff in Longmont did a great job replacing my Samsung Galaxy phone screen and checking that my system software was up to date. They finished the job in half of the expected time and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend their work based on todays experience.

My cell phone needed to be repaired and U Break I Fix did an excellent job repairing it for me. They even gave me a loaner and charger because they had to keep it for a couple days while waiting for parts. Then he came in on a day when the shop is usually closed in order to get my phone back to me. If you need a phone repair, this is an excellent place to go.

This was my second visit to this business. Screen replacement on a Google Pixel phone. Terrific job, looks like new. A little pricey, but I looked at what all had to come out of it to replace the screen and I know I would have NEVER been able to put it back together. Thanks Cedrick @ Axel (hope I spelled that right). And in response to the previous comment, if I had a business on Main Street in Longmont, Id be carrying as well. Not like there is a shortage of violent crime here.

Not a great customer/professional experience. The first tech berated me for not knowing my exact phone model, comparing this knowledge to a car purchase and told me that just like buying a car he recommends I know what kind if phone I have. Turns out they didnt know what kind of phone I had either, as they didnt have the parts, even though they had checked on this phone model yesterday when I stopped in and I had been told to return today. Since this is an expensive repair, I would have appreciated not being chastised for not knowing my exact model. Also, the second representative referred to me as Dear - normally not a big deal, but in this context, it felt demeaning. When I offered feedback, instead of apologizing I was told youre the first person in 2 years thats had a problem with that. 😳🤢🤯Update:Another nearby repair place quoted me a $70 fix, versus the $379 I was quoted here.

Took my Dell Inspiron laptop to the Geek Squad at Best Buy for service since it had stopped charging. (where I ought it, BTW) I had tried a new battery and then a universal charging adapter but they had done no good. The GS tech wanted to do a repair to the motherboard, charge me $80 for diagnostics and keep it for 6-8 weeks!I looked around and found the good folks at UBreakIfix and it took them about 5 days to diagnose and recommend a course of action. They validated what I thought- the original cable was broken (center pin damaged) and a new OEM cable was needed since Dells are particular. No charge for the diagnostic. Ordered the charger and Im back in business. Highly recommend these guys!

Not coming back here again.Took my iPad in for a botched screen replacement repair by myself to replace a part on the motherboard. I stated from the beginning I’d like to have them quote me to see how much it would be to set the screen back down with the adhesive since I took off the original screen. There was a misunderstanding between me and the two techs that quoted me the price, I clarified when they called understanding the total would be $80.I go to pick it up and it was around $145, the labor it took to remove the adhesive apparently took 4 hours. I understand it’s labor intensive but I clearly stated from the beginning I would finish the screen myself if it were too expensive. Cedric (who helped me, and is a co-owner) told me they’d knock off 25% down to $125 total or keep the iPad, removing all the work and giving it to me for the $80.So they’d put in more work to undo the work they did instead of being more reasonable. I paid and left saying I’d never come back.I would have made this a 3* review but Cedric was open carrying a pistol in his store so it’s now 2*.

I got my iPhone 6 screen fixed for $81 after taxes. I’m not sure if that’s a good price, I only checked here but I had a good experience. Was done in about an hour and the staff was knowledgeable on other things related to phones too which was nice.

Went into the shop today to get a screen repaired on my android and the Samsung server was down so they could not check in my device to create a work order. I offered to stay while the server came back online and I must admit the guys working here are extremely nice, even offered me a soda while I was waiting!! I waited about 45 minutes and decided to come back on another day but because of the wait they gave me a$10 discount on my repair!! I would highly recommend these guys for any sort of electrical tech related repairs!!!, Thank you guys!

So I came here expecting to drop some cold hard cash on a phone repair, but a very nice gentleman named Derek fixed it for free because the issue was simply a few screws being loose!! (I also have a few screws loose!) so yeah anyways, I highly recommend coming here for all your repair needs!!!

The customer service was great. Everyone was very nice and professional. However, I wouldnt trust these guys to fix a console. Went in to get my PS4 hdmi repaired. Brought the console home and immediately noticed the port was loose. Hooked it up and the screen display didnt not work. Took it out to try a different tv port and upon reconnection the loose hdmi port was pushed into the console. Took it back and was informed my mother board was damaged. It was a simple fix and shouldnt have had these problems. They did give me a full refund which I am thankful for. Im sure they can handle phone repairs just fine but gamers be careful.

Great service! The earpiece in my Pixel XL was very quiet to the point of not being able to hold a conversation. Took it in and he took it straight back, cleaned the speaker screen thinking dirt and lint buildup was the issue. Called the store from my phone and everything worked perfectly! Had me in and out in five minutes, no charge! Kind and helpful, would recommend to anyone with phone issues.

I was about to book a repair on my S9+, only to discover that the price has jumped from $59 to replace the rear glass to $99. Thats a ridiculous price for the back cover. I wonder why they jumped up so far, so fast.

Selected this location to repair my Google Pixels battery since they are an authorized Pixel repair facility. I set up an appointment on line for Saturday, and when I dropped off my phone, I was told 2 hours. I went away for a few hours, and came back to find out that my phone was damaged during the repair. Apparently the LCD was damaged while putting in the battery. Things happen and it was unfortunate but what can you do. We were told that the part would be ordered and received on Monday, and I should be able to pick up my phone that evening. I returned on Monday and the part was just ordered and shipped.... So now we are on day 3 of a 2 hour repair. For many people, the cell phone is the only phone in the home, and to authenticate in to systems utilizing MFA on the phone is very common. So, when parts are needed to be ordered it just tells me that there is a lack of inventory in this location, and if you have an older phone, you may want to pass getting it repaired here. Ill update more when I actually get the phone to examine the repairs.

Buyer beware! I went in to get a button on an Xbox controller fixed expecting it to cost somewhere between $20-30, the quote they gave me was $90!!! Keep in mind a brand new controller is about $40. I spent $25 on amazon for parts and watched a video on YouTube and it took me less then an hour. Works perfect. This place is ripping people off with prices like this.

These guys are awesome. Extremely knowledgable and use OEM parts on Google and Samsung Phones across the board. It was time to replace the battery on my wifes Pixel 2 XL after 2 and a half years, they got it done in an hour less than the expected time, including an accidental screen replacement at no extra cost to us. They were truly professional and passionate about their work, its rare to find that anymore, and I will be returning there in the future if the need arises.

These folks ordered in a battery for an older iPhone and did a first class job on the installation...no scratches and cleaned the screen like new. After a day of use I noticed that the touch sensor was not working. I called and they immediately asked for me to bring it back for an inspection - they changed out the sensor assembly without any pushback w/no charge for the repair. It’s so refreshing these days to have someone “step-up” and do the right thing. I’ll be a long term client.

My phone was doing a horrible job of charging, so I brought it in to see what the issue was. Turns out I’m quite a linty mess. They quickly cleaned out the charging port and get this..... charged nothing for their services.They earned a customer today. And seeing how I break things all of the time, I look forward to them fixing them in the near future.

Ive been to these guys with my computer twice and Id go there again if I ever had to go anywhere. The free diagnostics are nice because if theres something minor wrong with my computer I dont have to spend 100 dollars on very little like some OTHER services *coughgeeksquad* and these guys really know their stuff. they mention completely disassembling a graphics card and putting it back together offhand as if it were nothing. the only downside is they close at 7 and i work night shift so its like 5 am for me

I have had to use this place twice now. And I’m have to go back again. First time they replaced the screen, the auto brightness did not work. Had issues with some spots not working. Now, another phone, and they replaced the screen again, and nothing on the left side works! So I have to go back again! And hope they get it right, second time. But they don’t look like they take care of themselves personally, so I don’t expect much from them...

My Google Pixel smartphone unexpectedly stopped charging, so I went to this uBreakiFix location on a Sunday at approx at 4pm where I explained my problem to Stone. He immediately checked the port to make sure it wasnt damaged, and when that was not the problem, he said he would need an hour to open the device and see what was wrong and fix it, but h e was done in about 30-45 minutes and the device works like new. He was polite, knowledgeable and kind. Great place, I would recommend it to anybody, and I would definitely return if I had any issues again with my smartphone.

We got told one price. So we paid half of that. Then when we went to pick up the phone we got charged way more.

Got sent here as part of my phone insurance via Asurion for my Samsung S8+ phone. Was pretty skeptical being that I was 1. Sent there by an insurance company and 2. Well my phone was broken. Walked in gave it to the guy who pulled up my claim. Youll be pleasantly surprised to know that if you have an S8 or similar phone to replace the cracked screen they also replace the whole panel and frame not just the glass like some other places and they do it w/ real Samsung parts w/ the Samsung press and everything. All in all when I got it back two hours later its like it was sent back to Samsung and it was a brand new phone. 10/10 would recommend.
