I have been a Verizon customer since 2002 I believe and have never EVER had problems with their service. I do wish the store had more of a variety of phones on hand though to check out. Wound up going someplace else that had larger selection of Verizon phones to see and decide on buying. But the staff at store were really nice with smiles on faces while at the store 😊😊😊

You cant actually buy a 5G phone here. You have to order it online. But theyll let you wait for an hour (after being told the wait is 10-15 minutes) to tell you that. It would be helpful to have a sign to inform people, or have the person who checks in customers screen them to see if they can actually get what they need in the store.

Worst mistake in my life!!They lie about prices my first bill was nothing like they said. JAKE was my business specialistNEVER answered my calls. Called him multiple times and left him voicemails NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS.I needed a signal booster because in my office I had no service. They kept lying that they would send it over 2 weeks went by NEVER got it.DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!.Also customer service is useless.T-mobile is MUCH BETTER!!!

Worst phone shopping experience of my life. No labels or prices, which is a huge problem since all phones look alike these days. And even once you wait in line for a sales person to help you, the theft proof devices are like 4 long, so you cant even pick up the phone to get a sense of it. It makes me seriously question my 20 year commitment to Verizon

Today, I visited this Verizon location in Longmont, CO. I am switching cellular providers for better reception in this area and the local mountains. I waited to be assisted in my vehicle due to local COVID-19 regulation. However, the wait was minimal (about 15 minutes) and totally worth it. I was assisted by a lady who got us in and out with no hassle. Very pleased with the service provided, my new phone, and the savings 🤑

Awful service. The first rep was very kind and helpful and showed me a great promo that I took advantage of. I wasn’t available to pick it up, they refunded it and they won’t honor the same promo. The second rep didn’t take me seriously and didn’t even offer for me to come in.I won’t be coming here again. Thanks for making me feel like a number!

By reading all the negative reviews I guess Im not the only unsatisfied customer from this location.Went to the door to buy a new phone today and the young thin girl with long brown hair who came to the door was very rude and condescending because I didnt have an appointment or wasnt there to pick up an order. Ive been a Verizon customer in good standing for 20 years. I felt very disrespected but I just said have a nice day and walked away. She should definitely not be in customer service in my opinion.

I came here to get some help with my cell phone. 1st I had to stand outside in the cold because they would not let me in, then they told me to go to my car and they would come get me I sat there for over 45 minutes and still nobody ever showed up to help me and I ended up leaving. I will never go to this store again.

Not only that but two different signs on the doors said they’d be open as well. Maybe the whole staff quit or something but what a waste of time.

I hate to say this after having Verizon since 1998! My husband found a phone at a job site. After trying siri no luck locating the owner. Friday I waited for over an hour to have some one talk to me about this found phone. The representative called the owner, gave them my name and number for them to reach me. They wanted me to give them the phone right then. The conversation got a bit heated because I have know other representatives are not all honest. So I left the store with the phone in hand. Mind you you have my name and number. Tell how low they went they called the #Windsor police department and told them I ran out if the store after trying to activate it.. Pretty hard to run when your disabled. Also, I posted it on Facebook trying to find the owner. A bit dis HONEST I think! Im starting to find a better Customer service provider after all these years! Might want to rethink how you talk to your Customers.

On a Saturday (6/19/2021) the store in Longmont on Hover only had one “sales” associate for the entire store to help customers. After an hour, I asked if there was another associate that could help (there was only 2 other customers in the store and I saw another guy in the back). The sales guy rudely stated that he was the only one in the store. I would avoid this store.

* update: thank you for the email and reference number. I have sent an email but received no response.There are many negative reviews on this location. There does not appear to be any attempts to correct the issues with their employees.After speaking with a Verizon representative I reached by calling Verizons main number, I am certain it is not Verizon that is the problem with many of these reviews.The problem lays with poor management.I was given money off of my next bill, apologized to, and was able to submit a complaint through the telephone representative. The phone representative also encouraged me not to use the store locations. This is because they are commission-based employees. This gives them little to no incentive to find a solution to your problem. They are trained only to create a problem for you to spend money on.After the employees attempted to trick my elderly and ill mother into finance an iPhone 11 (on my account-I am the account holder), my boyfriend and I showed up to the store to instruct them she only needed a cheap phone. I also inquired as to why I had never received my rebate. I was told by the employee he would not assist me because I obviously did not want help. He then completely ignored me and led my mother over to look at phones. I requested to speak to his manager. He said no several times. After it became clear he was not going to make commission, and that I wanted to speak to his manager he kicked me, my boyfriend, and my mother out of the store. His co-worker screamed in my face never come back.My advice would be to skip this store.

The gentleman that greeted me at the door today was impatient. He was unwilling to listen to my concerns and quick to turn me away without trying to help. His only recommendation was call *611. I explained to him that I already tried that without success and I needed to schedule an appointment. My issue was resolved within 15 mins at a different store.

Such deceptive practices. I was given half the information to my questions. I was not told about additional billing. I was given products and services I did not want but was certainly charged for. Buyer beware. If I could give no stars I would. I am a long-standing Verizon customer and have never been treated this way before. After buying a phone for my daughter from Rene, I noticed the same phone was free online. I went back in to the store to see if I could either get my monthly fee for the phone dropped or simply return it. I waited for 40 minutes for Rene to wait on another customer. I was finally met by another associate and explained what I was hoping to do. At that point, Rene left his other customer, came to me and became combative and accusatory, saying he didnt overcharge me for anything and there was a difference between online and store pricing. He then went back to his customer and still kept badmouthing me and my situation to them. I will NEVER shop at this store again. The poor customer service, coupled with confrontational employees has led me to conduct all of my future business online. If I could give this store a half a star review, I would.

Unless you want to activate a new line ($$$) or do an expensive upgrade, this store doesnt seem to care about you. Went in for just a new flip phone, was charged $155 for said FLIP PHONE (again, $155 FULL PRICE for a FLIP PHONE when I was due for an upgrade, no one seemed to want to help me as in other Verizon stores or even look up my account) and the woman sales person didnt even offer to help find me find a phone that worked for me, didnt help turn it on, put the battery in or set up the line AT ALL. Wanted me in and out. Just told me to go home and do the prompts/set up myself. Get ready to wait and if you arent ready to spend $$$ you wont be given good service.

The store was fairly busy when I arrived. They immediately greeted me and told me there were two other people ahead of me. This was fine as it gave me time to check out some of the products since I was upgrading my phone. The sales person made buying the phone a fun experience - as did everyone else in the store (sounds silly but we sang Katie Perry songs). There were very knowledgeable and the sales people supported each other. I was pleasantly surprised that I walked out with my new phone fully converted, the sales person tested each function before I left.A persons experience will be a lot better if they do research before going to upgrade or buy. This has as much to do with the additional products as it does the base phone. Be very aware of which products will add service costs to your monthly bill. My service person wrote everything down, line for line but it would be easy to inadvertently purchase something that adds addition costs that is not equal to the value. Then check your service online before the 21 days is up.I had to return to the store to address a billing issue 2 days later. It was less busy and they got with me within moments and they immediately addressed my concern.This is the place I would go if I had questions about my phone.

We were told the wait would be 10-15 minutes, after 25 minutes we were called to the door only to be told by another representative who rushed over there was a guy with an appointment that would have to go before us. We went back to the car and waited another 45 minutes before being called in. We were upgrading phones and having an issue with my watch addressed. It took another 30 minutes to fix my watch, then the customer service guy told us our time was up we couldn’t upgrade our phones because there were appointments coming . I don’t understand, we waited our turn and our business wasn’t concluded. Who knew Verizon had a time limit on customer service????

Not sure what the negative reviews are for. I was greeted when I walked in the door and put directly on the waiting list. A sales rep was with me in less than 5 minutes and solved my tech issue quickly. He was kind, knowledgeable, and was happy to stick around and answer any questions I had before moving directly to the next customer. Very updated, clean, and friendly store. Will be back.

This place is fantastic if you are looking for a comfortable place to sit and waste an hour or so of your time. I went on a Monday at about 2pm to beat the crowd this time, and it didn’t make a difference. I recommend you find a different store that has adequate help. I was told I was next, after burning part of my afternoon and the tech walks by me and helps someone who just walked in, that was enough, I walked out.

Ryan does not know customer service. Neglected to review any information causing us to lose the promotional deal he sold us. Further when we went in to have this reviewed he told us he was done for the day and didnt really care that he had unsatisfied customers standing in front of him. Another employee advised that someone would take care of us. That never happened. We have been Verizon customers since 1998 and are appalled at the total lack of respect from employees of this location. May be time to move on if this is the caliber of sales staff were going to have to deal with.

I wanted to transfer two phones from another carrier and purchase one new phone and I was skeptical going in after seeing previous reviews but the service could not have been any better! We were on time for our appointment with our phones already unlocked and met Mersaides who walked us through step by step of the remaining processes with ease. She also provided options, suggestions and reasons for all of them. A good start to Verizon service!

So incredibly rude. I tried to take back an iPhone case because I realized I needed one with an extra battery. She told me it was a 14 day return policy (who in the world has such a short return policy!?!). When I said it would be nice to for someone to tell customers that when we buy something, she said its on your receipt. I replied that I had never heard of another store EVER that had that policy, and it would be nice for someone to warn you. She asked if I walked into Kohls, would they warn you? I couldnt believe it. No, because their policy is 60-90 days. I replied that I was merely suggesting from a customer service perspective, I was trying to give feedback. I dont need the attitude, lady! Just because of that, I cant wait to switch my provider! So rude!!

Longmont has been my home for over 30 years and had Verizon around 12. It doesnt matter what question or problem you have 3 out of 4 employees will have a different answer. Service is a 1.5 star maybe! Over all the last few years I visited this location about 2 times a year and walk out feeling like I wasted my time (20 minutes to a hour). November 2nd at 1159 am and I remember why I rather call.

I went to this store at about 3:30 today to get a new iPhone Xs Max and get a new phone line added to our plan.. Here it is 7:44 and the phone is not yet activated and tell us to contact the carrier. We have tried to call Verizon but the account did not show the new phone and were placed on hold for almost an hour and then we got a recording about how to activate.. it does not work. I know have a very expensive paperweight sitting on my desk.Edit to add: The person who helped me was very nice and and I walked out of there with 3 accessories I did not plan on buying but would need.

This Longmont store has gotten a lot better. I used to go to Best Buy, but one time they didnt have a device I wanted in stock, so I reluctantly went to the Verizon store. Not only did they have the device, but I was pleasantly surprised by their improved customer service. Yes, its busy there a lot, but thats not their fault. For the past two visits to this store, I have been waited on by three of the RUDEST salespeople who treat me as if its my first day on the planet. I am 55, not some inept old person who is new to technology. 6 months ago I got 4 phones for Family. 1 of them was supposed to be free according to a promotion. They were charging me for it and I had gone in a couple times and told them. They told me give them a few months and it will catch up and they will credit my acct. Went in again today and come to find out they sold me the wrong model. And it has been to long to exchange. I took my son in the store to address the problems with his phone. One person came up to us, while another person called him back to address him. I think this was the owner of the store. They all walked away and left the two of us standing there, alone in the store. All employees follow the owner to the back. It was totally ridiculous, and we waited for five minutes and left. I pointed out to my son that this is what it failed business looks like.

I dont normally post negative reviews, but after todays visit, I have to! We have been to this store several times in the last 2 yrs since we moved to CO. We have been Verizon customers since they were Air Touch. Many many years. The customer service here is the worst Ive ever ever seen anywhere! If you need help, forget it, they dont care and dont want to help you... the guy we saw today was the worst ever! The previous visits were awful as well..they screw up everything, and we were left to try to sort it out with cust service on the phone, and they are always great. Get your act together people! Dont waste your time here. Most staff are there just to fill space, the few that are capable of doing something avoid it as much as possible. Not sure why Verizon bothers to have a storefront anymore. These guys work on commission, taking your business elsewhere will generally solve the problem once their numbers dont look so good. I went in because I had an issue with changing my plan from a prepaid to a post paid. I was told I could do it but when I went to the store, two employees told me I would have to wait until I had been on the prepaid plan for a month. This is a lie, and luckily I got it taken care of at best buy within minutes. The employees dont seem to be very knowledgeable or helpful unfortunately.

No one acknowledged my existence for about 15 to 20 minutes. When I did get to talk to someone, every question I asked had to be double checked with a manager. Daniel is one of the worst representatives I have ever dealt with.We have been with Verizon for more than 10 years, and not once but twice has he given such terrible service. He does not care what the customer wants and thinks he is right. If you shoot him down, he simply stares at you. He could not have been more rude, and I live in NYC. I will write this review in English and Spanish, so more people will be aware about what to expect when visit this store. On June 28 I bought a $60 cellphone charge. A few days later I called Verizon and asked for the returning policy. They told me I have 30 days to return the charger without any penalty. On July 12 I visited this Longmont store to return the product. I talked to a person named Lorenzo. He said: after 14 days of purchase they can not return their products. I explained to him I called the store days ago and they told me I have 30 days to return it. He repeated to me the same words: you can not return this product any more. I asked him to talk to the manager and he said: I am the manager of the store. If you want to, you can exchange your charger for any other product of the store. What would you like to do?. I let him know I was very frustrated for the misleading information provided by the store and I did not know what to do. After 5 minutes he returned to me and asked me: Do you know for what product do you want to exchange your charger? I said: I do not really need any product of your store. The 5 members of my family and I have been clients of Verizon for more than 12 years. You are the manager, so please could you take this product that does not work for my phone and return my money?. He replied: “Hey man, I can not do that”. I told him: This is not the way you treat a client. I have a name, you do not call your clients “hey man” like in a bar. He apologized in that moment for the casual way to address me. At that moment, other young Verizon employees were around “learning” from his manager how to treat clients. I just walked away with frustration and this man named Lorenzo who called himself the manager of the store yield at me: I am sorry if you do not understand the policies. I turned around and said: I am sorry these young employees have to learn from someone like you. And I left the store.In 2018, my family and I will be using the services from a different company. We won’t tolerate this poor and disrespectful costumer service from Verizon.

I went from 10/10 raving, easy to buy experience, to 0/10 once I found out the sales person pulled a “hard” credit report on me without saying a word about it or asking me. I paid cash for my phone and chose a month to month plan... no financing or anything even needed, no reason to pull my credit AT ALL. (a hard pull at that!!).Maybe I was the “idiot” that didn’t realize why the Verizon rep needed my social security number, but when he asked so unassumingly and without any pretext, I figured it was just part of registering my phone/service properly. It just never crossed my mind that a cell phone plan would need a credit pull comparable to buying a house or a car.Currently I am going through the paperwork that I signed to find where it says “by signing this I authorize them to pull my credit.” I’m sure it’s there, but I feel used and I feel like the salesperson is dishonest.I’m so mad right now. If anyone from Verizon is reading this, you take the general goodwill and light conversation for granted, as does the customer, so that buying a phone isn’t 2 hours of combing through small print and legal paperwork. Which is fine... but when it comes to something as important as authorizing a hard credit pull and you don’t even say a word? That’s wrong and everyone knows it. Buyer beware I suppose, ultimatley it’s my fault for putting my trust in this salesperson. I’ll never buy anything at this store again.There is a fine line of details purposely left out to ensure a sale and keep it moving, I understand that. Things people don’t really need to know, etc. But again, a hard credit pull? You NEED to tell people this. I visited this location in the late afternoon of Black Friday and they were moderately busy, but put me in the queue for service. I walked in with a problem getting my account activated that could only be solved in person. I was helped by Jim and Sara after a fairly short wait (less than 10 minutes) and between the two of them, they got my problem solved. Overall I was very happy with the service I received.

Fernando was PHENOMENAL! It is hard for me to get out of the house so I tried working with customer service over the phone and that was a nightmare. I finally had someone to watch the kids so I drove in to try out this new(er) store in Longmont. There was a 45-50 minute wait, but I was able to get in the queue and run over to check out Whole Foods. I returned and was greeted immediately by Fernando who went above and beyond. I dont quite understand all the negative reviews. I had a bit of a wait (maybe 5 minutes) as they were a bit busy when I went in, but as soon as a somebody was free, they helped me out right away. They set me up with everything I needed and answered all my questions. Dont be a pretentious know-it-all and dont go in and act like youre the only paying customer, and youll have great customer service.

Salespeople here are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Basically called me an idiot because I didnt want to purchase a $100 iPhone case (I get it-you get paid on commission, but lay off). Youre better off going to a different store.

I wish I could give Verizon zero stars. Their customer service is even worse than Comcast/Xfinity. It took me two months to get Verizon Wireless to cancel my mothers no-longer-needed line (during which point I was billed for an extra month, though I was eventually refunded). When I decided I had enough and was done with them, it took me three months to cancel my remaining lines, and I was still receiving bills in the mail, despite multiple assurances by a supervisor that I was all paid up and done with them forever. After four calls, they finally corrected the balance, but they treated me as if theyd done me a great favor.

Literally the most poorly managed Verizon store I’ve ever seen. Every time you come in here REGARDLESS of the time, you’re going to be spending 45 minutes - 2 hours here. I’ve been here twice before, left both times after waiting 45+ minutes. I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes now and there was only two people ahead of me. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!! More over they have 2 “host” managers checking people in and sitting on their phones...maybe help the customers?

If I could give this store a negative rating, I would. This store is horrible. The staff are unable to help with any question and are very arrogant in their replies. Go elsewhere....Boulder, Flatirons, where ever else. The iPhone store at Flatirons answered my questions with a pleasant and friendly knowledgeable attitude.

This place deserves negative stars...they have no clue how to keep their word at this store! Not only are the associates completely rude (insert annoying girl employee laughing)but the manager is as well. I thought being a customer with a company for 6 years was worth something but its worth jack! After they couldnt get a straight story we returned a note 8 we had less than an hour and took our business literally across the parking lot to T-mobile! They paid our Verizon iPhone 7 off in full and gave us 2 for one Galaxy S8+s and the employees actually cared about us! Stay away from this place!
