Very unhappy experience! Looked at the hours online and went when they opened at 12. I was immediately asked to leave because they are only open to senior citizens for the first hour. Wouldve been nice to see that on their website or even on the door going in. I am also immune compromised as I have MS. I told this to the employee and she instantly told to me to come on in. No proof of my illness required,, thank goodness. I understand Game Stop trying to do the right thing in this crazy time but I would be nice if what they were attempting to do made sense.

I have been shopping at this Game Stop for a very long time and they have always had amazing products and spectacular customer service. But the customer service this time was some of the best I have ever had. I asked for some help with a game that wasn’t fully functioning that I bought using Xbox store. so I didn’t buy it from Game Stop yet whenI called a nice man named Johnny picked up and knowingly that we didn’t by it from them helped me very kindly fix my game so thank you Johnny.

The parking is limited. There is a nice assortment of video games for all the current consoles. The staff is friendly and they seem to have a few dedicated regular customers. Though the prices are a bit higher than can be found at various places online, especially with regard to their gaming paraphernalia.

You got me.A 5 dollar coupon for something in the store, I went to go use it. I looked for something cheap and fun, nothing to be found. I buckled. I picked up a used copy of a switch game, 55 bucks for the lack of cellophane, with the coupon 10 dollars off new. Fine.But it was on the wall, but not in the store. No stock Most items in the store were No StockWhats the point? Whats the use? I go into a store that doesnt even carry whats on the shelves.Please, just close or stock your stores. This is ridiculous.Sincerely,A previous shopper who doesnt want to waste their time with you anymore.

Wandered in thinkig it was SmashBurger because of the signs being the same. Came for fries and cola but ended up getting reserve copy of Tony Hawk 1 & 2 remake. For reserving i get an early digital download of the Warehouse level demo. Josh was espically helpful, management material

Great, knowledgeable staff! Ok selection, was very minimal game to choose from for being only store in Longmont are with 50% games and 50% merchandise. Would have liked to see more variety of games. Also give extra pros for staying open during snow Storm when everywhere else closed!!!!!

I wouldnt call myself a frequent customer but I do come in about once or twice every couple of months. In the past the staff were always super helpful and knowledgeable about the games and other items sold in the store. Im not sure if there has been a lot of turn over or new management but the staff while still very friendly are much more inexperienced in would appear on the surface. This is completely subjective of course and is not something that would stop me from coming in. Large selection of new and used PS4 games and equipment.

I took in some controllers and game consoles and got some cash it was great and my girl that check me out at the front was very friendly and very knowledgeable thanks GameStop good job

My biggest gripe is EVERY single time I go in there no one knows or has any grasp for any of the promotions that their company is running. I mean from sales, trade in promos, etc. I always have to either try and educate them on what is showing online regarding the specific promo or finally give up a leave out of frustration. I want to support my local neighborhood game story but Best Buy and Amazon are a leaps and bounds easier to buy from. I’ve spent over $600 w/ this store in the last few months, but not anymore.

Stopped to get gift cards for the grandkids. The employees were all upbeat joking around and laughing when we walked in. But they were immediately attentive to our request. It was actually a refreshing visit to the store.

The guy that was working was really helpful and nice. I came in knowing what I wanted, but there were other people in there buying gifts, and the guy on staff seemed to be very knowledgeable, and helped them to make their selections. My experience here was great, but Im only giving 4 stars because the store was understaffed. There was just one person on staff and it was the week after Black Friday. The guy was handling it well, but I felt bad for him, because Im sure some people are not as patient as I am, and having to deal with someone thats upset because they had to wait 5 minutes at a counter to check out is no fun.

This is definitely the one stop place for gaming. The employees here are passionate, always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and provide the most amazing customer service! You must see for yourself.

Employees are not educated on the games and consoles they are selling, overpriced, under priced on selling I was offering $100for a ps4 in the box and they say they would give me $50. Then they sell it for $300, I understand they need profit but they wont make any of no one goes there.

Honestly one of the best Gamestops out there. Always busy so prep for that, but great Funko stop as well as for games. Seriously enjoy our time here. Parking is a nightmare, but in that shopping center it always is.

Rude employee. If youre going to get good business from a typically timid crowd, its best to be polite and welcoming. They do have plenty of games though.

They do have the game you want. But they bend you over if you are trying to sell anything or trade it in. You lose money no matter what when you walk in that door.

Good spot for games, but employees are not knowledgeable. Asked for a bluetooth xbox one controller (because I know there are bluetooth and not.) The guy said they dont make bluetooth controllers, but an attachment that enables bluetooth.

Bad policies/lack of communication.I pre-ordered and paid for a Piranha Plant amiibo as a surprise gift to my girlfriend around a week before going on a month-long vacation. Noticing that I would still be gone when the amiibo would be available for pickup I asked the Store Manager if my brother could pick it up for me. When I was informed that only I could pick it up, I asked the Store Manager if they could hold onto it until I returned on the 27th. I was assured that the store would hold it until the end of the month.After coming back from my vacation I entered the store to pick the amiibo up and was told that, while I was gone, they had changed their policy. As a result, they had switched my deadline from the end of the month to the 23rd. Unfortunately, as I had previously communicated to the Store Manager, I was still out of town and was uninformed of the change. They had given my amiibo to someone else.I understand that policy changes are not the fault of individual stores or their employees. I was grateful that the Store Manager and I came to a compromise before my trip and was excited to surprise my girlfriend, but it was completely ruined by new policies and a broken guarantee.You shouldnt need this many backup plans with a confirmed preorder. I regret not buying her a Piranha plant while I was in Japan. :/

Went to this Gamestop to pickup a game for $60 and clarified with the employee of the return policy and she let me know I can return the game after 7 days, her name was Kahlan im pretty sure, I clarified about two more times after that just to make sure that this was possible. I went back two days later to return the game and the store shut me down and wouldnt let me return it or anything except for trading in and I am not trading in a $60 game for about $15 two days later. The store manager was also passive agressive and I asked him clarifying questions on the return policy and asked him to show me where it states I cant do this and it took me about three times to ask him until he actually showed me instead of just telling me to read the policy. This store is definitely untrained and dont know what they are doing/uneducated about their policies. Went to a different location and they helped me out with great attitude and I got my return processed!

HORRIBLE. Employees are rude. Game Force in longmont is soooo much better. Gamestop would give me $40 in store credit for something Game Force would give me $70 cash. Gamestop is a rip off, and the fact they are in buisness ripping people off in my town pisses me off. i will spread the word about GAMEFORCE every chance i get, in hopes it will put gamestop out of business.

With friendly and knowledgeable staff this Gamestop is the best in the area.
