Because of the long delays in receiving furniture, our chair was delivered quite some time before our sofa.The first delivery driver refused to drive up our driveway. I specifically said we have a mountain driveway. My husband had to drive the chair to our house, where the delivery men carried it in. Im not sure, but an adjustment in price for the delivery would have been welcomed.Traci was great to work with. The only problem was with the delivery.

Our sales lady was very friendly and personable, really enjoyed working with her and really loved the furniture.

We had a great experience ordering furniture from Woodleys. Our sales person, Rhonda, was helpful in selecting a style of chair that worked for our familys needs. She was also very patient and helpful as we looked at fabric swatches and worked to choose a couple that coordinated with our existing furniture. We recently received the chairs and are very pleased. The delivery process was smooth and the chairs look great in our home.

Shopping and choosing was fun. We had a good saleslady who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to answer our questions and get the order set up. The only problem was we were to get it in June and it will be delivered July29.

My husband and I had such a great experience working with Paulette at Woodleys. We were treated with courtesy, respect and a refreshing lack of pushiness that so often happens at other retail stores. I felt comfortable asking a ridiculous amount of questions; Paulette was so nice and always happy to help and research anything I needed. We ordered a little side bed table months ago, paid for it and cannot get anyone to call us back with when the table will arrive. I’ve called 3 times, spoken to sales people. All three have said “ we’ll find out what’s going on and get back to you “... NEVER a response. We’ve had other experiences here and it’s gone well . We’re good customers . So disappointed in your customer service at this time. Maybe posting here will get a response. The last person I spoke with was Shawn.

It took forever for the furniture to arrive and then there was a little damage. Eventually it got taken care of.

14 Weeks not 5 Weeks. Be aware, they will sell you on delivery of furniture in a timely manner. Once you pay the deposit, there is a 20% restocking fee which essentially locks you into the deal. Then youll find yourself emailing and calling for weeks to figure out where the furniture is.Once Woodleys got the furniture from the manufacture, delivery options were slim and 1-2 weeks out. Asked if we could pickup the furniture, only if we wanted to pay a $400 more in sales tax.They do a great job selling you on purchasing, but a poor job delivering the goods.

My Wife and I moved into the area from Chicago and needed to update/replace a fair amount of our furniture. We stopped by the Longmont store and was greeted immediately by Monte. We can not say enough about the customer service from this store. We purchased quite a bit of new items for our new house. Delivery was as promised and the the delivery men were extremely courteous and arrived on time. We have already recommended our daughter and son in law to go to this store for furnishing their new home.

The customer service, selection, and quality of the furniture is exceptional. We work with Scott Quay who is an excellent representative for Woodleys. We have now bought a sofa, cocktail table, and entertainment center from them and could not be happier with our purchases. They may have higher end prices than other places, but you get what you pay for, and Woodleys is worth every penny.

My wife and I were shopping for a very specific type of sofa. The sales associate (Barbie) was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We were able to custom order exactly what we wanted. The delivery drivers were polite and careful.

Paulette was so helpful in picking out our dining set, The whole process was good. Our set came earlier than expected and the delivery guys were so careful in setting up our new dining tabel and stools. The table itself is absolutely beautiful, we couldnt be happier!

We have recently moved from 62 years of living in Illinois to Bethoud, CO and came with no furniture. Starting fresh and bought a couch, two reclining chairs, a beautiful dining/kitchen table, coffee table and two end tables from Woodleys Fine Furniture Store. The quality is superb and very well made. Definitely worth the money and the service we received from Pete, our salesperson, was terrific. We were given plenty of space to look with out feeling pressured. We were greeted when entering the store but were not hounded. Great experience !! There was alot of furniture look at. I had previously searched everywhere for nightstands and was disappointed by the selection and cost for the quality until I visited Woodleys in Longmont. The saleswoman there (Sherrie) was super patient and helpful and gave us our space to look around and make our decision. It was a seamless process. Delivery was spot on and easy. We even had a little scratch on one of the nightstands and they had a tech out right away to remedy the issue. Next time woodleys will be my first stop for furniture.

We needed someone to furnish and decorate our new house. We had an idea how we wanted it to look but weren’t interested in taking all of our free time shopping various stores in a distant radius around Longmont.We had heard good things about Woodley’s Furniture and stopped in. We met Rhonda who helped us choose and coordinate furniture and accessories for the main floor of our house. Her design choices resulted in attractive, functional, well-balanced rooms. She even helped us with selecting paint color, window coverings, paintings, and rugs to coordinate with the furniture she sold us.The store manager, Sean, followed up with us to make sure the entire lot of products were in good shape when delivered and if we had any concerns he might address. We mentioned minor issues and he immediately scheduled them to be resolved.We have received compliments from friends and neighbors about how visually appealing our rooms are and that the quality is nicer than the norm. We will continue recommending people to visit Woodley’s showroom and will also return to to do business there in the future.

I had this I recline for almost yr when I noticed the shellac was bubbling and wearing off on the chair arm.. Woodleys came to my home to repair t h e one arm and noticed the other arm was doing the same. They did their best to repair but nothing was working. They called the company that made the chair for two new wooden arms. It took some time. They did keep me informed during that time, They took my chair and had it repaired and back to my home in 2 days. Great service, nice people to work with. Great furniture also. Love my chair.

The sales person (Rhonda) at Woodleys was very helpful, and the furniture quality is excellent. The delivery people were exceptional! They showed up exactly on time (a rare occurrence with service providers these days), they were fast and professional, and they took extra care to protect my wood floors and doorway from damage; they even glued felt to the furniture legs. Finally, they ensured all the options on the power recliner worked properly. Woodleys is quite expensive, but quality furniture is an investment.

We just received our furniture delivery, and are very satisfied with the quality, and the staff is very personable every time Ive spoken to them, however, there were some frustrating miscommunications about the delivery estimate. We ordered almost an entire bedrooms worth of furniture, and were told in the store that it would be delivered in 12-14 weeks. That was fine, we could be patient.At 14 weeks, I gave them a call to find out what the status was, because we hadnt heard anything from them since we made the purchase. The bed still wasnt finished, and no explanation was given as to why. We were told that everything should be done that Wednesday (called on a Sunday) and wed hear from the factory soon. Nothing on Wednesday. Nothing on Thursday or Friday. We called again on Saturday to leave a message for our sales person, and received an e-mail on Sunday saying the bed still wasnt done, but the factory would contact us as soon as they were finished.Finally, a little after 15 weeks, we got a call from the factory to set up the delivery day and time. When I asked what took so long, they said they always give an estimate of 15-16 weeks. As far as they were concerned, they were right on schedule.If we had been told this originally, we would have been fine waiting, but a lot of things were revolving around this delivery, including being able to move around our current bedroom furniture and set up a nursery for our new baby due in 10 weeks.Honestly, Ill fully admit that the furniture is worth the wait and the price, but for me, misinformation followed by a complete lack of communication unless you call them first, leads to losing a star.

I have made a couple of purchases from Woodley’s and I will happily make another. The furniture is super fine quality and the customer service is top notch. If you are in the market for long lasting high quality furniture, this is the place to go!!

I emailed Woodleys a photo, and they quickly replied with a replacement offer for the bad piece. It was a quick turnaround; the installers were super nice and did a great job.Im a big fan of their custom made furniture!

The showroom floor is pretty amazing, and then you get to choose your wood, finishes, and knobs -- very cool way to customize your furniture. We got a bed with underneath drawers -- theyre HUGE. We had so much furniture in our room before but Woodlys is so spacious we literally replaced eight (yes - 8) pieces with four from Woodlys. We had so much extra space in our bedroom were know looking at adding a reading chair/area. The quality is simply amazing. You definitely get what you pay for!!

I love this place. Our sales lady Rhonda (which coincidentally lives about 3 blocks from us!) is great. Woodleys is wonderful from the selection to their TOP NOTCH delivery guys (that put booties on their shoes, felt pads on the furniture and are so kind and courteous) this is the place to go. Yes, I admit it is a little pricey but worth every dollar.

I could not be happier with my purchase. I love the furniture and truly love the quality of my Smith Bros. sofa. The best part of the entire experience was working with my sales consultant, Dee. It took me approximately six months to decide on the furniture I wanted to buy. Dee was incredibly energetic in working with me. She had boundless enthusiasm to work with me each time I changed my mind about which fabric I wanted on the sofa or chairs. My husband and I were searching for a table to go in our entryway, and we were so happy with the selection at Woodleys! Marilyn, the sales representative who helped us, really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find exactly the right piece. We are first-time home owners, and we were so excited that this would be our first piece of furniture for our new house. It is absolutely gorgeous - we bought the McKenzie Console Desk in GAC finish. It matches our cabinetry perfectly, and it is totally the best place for stashing mail until were ready to sort through it! We plan to return to Woodleys for future furniture purchased. Purchased two Flexsteel Springfield sofas from Dee in Longmont in 2017, which was a good experience. This year we had a issue with the power cord and a popping noise in one of the reclining mechanisms, so I reached out to Dee (half expecting the run around) but was so surprised with a quick and friendly response that someone would be contacting me.Brandon quickly contacted me, listened to what was going on and scheduled a time for Andrew to come out and look at the sofa. Andrew was early and quickly fixed the issue. Im still in shock from the outstanding customer service from Brandon and Andrew, when you just dont expect that anymore. Im so glad I purchased from Woodleys and a special thank you to Brandon and Andrew!! Ive been telling everyone what great customer service weve received.

We have absolutely loved our experience at Woodleys! Sherrie Shoup was wonderful to work with. We have been very impressed with the quality and beauty of the furniture we got at Woodleys. Although it was a little pricey we got pieces that will last us decades!

The furniture here is such a higher quality than what can be found and AFW. Even though the prices are steep, it is well worth it. Installations was a breeze and the protection plan refund, if not used, is money well invested. We will be coming back for our next purchase.

My experience with Woodleys was excellent. We recently moved cross country to Evergreen and the movers lost ONE of the siderails to our master bed. Dave at Woodleys spent a huge amount of time and effort communicating with the manufacturer and I (over the July 4th holiday even) trying to find a solution. We ended up having to order a complete set of siderails and a new footboard but the delivery came in early and the delivery men were prompt, courteous and went above and beyond as well. I will gladly buy furniture from this store again.
