We were simply looking for a twin mattress. Nate B. greeted us as we entered and asked what we were looking for. After explaining, he demonstrated several models at different price points. When he offered a higher-priced option and we stated we were not interested, he did not push any further but aided us in completing our transaction efficiently, even lowering the price a bit more for us. Brent was extremely helpful! We just got bed bugs, so we needed two new mattresses. He found us mattresses that fit our sleep needs and were better than what we had previously! Also delivery was scheduled in two days, so we got the quick turnaround we needed.

Weve never bought a bed before so we were a bit intimidated. Just so happens that the manager Chris was working that day when we went in. Chris made the entire experience easy to understand, calming and helped us find what we see as the perfect mattress for us. Chris has a way with helping to guide people to what works for them and has a way with turning a confusing process into something that is straight forward and simple. We ended up buying a mattress on the spot and havent looked back since. Its hard to find people that care anymore and Chris made it known that he cared that we ended up with a mattress that truly benefited us.

My fiance and I have been having a lot of problems with our old bed. We were hesitant to look because weve been so busy and choosing a bed seems overwhelming. However at Mattress Firm it was quick and easy! Brent was extremely helpful and quickly found us a bed that felt great. He made sure to listen to our needs and find a solution.

I was happy with my experience as I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. My price range was, pretty much, kept where it needed to be for a mattress that will only be used a few times a year. The sales person was also not overly aggressive with his sales pitch which means a lot.
