We came in with a budget for a new mattress for a guest room. We were treated by a kind and knowledgeable salesperson who led us to mattresses in our price range. He did not try and upsell us. He helped us make an informed decision that we are comfortable with.

My wife and I purchased a new mattress recently from this store. Our entire experience, from being in store to having our mattress delivered today was a great experience. Dan (the salesperson who helped us) was refreshingly engaged and upfront through the whole process. He genyienly helped my wife and I find the right fit for both of us. We both have back injuries and have different needs in a mattress. Dan was willing to work with us and knowledgable about what each product could provide for us. The delivery was on time and the guys who helped with that were also great. Would highly recommend going in and talking to staff in the store if youre looking for a new mattress.

I went into the Mattress Firm in Longmont, CO and everyone was very pleasant and left me alone to check out the beds. When I made my choice, there was no hard sell at all for any other add-ons. I was in and out within 30 minutes and a delivery schedule within a few days. Absolutely recommend!

I just purchased a mattress set from Mattress Firm in Longmont. I had been debating a mattress for a while and had shopped around a little before making my purchase here. What made the difference and why I finally settled on this location for my purchase was the staff. Christopher was amazing. He spent an entire afternoon going over every question and concern my fiancé and I had. We discussed different beds, options and financing choices. He never pressured us on the sale, and genuinely wanted what was best for us. I rarely leave a shopping experience as pleased as I did today.

They were really nice and helped me pick out a perfect mattress.

We were told the other mattress stores in town had nothing in stock, with a 3 month wait on everything. When going to the other mattress store they had many items either in stock or with a much shorter wait time. I will not be back as I felt I was being strong armed into buying from this store based off lies.

So I had a ton of issues with delivery of wrong items to pieces missing. Chris and his team were more than accommodating making things right. Everything is perfect now and this stores customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time.

We found Chris super helpful in our bed selection process. In addition to being very patient and easy going with us, once we made the decision to purchase the bed we preferred, he helped us find money saving ways to cover the delivery charge and a new bed base.

I have always been a fan of Mattress Firm. I have purchased from this company in both Illinois and now in Colorado. I have always received amazing, personalized service and I have always gotten a great deal and love my mattresses still to this day. I am eager to sleep on my new bed when it comes! I got an adjustable base for the first time (for a GREAT price) and I’m so excited!

We purchased a mattress during one of the sales at Mattress Firm. They did not have the exact mattress I had looked up and read reviews on. We agreed on a similar mattress but still never got to lay on it. We gave it about 2 1/2 months of adjustment period but after many sleepless nights, aches and pains and my husband resorting to sleep on the couch we went in to ask for an exchange. The manager Chris in Longmont was very understanding. He said we absolutely needed something more comfortable. The exchange was seamless . He honored the previous sale price and we decided to pay extra to upgrade to a better mattress. With in 2 days our new mattress was delivered and old one taken away. We slept like a baby that first night and have every night since. We can’t thank Chris enough.

She was knowledgeable, patient and when we went to finalize our order she to get delivery w/in the week she noticed what we picked out had been taken out of inventory from the warehouse just in the time we were talking. When I asked what alternatives we had offered an upgrade and a pillow for the situation changing on us. Amazing customer services and sales associate. We had our mattress delivered to our house w/in 48hrs with great communication and friendly delivery men. The salesman Chris was great. Zero pressure. Really knew the products which is unusual today. I suggested a budget and showed me a few mattresses in that range. The store was well stocked and very clean, was able to take my time and test each mattress until I made my decision. Kyle gave me a great deal on a Cal King and even next day delivery. A GREAT experience - Ben and Nick were professional, easy going (no pressure), and knew their stuff.
