Mechanic well rounded on all parts of the car. Electrical, mechanical and most of all he communicates great. He answered all my questions and more. Now he is my mechanic for all my cars. I’m very happy with this place

I could not recommend Wilberto and Agatha auto repair more strongly. He is very kind, always answers the phone, and has incredible customer service. You can tell he genuinely wants to do right by his customers and stands behind his work. Wilberto also went out of his way to make sure that I wasn’t stranded without a car by personally driving me home and dropping off my car once he was done with repairs. I went in looking for help getting an upper control arm replaced, they noticed all the other issues I had going on without me mentioning them. Now most of my car problems are no longer, my suspension has never felt better, same for my steering. I can for the first time since I owned the vehicle get the parking gear to function. His customer service is absolutely beyond compare! 10/10 I recommend.

Very Dissatisfied. Brought the car in to see what was going on with it. We are new to the area, so we picked this shop due to the rave reviews we read online. Wilberto came out to check the issue out and told us that he could get to it after some time due to other cars that were scheduled to be worked on. Considering we use this car as our familys only means of transportation, we worked out how we would commute around town. When we got update with how the car was doing weeks later, he stated that there was another leak and they would have to get the part ordered. I responsed that we could make it work, we accounted for the extra part cost and figured he would have the leaks and issue of the white smoke fixed. We go to pick up the car about 2 weeks after the initial drop off, he states that the car could use some more coolant, which we understood, with it being a small shop, he didnt have the resources to top off the fluids, a standard at most shops. No big deal, we get it. We drove the car to get fluid and then went home. We felt confident that the issue was fixed. The next day, I started to drive to Boulder to start my regular day. Before I even made it out of Longmont, the car started smoking and saying my fluids for coolant are low, causing a bit of confusion on why this is happening being this is the issue we brought it in to get fixed. We are frustrared, and feel like we got cheated and now we are still out of a car and experiencing financial hurt from this incident. My wife is a teacher and I drive for uber, so not having a functional vehicle after hundreds of dollars and weeks in the shop is really hurting our family. If you are looking for a shop for your car, this IS NOT the shop you can trust.

My friend and I have taken our car to Wilberto at his garage twice this year. Both times he was very honest, fair and helpful.He seems to know how to diagnose and fix any kind problem with any car. He worked on my friends 2004 Mercedes Benz 340 CLK but I’m certain he can fix my 2014 Honda Accord. I plan to bring this car to him as well.Most importantly he isn’t what my dad used to call “remove and replace guys” who just keep guessing at problems, and removing and replacing parts, while you watch the bill get higher and higher.Wilberto is an old-fashioned style mechanic from the “good ole days”. He actually diagnosis problems and charges fair prices for his time. You can trust him to do the work and not rip you off.If you ever find a good mechanic, you must never move to another town because a good mechanic is so hard to find. Wilberto and his Agatha Garage are “keepers”. I’m never moving.

The owner Robertois the nicest guy. I went to ORileys and i was buying a battery. I wasnt sure how i was going to get it put in and he offered to do it just out of kindness. He is now my #1 mechanic. Thank you!!
