I have used A2Z about 3 or 4 times now. This place is great, Zack is a nice guy and knows cars! He always goes the extra mile, making sure to take care of your car and give good value. Its a small shop, seems like only two people running the whole place, but they are still always very quick and efficient and super nice. Go here and support a super cool small business!

Ive had Zach do several repairs to both my vehicles. He keeps my daily driver running perfectly on the street and my race car competitive on the track. Hands down, best mechanic Ive used. Prices are fair and service is quick.

We had a problem with our Trailblazer that turned out to be the fan clutch that had just been replaced. Zach diagnosed the bad part and replaced it to solve the problem. He is extremely knowledgeable, fast and honest. I had a bad starter in another vehicle and took it to him. Zach fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. This guy knows his business!!!

This would have been a great experience if it wasnt for the poor attitude I encountered from Mary the front desk lady. She was extremely nice on the phone and very accommodating and I got work done with this place. I then called to get quoted on new brakes for both front and back. I was given a quote that was much higher than others I had been given and when I said it was too high, she got defensive and explained that they were a small shop with employees and overhead. I told her I had been quoted better with a dealership for them to do more(replacing rotors instead of resurfacing them). She got more defensive and said that their labor prices were cheaper than dealerships and that it was impossible for them to have a better price. I then explained that once again Im coming out of pocket and could not afford these inflated prices. She yelled at not only me but my friend. I definitely will NOT be going back to this place and would not recommend them to anyone! Not worth being made to feel terrible.

Being someone that knows nothing about cars except how to drive them, Im always leery when mechanics start talking in terms that make no sense. I found Complete Car Care after a couple price quotes that seemed extremely high from my previous mechanic. They not only did all the work I needed for almost half the previous mechanics estimate, but explained in words I could understand, and guaranteed their work. Its really nice feeling like I can trust my mechanic to not overcharge me, or do unnecessary work just because Im a woman that doesnt know anything about cars. Jeff and Mary at Complete Car Care have been taking care of my car for awhile now, I wouldn’t think of taking my cars anywhere else.

Had my wifes car fixed a while back and returned to have my car repaired this week. The work was done in one day and I felt like the bill was more than fair. Will be returning for more work when needed.

Great service, fast, friendly and most importantly did an actual repair rather than a complete overhaul for way less than I was quoted elsewhere.

Went in with a Groupon ...asked if they had a bathroom....was told to go across the street to the Mexican restaurant ...it was raining also . Felt so insulted as to how horrible their customer service was. Every business has a bathroom in it, will never return to their business. No wonder they are on Groupon trying to get business...they lack customer service.

Best mechanic in the area.My honda odyssey was misfiring on all cylinders. This is a tricky problem to troubleshoot in Hondas. Others would tell you it is something with the spark plug or something like. But Jeff was able to figure it out. The car needed valve adjustment. And he was right.I took the same car to other mechanics, and only two of them were able to diagnose the problem properly. This mechanic and All American Auto on Pratt and 2nd Ave.

They dont give a list of more work to do.
