Not only did they get my car in and diagnosed same day I called but when the final cost came in over the original quote they took the hit and stuck to the quote! Do yourself a favor and make Alltek your “go to” automotive shop. About a year and a half ago, I switched from a Civic Hybrid to a 2006 Dodge Sprinter 2500 diesel, so could no longer take my vehicle to the same specialist mechanics. The vehicle runs great and was superbly maintained, but like any vehicle of its age, eventually something will come up. I’ve had two such occasions and was extremely lucky to have stumbled upon Alltek. On both occasions, they were able to get my vehicle in quickly and get me back on the road ASAP. Both times, I was given an estimate and was totally shocked when I went to pick up the van, that I had actually been charged less than what they had quoted me—and by a substantial amount! I know this sounds too good to be true and I’m not saying you will have the same experience. However, I can say in full confidence that Alltek will do good work on yourvehicle and treat you with honesty and integrity. I have had so many bad experiences with mechanics in my life, that when I find good ones, I greatly appreciate and value them. Alltek has earned my business for good and I highly recommend that everyone give them a shot to earn yours, as well.

I have a 1990 G30 Minibus and was nervous about finding a good shop to work on it.As soon as it went in for a diagnostic and repairs at Alltek, all my nerves went away. I received the BEST service. From customer service, to our mechanics. Every one is kind, Very thorough in explanations and always willing to answer questions with a smile. They provide the best quality and prices out of any shop I’ve every been to as well.They have earned our business for as long as we can have them.

I loved it the manager is great housekeeping staff is great. We also love the hot tub and pool the pool was warmer than most hotels we loved it

Very professional and helpful I was late picking up my vehicle and he waited n still stayed late to teach me how to use my interlock.

They did a repair but one of the seals they put in was leaking.I took it back a few days later and they found it and replaced it and everything works perfect. I know that that seal cost them more than what I paid for the job but they refuse to take my money so I was out the door for $0 above the original cost.Not too many services around anymore that will stand up to those morals. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else from now on

Those guys care about quality work and work in a timely manor and the service manager does what he can to get your parts at a affordable cost and will take you home or work if needed

My husband had went to Alltek for an oil change after receiving a coupon in the mail. He was blown away by the service and staff that he texted me while waiting telling me he found our mechanic! We moved to Longmont almost 2 years ago from NY and had not found one. Well, now we have. I had received a quote for a radiator replacement from another local garage and decided not to go back because of how personable the staff were with my husband and they were more affordable! Both are hard to come by these days. My husband called for a quote and was able to get it in that day! While I am sure that wont always be the case, it was certainly a sign for us that we had found the right place. They had my car in and out within 3 hours. Everyone was beyond professional, courtesy and honest. We will be taking our cars here for everything! BTW- they have the best oil change prices we have found in Longmont. Take your care here, you will not regret it.

My girlfriend and I are on a cross country road trip, heading back to California. Our car started doing some weird things a couple days ago, and we called every dealership within an hour drive, but none would see us. We called Alltek and they told us they could look at it immediately! Not only did they fix our car (ensuring we wouldnt be stranded in a random Colorado town for the next two weeks!), but they explained everything to us at every chance they had, tried to get us the best deal they could on the needed parts, and were consistently honest, helpful, and friendly. These guys could easily be Five Stars if they would tell me what I need to fix next (what the next worst thing on my fixer-upper is). They all seem to have the enthusiasm of guys who love cars, they do great - SUPERB - work, and they have never done me wrong. For THIS project car I need guidance from this highly experienced team. For a normal daily driver this is the place to go for sure.

Paid them 180$ for a transmission flush for them to not even fill it back up. Took my car to a Nissan dealership less then a week later, not a drop of fluid in my transmission. Tried to call and get it figured out and just got told how wrong I was. 10/10 would not recommend.

Shawn and the rest of the team at ALLTEK have worked on my 95 Toyota Previa (AWD Van) several times and have ALWAYS come in either exactly at the quoted price or below it with the work completed when or before they said it would be done ! My car is pretty old and they’ve given me advice on weather or not the repairs it needed exceed the worth of the car. They’ve helped me keep a great car running for at least a few more years . I HIGHLY recommend ALLTEK !

Need to get a tire mounted on an old farm rake. Rim was rusted and in bad condition but they managed to geter done and didnt charge me any more than the original quote. Ill be back soon!

I went to Alltel with father to drop off his car. I have never been thete before. They seemed curtious and listening to my father. They explained what they would be doing and would call to see what further action my father decided to take. So far so good.

Ive heard that other individuals have given this automotive repair shop a bad rap? Well squeeze by no means believe what you hear and I put my word my life and my wifes life on experience the workmanship the customer service just the overall experience that I experienced at alltech automotive repair on Main Street in Longmont. It was awesome the work that they performed we were quoted at 3 other shops here in the Longmont area as well as Subaru car dealership here in Longmont. All of the above individuals theyre starting price for the work that was performed today by Altec was $200 and above. Well let me tell you non-believers that Altec completed that work under $200 and completed it in less than 4 hours. As to where everybody else had to have our car from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. and still did not complete the work. I take my hat off and I highly recommend alltech automotive repair anyone and everyone they service all types of vehicles especially my Subaru. Please do not cheat ourselves at least go check it out theyre awesome thank you guys.

Repairs were always discussed before hand. Repair was done on time and when promised.Always polite and discussed the problem so I could understand.

I took my truck in due to a leak. It was going to be around 800.00 to replace a sensor. I agreed, and they ordered the part. I had asked them to double check the oil level before i left. They said they did. I did not drive the truck much for fear of further issues. The part arrived and i was headed over to have it installed when the engine blew. I had to have it towed. I agreed to slightly used engine and was quoted a price of 8500.00. I agreed. This happened over the christmas holidays. It was 2 weeks of having no vehicle due to the xelay of the part. I asked sevetal times for the office guy to call me to let me know when the part was in. No calls. I finally called and inquired to discover they had it and were installing it. The day came for pick up and when i arrived it was about a 1000.00 more than the estimate. Again a courtesy call a few days prior for that big of a discrepancy should have occurred. I paid and left got home to smell oil burning. I am not a mechanic and so was really concerned and called. They said they noticed it too but could find nothing and it was probably oil burning off and it would be ok. Again, some communication would have been nice. Its almost 3 months later and the truck appears fine. Its louder than it used to be, but overall ok. The mechanics appwar to know what they are doing however the customer service needs attention a grand more than the quote is considerable. Communication sucked, and wonder about the oil actually being put in originally. 3 stars due to customer service and doubts.

Ive taken my 79 Mercedes 240D to them on a couple of occasions. The latest was a result air in my fuel lines. I had them complete some additional preventative maintenance as well. The car acted up again on the way home and turns out they had installed the wrong hoses. I brought the car back the next day and went to work right away. Brian even gave me a ride to my business meeting. They stood behind their work and took care of me a I would have expected a professional shop would. I own a very old car and the fact that they didnt give me any grief like other shops was a good sign to me. Plus the owner races German cars.

Went in for rusted fuel lines, it took them all day to charge 53 dollars for a worse leak! Fixed the problem for 49 dollars and a few hours research about the common problems with the make and model of my vehicle.

Fixed everything and followed up to make sure it was working days later. Fantastic!
