I took my car here this morning to be serviced and really enjoyed the experience! I needed a completely new wheel that had to be ordered so I was driving on a donut for a few days. Thankfully they were able to order the wheel on Tuesday, it got delivered Thursday and I was able to be seen bright and early Friday morning. They replaced my wheel, replaced my key fob battery (which had not been working for years) and even gave me car a nice little car wash. Sara was super nice and helpful! She did not pressure me to fix anything else and gave me an honest timeline when I asked about my brakes and suspensions. This was my first time here but I will definitely go back for my service needs! Thanks again Sara and service staff!

We were in Denver from out of town. Halfway through our trip the check engine light came on the dash along with less than smooth driving. We slowly finished our trip and called Courtesy Mazda that afternoon. Henry and the staff took care of us as we were able to get in the next morning before heading to the mountains the next day. We’re very thankful for Henry and the staff’s work in helping get us safely back on the road.

Tried to test drive an MX-5 with my wife, but they have policies against test drives unless you are absolutely already ready to buy. What a dumb policy, how do you know if you are ready to buy if you don’t test drive! So my wife and I went to McDonald Mazda West, where they promptly invited us to take a test drive in a 2021 RF and were 1000 times more welcoming than this place. We bought the RF from McDonald right then off the showroom floor and will be going down there for service and future Mazda purchases.

Not even 1 star, would be way better to start to my Friday, if me and my brother got greeted and treated like us customers matter! but the staff RUDE, I never been there before and they couldnt even assist us and insure we were taking care off, or made it to the right location,, appointment was set up to bring a car in that didnt even pick up 40 mph, 1 hour away from home to be told I try calling you yesterday to inform we couldnt help you believe me no calls were attempted to the cell the phone and when we called at 8 15 a.m maybe 8 25 a.m WE GOT CONFIRMED COME.BY! There was a miscommunication with their own staff . Thanks for the struggle hopefully next time it would be better for the next customer 🙂, if you had a rough start then coffee could help, and a SMILE AND Great welcome or sorry .

I stopped by to test drive an MX-5 and unfortunately the sales manager has a policy in place that is high pressure and discourages test drives and didnt care at all. I would suggest not wasting your time like I did and take your business elsewhere. I feel for the sales staff whose hands are tied. 🤷‍♂️

Wouldnt buy a used car from them. They clearly dont do any inspections on their used cars. I bought a used Subaru Forester XT at the end of 2019.Started to loose pressure on the turbo. Went to the subaru dealership and found the turbo had been replaced before in early 2019 per the dealership and was installed missing parts. This caused the turbo to wear out prematurely and melt some wires.It wasnt this dealership that replaced the turbo but they clearly didnt do any inspection to make sure the car was not missing parts.

I brought my Car in to Courtesy Mazda on November 5th for a collision service, and my car sat there for two months. I understand that they had to wait on parts, but the communication was horrible. I was initially told it would take about two-three weeks, and after that time had past and I had not heard anything, I called for an update. At that point, they had not even touched the car and told me it would take a week to get the part in, and another week to service, and it ended up taking two months. I was extremely patient but was very frustrated especially considering I was receiving very few updates from the employees, and each update would contradict the last. There was a problem with one of the tires, and I was already planning on getting snow tires for the upcoming season so I only wanted to fix the bum tire at that time. My agent argued with me and told me that my tires were so bad its not even funny and that they had to change all four tires. I am aware that I am not very knowledgeable on cars and car servicing, and I totally feel like they took advantage of that. I finally got my car back in January, and two months later my tire pops with no sign of any external damage. I try to call Mazda to talk it through with them because I do not feel that my brand new tires that I was pressured into getting should go flat that quick and easy. First, they ignored my email (they acknowledged having seen it on the phone), and when I called they told me that they remembered my car because it was there for so long and that because my agent was out that day, they couldnt help me. Obviously, I should not be driving around on a spare for long so it was time sensitive and I was totally shut down. I have had bad experiences with my agent anyways, and I do not understand why they were the only one in the company who was allowed to help me. I was told my agent would call me first thing in the morning, but to no surprise, I did not receive a call. My boyfriend ended up making the call because I could not deal with this anymore, and he told me that he had a very frustrating conversation with my agent who basically told him its not their problem and who didnt care to help. I am frustrated because they picked the tire for me, and I was under the impression that they were a good tire and very similar, if not the same, to the ones I had on prior. The tires they used were pretty cheap so the initial cost of the set did save me money, but now, considering I am already replacing tires, it is hurting me far more than a more expensive, better tire would have. Maybe I misunderstood, but the fact that nowhere along the process, anyone has been willing to listen to me and my requests, and remedy the situation, is upsetting. I am glad that other people have had good experiences with this dealership; and it is a bummer that mine was so horrible. Hopefully this is the end of my time with Courtesy Mazda and I will use it as a learning experience to never make this mistake again.

Very high pressure and I sat around for at least 30 minutes while they were supposedly apprasing my car. If they didnt have my keys I would have left. No one was wearing masks except for their receptionist, who was the only brightside to my visit here. Aspen was nice and professional through the messages we exchanged.

After doing alot of research on what suv I wanted to buy I chose the mazda cx-5, which I am so happy with !!! But I chose the wrong dealership!!! At first seemed great and helpful but once I was filling out the credit application the car fax on the car was brought out to me and the car had been wreaked ! This was a loaner car they use for the service department had only 5600k miles on it. They calmed they didnt know their own vehicle was wreaked!? They were so upset that we were not happy about this car being wreaked and supper pushy and wouldnt bend on the asking price. Long story short the car is fine and I bought it but will never do business with them again. Also it will take forever to get your financial paperwork .

Worst car dealer EVER. Worst experience EVER in our life ~ Micahel and Olivia lied to us about the price. They told us the car will be $20.000 after taxes in writting and then when we were ready to buy the car the price went to up to $27,000. Do not go there. We went to Sill-TerHar Mazda and they were great.They successfully perpetuated the reputation of horrible service at car dealers. Our son was experiencing his first time buying a car, and we hoped that shady dealers were a thing of the past. Unfotunately these people are keeping the business a horrible experience. Even the manager Brian came out and was rude. Dont waste your time.

I was so pleased to have Arthur greet us, listen, explain changes of the new models (about time Mazda!), and did not try any men-in-plaid tricks. No pressure sales, courteous, and professional. Overall, the buying experience was good. There is still room for improvement though. It took over 2hr for the paperwork on a cash sale, that started at noon. Thats a recipe for hangry. Second, the negotiation process is never fun. I much prefer a no-haggle, fees-included price that many places are doing now. Im happy with the car and the price I paid for it in the end though

I recently scheduled a service appointment, which I was unfortunately running late for. I tried to call ahead to ask if they would still be available, but was unable to reach anyone in the service department. I explained my situation to another department (who had redirected my call several times) and she curtly told me to keep trying before promptly hanging up on me, rather than attempting to provide any assistance or appropriately redirecting my call. Very poor customer service.

I am a first time car buyer in college and courtesy Mazda took such good care of me! Plus, I love my car! I have only had one issue with it in the last 10 months! Went to Mazda a couple of months ago for regular maintenance and I thought Min was rude. When my car was finished, I drove home and noticed a set of keys to another vehicle were left inside. Ive been going to Mazda a couple of years now and I feel the customer service has been very inconsistent! They have a lot of staff turnover in the service department. I wont be going back.

Took in my 1993 Mazda MX3 for recall work (replaced ignition switch). They did it in an hour and a half, and called me when ready. I paid nothing, the manufacturer pays it. They washed the car and cleaned the inside. They were friendly and professional. It was a very positive experience.

Terrible service from the service department. They are very rude and untimely. They have many excuses for why my car wasn’t ready and gave me many promise dates. Had the car there four weeks for a simple electrical fix. I had to tell them what to look for and what the problem was. Every time I called they were so rude and disrespectful. Never again.

Just moved into the area and was looking for a mazda dealer to do regular maintenance on my Mazda. I made an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation. I showed at my scheduled time and was told I would have to wait longer because they were waiting for another customer to show. Not one person introduced themselves to me. After receiving my car an hour and a half later, I drove off the lot with my car drifting to left. Returned to ask why and they had zero explanation as to why. Do not go to this dealership!! I will be driving 20 miles to the mazda dealership I previously took my car to to have it serviced for now on.

This review is specifically regarding the service department. I was contacted multiple times to have my airbag fixed in my Mazda, which I delayed because I was not using it and I didn’t know what practices they had enforced due to the virus. Having been there I now know they do not have anything in place to prevent one from catching the virus. They had no gloves on and they had no masks on and it didn’t appear as if they were practicing social distancing. I will think twice before I do that again.

Juan was so great and helped us with all of our needs! We really appreciated his help! Unfortunately we left with a bad taste in our mouth after all was said and done. We had repeatedly said we were not purchasing a car that day. We were only out for the day to test drive a few cars. When We were ready to leave, we felt as though our decision to not purchase that day was not respected. Juan was so courteous when we told him no. But then not only one, but two more gentlemen came to try and convince us to buy. Our 3 month old son was crying because he was hungry and I again explained we were not interested and we needed to get home to feed him. Again, someone came and tried to convince my husband to purchase a car. For these reasons we will not be returning and can not recommend this dealership to any of our friends or family. We would have felt so much more respected and would have been more willing to give our future business if we would have had a simple “thanks so much for coming in today, if there is anything we can help you with in the future let us know”. Rather than having 3 different men trying to convince us we needed a car when we repeatedly said no.

Even though we kept saying the we did not find anything we liked and we said over and over we were not buying a car today. I had my Mazda in for what I thought was bad wheel bearing. The entire service staff was not only flexible with accommodating my late arrival, they did thorough check and ID a tire issue. I even have extended warranty so their honesty was appreciated even though they would have gotten paid for replacing etc. they even followed up to make sure I understood diagnosis etc. 1000% better service than Ftc dealer.

Update: I would highly advice people to go elsewhere. The service center is a danger to the public. Took my car to get seat heater fixed, when I picked it up and left, noticed that the airbag on the passenger side was off even though I was sitting on it. My husband took his car in, asked to get his tires rotated and they said they would and never did. Husband took his car in because of a recall for the seat bracket, which they fixed. Recently he was doing some maintenance on his car and noticed that the airbag wire that plugs into the harness was glued in because the technician broke the clip. So instead of ordering another clip the technician did a cheap fix which could have ended bad if the wire came out. I am done making excuses and taking our vehicles to this location. I will not risk our lives because they cannot do their jobs.I have been very disappointed with my experience. I have had to reschedule appointments with the service department several times due to things that came up. The guy I spoke to from the service side was nice and scheduled me for a different day. Unfortunately he never actually scheduled me in their system. I get that mistakes happen but this has happened to me several times with this dealership. My husband has also had issues with them scheduling an appointment and when he gets there to have the issue fixed as they stated, they turn him away because they need to order parts. The first time it happened with me, they were kind enough to just take me. The next time they couldnt do anything because the right person wasnt there to look at the issue I had with my car. All I got was an apology and a reschedule. I dont live close, its about a 30 minute drive plus the wasted gas and effort, so I was very much annoyed to say the least that nothing was offered to compensate the error they once again made. I hope they address this issue since customer service is high in my book but apparently not theirs.

I had a very poor experience in the days following the purchase of my vehicle. Whoever answers their main line doesn’t take messages, or at least doesn’t pass them along. The rest of the staff I had to deal with would dodge my calls and never answer questions, no matter if they were time sensitive. Feels a bit strange to be writing a review of a car dealership...I mean, who does something like that? Ha! But we actually had a really good experience here. We walked in knowing they had the car we wanted at a very competitve price, so we might well have made our purchase here irrespective of the treatment we got; however, as it happens, we had a very pleasant experience working with salesman Dave Dewey. After giving the car we wanted a good once over and a test drive, we looked briefly at another car. Then, as we headed out to visit another area dealership, he ran some of the usual salesman games to keep us there and close the deal. His approach wasnt at all aggressive...and we were quite prepared to play along, since it really was a good price and the car we wanted. Thanks to Dave (and to his manager Kevin) for an easy, painless car buying experience.

Went with my daughter to buy her first car...(car was great)...finance people had no clue, they told her she had extended warranty and gap insurance..she signed dotted line only to have to come back to the dealer 3 weeks later because they said bank wouldnt give loan with warranty..so we filled out new paperwork, the finance people lost her pay stubs, didnt know what monthly payment would be etc etc. Then, after we paid for the tags and taxes...that they specifically said we would get our tags mailed to us before the temp expired- we get notified we have to come back into dealer to get a voucher for emissions because they forgot to perform it before the sale...so we had to take 46 mile round trip ride (third time) to get the emissions test voucher..then make another trip to get the test done..then drive to tag office to get a tag because by now the temp tag was expired while we waited for the tag THEY said we would receive....NEVER again will I deal with this place...nor will I ever give a positive recommendation of Courtesy (oxymoron) Mazda.

Update: Courtesy got a new service manager, Henry, who reached out and made things right, so Im upping my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Hopefully he can turn things around there.Courtesy Mazda returned my car with missing parts and a permanent flashing warning light on my dashboard after a tire installation. I highly recommend going elsewhere for service.Courtesy removed three of my tire pressure sensors without my consent while installing new tires on my Mazda 3 - I only found out that theyd done this when I picked up my car and saw the flashing tire pressure warning light on my dash. Karisa in the office told me the sensors were malfunctioning and they had no choice but to remove them. She apologized for the shop’s failure to communicate that with me and then offered to sell me new sensors as a solution. When I pressed the issue further both in person and via two phone calls, Courtesy’s best solution was to sell me the new sensors at cost and waive their labor costs. However, Im not prepared to spend another $200 on car repairs in order to correct their error. I didnt give them a car with a flashing warning light so I dont expect to take one home like that.Courtesy’s next best solution? Karisa actually offered to have the techs “rummage through the dumpster” to retrieve my old sensors and put them back on. I said that would be fine, but apparently trash collection was Friday, so unfortunately I still have no acceptable solution.I chose to give Courtesy the benefit of the doubt in spite of all of the negative reviews I had read - this was a mistake. They did do a number of other repairs on my car that were satisfactory, but I’ll never go back due to the disrespect they’ve shown me and their failure to address their errors.

I brought my CX5 in for an oil change. Person scheduling messed up the day so I had to call back and make sure of the correct day and time. No one to greet or say where to go or what to do when you arrive. Waiting room smelled like smoke so I sat in the sales area. But the thing that really chipped me off was that for $60 they did not wash my car . . . I cannot remember when I have gone in for an oil change and my car was not washed. Really folks?

After salivating about driving a new Mazda 3 for the last 5 years, I finally installed TrueCar on my phone and started the search for my dream car. The next day I was contacted by Kyle at Courtesy Mazda. He offered to answer all of my questions, of which I had many since I had never bought a new car before. After several days I decided to visit him at work and ask him all my questions. He was very patient and took the time to clear my mental fog. Problem was that they did not have the car that I really wanted at the dealership. Kyle put in super extra effort to find the perfect car at another Mazda dealership and personally went and drove it back to Courtesy. Debbie took the time to explain all of the financial matters. Im very pleased with my buying experience. There are very friendly and helpful people at Courtesy. Ill be recommending to my friends to go and buy their next vehicle from Kyle.

Don’t go here!! When I read bad reviews I thought it won’t happen to me, I was terribly wrong.Talk about a dealership that doesn’t care truly! I tried to return a truck 12 hours after purchase because of the possibly thousands worth of work I found wrong. I was told they won’t accept it back. I bought it without a warranty being fine with fixing problems that occurred later down the road. This truck was sold with problems. They never looked at this thing or they would have found the problems in my opinion.Straight from auction onto the lot. They didn’t even bother to wipe down under the hood. Probably never has been cleaned ever. A bad exhaust leak that I can smell leaking carbon monoxide into the cabin for me and my kids to breathe in. I’m sure it wouldn’t pass emissions.Days after trying to return the truck I was told they will look and see what wrong but won’t fix anything in it, or help. Shouldn’t they have just looked under it and fixed problems before it was sold?Chris sold me my pile of junk, I always give credit where credit is due. The managers never called me back. When I called to schedule the appointment for them to only look at the truck over a week ago I still haven’t gotten a call back.How can someone sleep at night knowing they ripped someone off! A working man, a family man, before Christmas. They should have done the right thing and offered to take the truck back or fix existing problems. Not act like they got me because no warranty and it’s all my fault.Shouldn’t have bought without warranty, guess not, but I did so thinking I was making a deal with good people that have there vehicles in good working order before they sell them. That’s not the case.No matter what vehicle they have take my warning and buy somewhere else.If they reply to this saying they offered to help more or anything, no you didn’t, you left someone who trusted you out in the cold.

Great experience at Courtesy Mazda. I just bought a CX5 from Courtesy Mazda and the process was much easier than I expected. I was treated with kindness and respect throughout, from my original test drive to negotiating the price. They never called to bug me, even though I called them several times over a week-long period. Price negotiations were straight-forward and friendly, and I got the vehicle I wanted at a price Im happy with. No hassles at this friendly, small dealership. If youre shopping for a Mazda, give them a try.

Its clear that their higher than deserved rating comes from service years ago. Currently this is easily the worst dealership in Northern Colorado. They must have changed management or just stopped caring. They wont return phone calls. They are rude if you have any problem what so ever. They just seem to be a car dealership in the old days, all they care about is closing the deal. They will tell you anything and everything to get you to sign the papers, but if you need customer service they treat you like scum. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Anybody can promise you something but these guys cant and wont follow through on those promises. You could get better service at a buy here pay here lot in Greeley or off Colfax in Denver for that matter. There are plenty of dealerships that will sell you the same car at the same price and treat you the right way. I think its funny they have courtesy in their name. I would rename this dealership to Crudeness Mazda, and their motto should be, once we have your money you can go to hell. Stay away from this place at all costs.

It took almost 3 months to get my lease agreement through which means I was paying to the dealer but the finance company was never getting the money. At the end of three months, I still owe one full months lease even though I made all the payments at stipulated times. The lease payment was changed 3 times and finally the amount is nowhere near to what was settled in the first agreement. I would never go to this dealership for a car ever again.

I only wish I could give this place zero stars. We went in to look for a used vehicle and worked with a young kid, okay at first - however, as could be expected, used every sales trick in the book.The car we test drove had been through their usual inspection and apparently was also inspected by one of the other managers When we got in the car, a light was on indicating an issue with the tire pressure. I got to hear all about how the salesmans Pathfinder does the same thing when the weather is cold...blah blah blah...Convenient.Next, after test driving through a puddle, the back brakes began grinding - metal on metal. Upon our return, I explained we wouldnt be purchasing the car they were trying to sell us and Ethan began getting pushy. We will fix everything and write it into the contract. We never want any of our customers to be unsafe...If we can write that into the contract, will you take the car home today? he says. My thought was this: How on Earth did this car pass your mechanical inspection and inspection by your manager when there is clearly an issue with the brake system? Fishy...No I will not take the car home today - or EVER for that matter.Once he realized we werent going to buy his mood changed. When we told him we were going to keep looking around, we got the let me go get my manager...Ethan came back with no manager because he is too busy to meet with us. We got up to walk out and he says it again Let me go get my manager!...I explained that we werent going to play games. If he wanted to get his manager, he should have done so the first time....Games.The next day, he calls my husband to try to dissuade him from searching further. He ends up slamming our decision to buy private party; (You have no way of knowing what condition the car is in mechanically...)...To which my husband responded Wed be in about the same position that we would should we have chosen to buy from you...Since they had attempted to sell us a car which was obviously unsafe and had issues beyond what they had disclosed.Im disappointed with our experience here and frustrated that the salesman felt the need to call us and question our decision not to buy from them. These tactics wreak of desperation and leave such a bad taste in my mouth that I want to tell everyone I can get a hold of.If you choose to go to Courtesy Mazda, be weary - their used car auto inspection process is flawed and they have the potential to get pushy/aggressive/obnoxious if you choose not to buy.

After a lot of shopping around - and dealing with many different dealerships, I settled on Courtesy Mazda - because of the no pressure atmosphere, helpful, quick and informative responses and because of the polite dedication of Randy Ranson. If you are shopping for a Mazda you will like the laid back feel of these guys, they are reasonable, upfront and efficient. Randy followed up with me even when he was out of the office, all the staff were helpful and attentive and remained flexible when my timeline kept changing. In the end I got the car I wanted at a fair price, and the financing department helped me get a far better interest rate than I was being offered anywhere else. I was fed up with that big city car dealership feel - and I am so glad I found these guys.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEIf i have an option giving 0 stars, i would have. Dave (David) provided with the worst customer service i have experienced in my life. He was rude, impolite and aggressive. He even went to say “you must have hit your head and need to see a doctor.” Who says these kind of thing with a customer?? The way he took us away from Jamie (who was the only one with professionalism) and dealt with us was so rude and unprofessional. We went there to buy the car and would have bought if he would have let Jamie handled it. Dave was acting as he was trying to give me the car for free, he has zero knowledge on how to deal with customer. There was no way we could have stayed and get insulted by Dave. The worst part was when we walked out and talked with the manager Kevin over the phone, instead of apologizing for our experience, he went to defend Dave!!! Didnt even say sorry once.They dont deserve my business and we took our business to other dealer. I am never going there.

We bought a new car there over a year ago and our experience has been tainted further with every new interaction weve had with them. Since buying the car:1. They promised us a tank of gas and when we then asked for it they looked at us like we were crazy2. They took too long to get us paperwork and answer questions we had in the month after the purchase3. The first time they serviced the car after our purchase they did damage to the interior.4. We asked them to remedy it and they promised to have a manager call and speak with us. That never happened.5. Today they informed us that what is covered under our service package (part of the sale!) is different than what they described. When we tried to discuss it with them, they got defensive and nasty.We will not do further business with them and it may be better for you to avoid them too!

Patrick was great and as he stated, he isnt there to sell cars, he is there to help someone find a new car. We went in with very specific needs, as there were only 5 cars like the one we purchased in the state, and he quickly realized we were serious. After a test drive by ourselves (very important that the dealership trusts their clients to take the car and bring it back since the Fort Collins dealership wanted to high pressure us into a sale by sending a salesman on each one of our three test drives) we got down to business. We gave Patrick a very specific number and he worked his magic to get us as close as possible to it. At the end before shaking hands, he asked us if we trusted him to get us the best deal possible, and he had more than earned that trust.10/10 would recommend going to see Patrick at Courtesy Mazda anytime youre in the market for a new vehicle.

I know thats not uncommon in the car sales business, but these folks were so eager to make a sale that they wouldnt let us leave! If youre OK with that and you love the art of negotiation, go for it. Karissa(service dept) is amazing! I bought my car here 3 years ago but always lived to far away to go in for maintenance. My normal shop sent me to them because they had a feeling that thing clinging I was hearing when breaking was something that would be under warranty. (I have no idea what it was, due to my lack of car knowledge.) When I arrived (30 min late..eek) Karissa was SO nice. She came to me 30 min later and said she would do what she could to get my warranty to cover the issue. She also informed my prior shop had NEVER changed my air filters, IN 3 YEARS (worst they had seen...ew.) So with all of that being said, thank you, Karissa. Youre a doll and as a female, Im impressed and proud of how well versed you are in mechanics, and you could simplify the problem for me to understand. Cheers!
