My beloved car was hit by a truck and had major body damage on the driverβs side. Caliber was helpful in getting my car towed to their shop and reviewed a general plan of action for the repairs. They regularly kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. The body work repairs were perfect, but we noticed that the color on the repaired side was a shade different than the original color. After back and forth discussions, they took the car back and repainted the car. Iβm very pleased with the results. Chris worked extra hard to make sure that we were satisfied with the repairs.
Took a friends Jeep to Caliber Longmont for repairs after she rear ended someone. This is a well oiled machine. Once the car was in their hands they simply took care of everything and communicated well. Alex Nelson was our advisor and a more professional operator you could not find.
They perform quality work, but they repaired my car that should have been totaled because of their relationship with insurance carriers that bypass the publicizing of repair quotes prior to repair. I had 2 claims with 2 different insurance companies ($2.9K + $5.1K = $8K) which was performed on a car that was only worth $4K. I did not see the cost until after the repairs were done. I smell a rat.
This was the most painless visit to an auto repair shop that I have ever had. Everyone was friendly. Everything was taken care of. It was amazing. They kept me updated on the cars status before I even thought to call them. Hopefully I wont get into an accident again, but honestly? At least I know I have an awesome auto body shop nearby.
Caliber Collision took care of us! Body repairs mechanical repairs can take a long time. I will not lie we were without our vehicle for a month or more(They did offer rental options through our insurance). Everytime there was a change there was a phone call from one of their experts on what was being done along with the details and process. Our Honda Pilot ended up needing a little more work than originally forecasted but its only because they wanted to make sure they used name brand parts and it was repaired correctly. Many thanks to the team in Longmont our Pilot drives exactly the way it did before our little fender bender. All the paint and body work looks like it wasnt even touched also needed a new wheel in the rear. John I spoke with said that their work is lifetime guaranteed! Keep up the good work and excellent customer service many thanks!
Took my car to Caliber for an insurance claim. The person who hit my car was insured by State Farm. Caliber made it very easy and worked with Hertz rental to have a car delivered (paid for by State farm). Eric C, the service writer was very polite and helpful. Getting your car damaged is never pleasant but Caliber took care of business. Excellent repair and paint. Very happy I chose them.

We took our Mustang here for repairs after an accident and they provided an estimate to GEICO for the work. Then we called back to schedule the repairs and they said they were not going to do the repairs. The reason given was that if they started the repairs and found additional damage they didnt want to be responsible for that. But this is an insurance claim and Im very familiar with how that would work...they would just submit an adjustment to the insurance company and they would pay the additional costs to repair. Anyways this was a preferred GEICO shop and even the GEICO adjuster said this was unheard of. He said well...I guess take it to another place? Pretty terrible to send in an estimate to the ins. Company then decline to do the repairs.

The folks at Caliber made the process as painless as possible, working directly with my insurance company so all I needed to do was pay the deductible and hand them the keys. I had a great experience with Caliber. The bumper on my van was damaged in an accident. I waited for a week until the new bumper came in. They did the work within 2 days and when I picked up the van I noticed the scratch marks around the door handles where my wifes fingernails worked their magic over the years were gone. They detailed the whole van. Way more than I expected and Im very pleased. I didnt have to pay for the repair due to the damage being done by another driver, but the repair bill seemed very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Caliber did a repair on the body of my truck. They promised to have the work done in 10 days and actually finished ahead of time.... But... They forgot to inspect the work before delivery. I found a scratch at the edge of the paint and they took it back to fix the scratch.No argument. They took care of the issue. I would have given them 5 stars except for this problem.
Caliber Collision was excellent! I personally worked with John on my repairs. They sent me text message updates almost daily with the status of the repairs. The finished repairs were done very well. The paint of the new parts matched the original paint perfectly.They also went the extra mile to research what my car has for recalls and TSB for warranty repairs and include the print outs for me to have when I picked up the car.
My vehicle had heavy damage to the rear bumper and Caliber Collision did a great job with the repair. I didnβt know anything about this shop as my vehicle was damaged due to an accident and the insurance selected this place for the repairs. They were friendly, kept me updated on progress, and did the repairs in a timely fashion.
This Caliber Collision location is horrible to deal with for any repair. Front desk staff are rude, they donβt listen to customers and refuse to give accurate estimates. Theyβre deceitful and purposely omit damage from estimates to low ball and take advantage of people. There are plenty of other reputable shops in town to do the work. Avoid this place at all costs!
Caliber Collision did a good job repairing damage to my Jeep. Replaced a door panel and repainted the entire drivers side. Cant tell the accident ever happened.

Loved my experience at Caliber Collision! Chris Atteberry, General Manager, and my Service Adviser were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and explained the process of repair in a thorough manner, including if the initial estimate increased, I would be kept in the loop as they worked through the repair. I had a crease in the top left corner of my trunk lid on my Subaru WRX and a dent in my back bumper. They advised repair would be at least 3 days. I heard from them within 2 days my car was done and would be the price of initial quote! They provided photos prior to picking my car up and the repair was seamless! You would never guess the crease had occurred in my trunk lid and the new bumper and paint jobs were immaculate! Pricing was very reasonable, and I will be using their services again. Very enjoyable experience, thank you Caliber Collision!

Abra Auto got my car in for repairs quickly after someone ran into my car. My car was in their shop within two weeks, and I had it back in another two weeks. The work done was better than expected and my car looks great! Abra mechanics go the extra mile to make this process as easy for the customer as possible. Mike was a great service advisor, and Anne stayed open a little bit longer on a Friday evening so that I could get in to pick up my car before the weekend! Im a happy customer and highly recommend Abra Auto!

Met with their estimation expert yesterday to get a quote. I have to say if they were estimating with their max possible quote, maybe that would be accurate but they certainly didnt say so. The quoted me for parts that werent really broken in my trunk, but they didnt indicate that there was any flexibility. Theyre obviously set up for only dealing with insurance based quotes. I pray sincerely that I never have to deal with them on that basis. If youre looking them for a personal quote, I recommend you go ANYWHERE ELSE.

I came here to have my car fixed after getting rear-ended...the whole process took a few weeks because of getting approval for the repairs and how much was damaged. We got a call every few days to give us updates - thanks Nick! - and always felt like we knew what was going on and what was next. Knowledgeable staff and friendly! However, there was a loud wind noise that was not there prior to the accident once I received the car back. To their credit, they continued to look for it and found it. I appreciate their efforts. From my past experience, I recommend Abra because of the work they have done for me on my vehicles.

Our car was very hail damaged. The final product was well done. Paint was good, car was clean, no rattles from re-assembly. Staff was courteous and professional.However, we found their scheduling and project management to be sub-par. They had a heavy back-log, but the finish date was in a week, maybe two for over a month. They had the car for 7 weeks after the approval for repair was given. To give them credit, they provided a rental car for us when we complained because the delays caused some serious difficulties in some scheduled travel.
Went to get an estimate and the guy that helped me was very nice and tried to keep it reasonable. Very fast and friendly although I did have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment.

Terrible experience. I was rear ended almost a month ago and her insurance requested I take my car to Abra. I was already hesitant to bring my car here due to their poor reputation around town, but now I will definitely not be coming back. I drive a Rav4 had moderate damage to my lift gate and rear bumper, but was told it would be an easy fix . My bumper looked great, but the work done on my lift gate was amateur at best. Instead of replacing my lift gate, they attempted to hammer it back into shape. They did smooth it out, but it did not match the original curve. Rav4s have a separate piece that attaches to the bottom of the lift gate. They ordered a new one from Toyota and attempted to make the curve of this new piece fit the incorrect shape of my lift gate. Initially, there were giant gaps in between these pieces - big enough to easily fit my fingers in. These pieces should, obviously, have no gaps and fit together tightly. This piece would have fallen off as soon as I started driving. I had to bring my car back again and cross my fingers that it would be done correctly. Not surprisingly, I was disappointed when I saw my car again. There are still gaps in between the pieces. I was met by an abrasive staff who told me there was nothing else they could do about it.Its incredibly disappointing when an easy fix is too challenging for any auto body shop. You are absolutely living up to your reputation and I will not be returning to your shop. I recommend other customers do the same.
So disappointed. Ive been waiting for 2 months just to get an estimate. I dont normally post reviews, but here it is. Hail damage...just like everyone else. Busy working mother, just like everyone else.When I originally spoke to them, they offered for me to leave the car if I was satisfied with my estimate and now Im unable to and will have to wait an additional 2 months for damage repair. The stressed woman working the front desk mentioned they had 800 hail claims and 1 bay. Is this an efficient way to do business?
This is an odd review. Ive never actually had Abra repair a car, though Ive been to their office twice for two different accidents. State Farm uses their office to conduct estimates but both times Ive had an estimate done, Abra wanted months to do the repairs. I imagine it is a great symbiotic relationship for the most part, but Abra has only served as a clean and convenient estimate location for me. Four stars for the experience I have had... But I cant speak to the repairs.
Thanks for the fast, complete repair. It took 8 days in total, and I received communication 5 of those days.When I came to pick up my Rav-4 after rear end repairs were finished, the lift gate still squeaked and stuck a little bit. After I pointed out to Barb that the squeaking wasnβt there before the accident she took it back to the back immediately, and when she returned she let me know they made a quick adjustment that fixed the problem. I am very pleased. My car is beautiful again!

Accidentally erased my review? It took 3 pick up tries to get my car done right, but finally it was fixed. The repairs were fine and look good 2 years later. It was the second phase of getting it cleaned and assembled that was an issue.
I have been to my local Longmont Abra Auto Body on two occasions. The first time I worked with Nick on a hail estimate, and the second time I worked with Christian on a bumper repair needing paint. Both Nick and Christian were extremely professional, straight-forward, and had great communication throughout the process. Both Nick and Christian should be commended for their work ethic. Great customer service is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Longmont Abra for anyone needing body work.
Great experience! I had my hood replaced on my Pathfinder from hail damage while I was on vacation. John was great on keeping me up to date on the progress. They had a problem with the first hood, but reacted quickly, got a 2nd hood from the manufacturer, and still got it done in time for me to pick up when I got back in town. The hood looks great!!
Very great experience! They got us in the next day after calling, they offered to come to us but we just live a few blocks away so we drove over there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was fair and the installation was super fast (done in under an hour) compared to five hours we experienced before for window repairs. We had our passenger side window replaced. They even gave us a free can of glass cleaner. Glad we went with this company and definitely recommend it to others!
We brought my car in and it had pretty bad damage to the front of the car. They fully repaired it and had it back to me in 48 hours of me dropping it off. The price was exactly what they had anticipated when I got a quote a few months back. On top of all of this, they replaced 2 headlights and added some extra hardware, both for free. They did an excellent job and Im extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
I was required to bring my car here by my insurance because they replaced my fuel tank in my 2014 suv with a SCRAP metal one that stopped working one day on the other side of the state. The shop it was initially brought to was able to quickly identify the problem with the fuel tank, but Abra told me that they couldnt find anything wrong with it and that I didnt know what I was talking about and basically needed to talk to my husband (who told them I knew what I was talking about.) They also aggressively test drove my car. Definitely not going back.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. First they didnt put my original center caps on the replacement wheels, they used the ones that were on the replacement wheels that were in worse condition than my originals. also they didnt balance the wheels causing a vibration. I had to return to get my original center caps and to get wheels balanced, now my car shakes worse than before they balanced them. Also they used old rusted struts to replace the damaged ones. Sean Gillette treated me as if I knew nothing about the car multiple times. first on the center caps not being the originals, even with photo evidence. then telling me that the wheels didnt need to be balanced telling me I busted tiers for years, every once and a while you get a tire that doesnt need balanced which may be true but i have NEVER seen 2 on one car at the same time. Not to mention telling me that replacement parts are hard to find for my car referring to the struts, when i can go to the local parts store and get all 4 with no hassle. He just came of as giving me a know all, done all attitude, and to me that is very poor customer service. I now have to find a way to replace the rusted out parts on my car and get the wheels re balanced. I will NEVER recommend This company to anyone I know, especially the Longmont location. the only reason why my car went to this place is because my insurance chose the shop for me.

Work great, customer service lacking. If you ask them to come to your home, they can be 5 hours late and never call you. If it is raining and you have a garage, they may tell you that they cant use your garage - after making you wait hours - because you have a garage door opener. Not cool.
My wife & I have used an auto shop in Boulder the last 10 years and after the move to Longmont we had to make a switch. After we got in an accident, the car insurance for the other driver gave us two choices and we went. With Abra. We dropped off lafe February and were quoted late April for just minor front end damage. It only took 2 weeks and they called every few days to update us regarding the status. All in all, we were pleased with their work. Insurance paid for it but if we would of had to pay for it- the pricing was not outrageous.

Horrible place to have work done, I was sideswiped up a large curb and over a speed sign. When I told them the the steering was clicking after the body repair they claimed to re-inspect the suspension/steering and found all was good. I took it to my regular mechanic and he jacked up the front end and the curb side tie rod fell out, it was cracked in 1/2 inside the sleeve. Not only shoddy work, but that mistake could have killed someone.

Terrible at communicating during the repair process. Delayed/Mismanaged repairs ended up costing me $800+ extra for a rental. Called multiple times over two weeks and took forever to find out anything. Had to relay the same information multiple times to multiple people and still didnt get everything right. The work that was done correctly was acceptable quality, however the hassle, run around and lack of communication was far too frustrating.
We are selling our car, which had damage to the side mirror. We agreed with the buyer to fix the mirror before turning the car over to the new owner. We took it to Abra, which took two full days to fix a very small mirror part. When we went to get the car, the windshield was severely cracked. When we showed the manager, he claimed it wasnt his fault and refused to do anything. He claimed to not know how it happened and also not know how much it would cost them to fix it (they are Abra Auto Body & GLASS). He became defensive and argumentative with my husband and asked him to leave. But not before offering to lower the price of the damaged mirror. So its not their fault but theyre willing to buy us off? Im reviewing everywhere I can and calling the Better Business Bureau. We were supposed to sell this car today. We may lose this buyer because of this! I cannot believe there is no accountability for giving us back our car in worse shape than we gave it. Terrible experience! Avoid at all costs!!
I wanted to reach out to give Mike Carbone at Abra of Longmont a personal review. He was absolutely outstanding to work with. I brought my car to another collision center my insurance company said I had to use. The estimator at that shop refused to listen to my concerns about how they were going to handle my claim. I had visible crumpled metal on my fender and a nasty gash in my bumper. Prior to my accident, my clear coat on the bumper had been peeling. The estimator at the other place said they would be repairing the corner of my bumper but not the whole bumper (that was going to be an additional $300 on top of my $500 deductable. We went back and fourth about how I didnt want a corner of the bumper fixed because of the issue with the clear coat along the rest of the front. As for the fender, the other estimator said they would be repairing the fender and I explained that the metal was crumpled and I wanted it replaced. She refused to listen to my concern. .......speed this story up to me immediately taking the car to Abra where I was greeted by Mike. Right from the start, he was downright professional and very caring of my situation. When I dropped my car off, I was given an estimated completion of 2 weeks (one of which was for lead time on new parts). Mike called me multiple times during that time to give me very detailed updates Ie; the dismantle was complete, we found x,y,z damages and they are going to be on order today. Next call was that my parts had arrived and would be going in for prep the following morning.USAA sent me an updated estimate in which I was given a NEW bumper, a NEW fender, a NEW mirror and I was unaware of any damage to my headlight but guess what NEW headlight.I just about cried pulling up on the day I picked her back up. I am beyond happy with the quality of work that was done. Theres not a single run or blemish anywhere on the car!!!! I want to thank Mike for being incredible at his job and whoever sprayed the car for FLAWLESS work. Both the Boulder and Longmont Abra locations have been incredibly helpful to me. After my brand new car was tboned in September it was taken to the Boulder location which was super backed up from the hail storms, but they were able to work with the Longmont Abra to find an opening and move my car there. Christian and Nick have been extremely thorough with my car as well as keeping me constantly updated along the way. They always answer all of my questions and concerns in detail. This accident has been a very stressful experience for me, but they have made dealing with it much easier than it could have been and for that I am grateful. Thanks guys!
Ive been in to many car accidents in the last. 10 months. Exactly 3. It makes me sick to my stomach. I took my Envoy there after I hit someone that baked out in front of me. They had just finished it to look brand new when the second person pulled out in front of me in my Envoy again and I t-boned him. Now I have a Lexus and they fixed it in my third accident where an older gentleman side swiped me because he was not paying attention. It looks better than when I bought it.As much as I would love to see these employees anywhere but Abra, they are as amazing as ever.The mechanic (Steve Tabet) that fixed my car from accident # 3 was very flabergasting and not only acted like a boss but I would call him the Pit Boss. Made an appointment 6-Weeks ago for REPAIR. I show up this morning and they only had me down for an estimate. Who waits 6-Weeks for an estimate?! Very upset with the way this was handled, as I could have been on the schedule elsewhere and had my car in for repair already with another body shop. Poor customer service and poor communication on behalf of Abra Auto Body.

My car was promised on July 24, but it is now August 1 and it is still not ready. This is not due to any problems, such as parts availability. From the flimsy excuses that have been offered by the customer service manager, it seems that they have just misled me about when it would be ready. This company also offers an express sevice for additional money. Could it be that they have moved other cars ahead of mine if the owners bought their express service?????Avoid this company. They are not truthful or reliable. They fully desrve all the bad reviews that have been posted.ADDENDUM: I just learned that ABRA has been lying to me for a week. One week ago the customer service manager told me that my car had been painted and was waiting for assembly of the parts. Today, in an online chat with Abra headquarters, I was told that shop personnel said that the painting had not even begun. It is clear that the Longmont shop customer service manager has repeatedly lied to me.
I was in a car accident going on two years ago and needed some quotes for the insurance company. My friend had a great experience with ABRA and said they were resonably priced, so they were the first place I went. Ive never been in an accident before, so I wasnt sure exactly what to expect. Well the receptionist there was EXTREMELY rude and couldnt care less about taking in anymore customers. She wouldnt help me, or get anyone to look at my car, the only she said was we are 3 months out on service, youll have to make an appointment for February for anyone to even look at your car....Needless to say, when anyone of my friends, family, or acquaintances needs a body shop, I tellove them NEVER go to ABRA. The way that receptionist spoke to be was unforgivable. . .
Great work and service but scheduling is out months at a time.
Refused to do a hail estimate because they work on commission and scam insurance companies. they dont know the first thing about customer service. They are too worried about their commissions

Lied to us. Didnt believe the car died because they were cluesess and couldnt find why it died. Took it to another shop (DLS) who immediately diagnosed the problem.
Waiting 3 weeks to get in for an estimate is ridiculous! Scheduler seemed more concerned about insurance and if it was an insurance claim. Who cares!! My past experiences is that if they are more concerned about your insurance or being self pay your insurance is gonna get screwed
