Everyone else was just using photos online and I didnt feel comfortable with an estimate based off of photos alone. A few of the guys who would actually be fixing it looked it over. I felt cared for because here they were, standing next to me, actually talking about what they were going to do.They walked me through everything - what would need to be replaced, painted, and parts needed. About 2 weeks later my car was done! They walked me through what they did and to my surprise, they fully detailed the inside and outside of my car too. Its never been cleaner! The back window looks like nothing ever happened!They are truly looking out for you and in fact they gave me a great deal knowing I was paying out of pocket. I will only ever take my car to them in the future. Very trustworthy, reliable, and the best service in the Front Range area.

Got my windshield replaced but they found hidden rust under the rubber. Tomas immediately contacted me through text and sent pictures. That explained a leak that I was getting inside finally. He did not lay into a hard sell but advised me to fix it. I did go in to check the Damage myself and it was as bad as the pics looked. They sand blasted the rust and filled the holes. I had a rust bubble near that one out on the A-pillar and had both repaired and the sun damaged roof redone. I am happy. I knew it had to be done and with everything they did I was surprised the bill was not more.

When the roof of my vehicle was becoming an eyesore from flaking paint and rust, I was nervous about the cost of repainting it. However, Longmont Auto Body and Glass assured me that painting the entire roof wasn’t necessary saving me a bit of money. Customer service was great, and the job was completed in the time stated. I cant say enough for what they did for me. I needed to get my hood painted and they wasted no time getting me in. Its a pearl white so matching the factory paint can be tough, especially after 8 years of being outside but the paint is a perfect match. Looks like I just bought it last week. I wasted time and energy trying to use this company. I needed a couple aftermarket pieces painted/ installed and another only installed. One appointment used to get a quote for labor to paint all of the parts and install them. After waiting a couple days form the original appointment, I got the email quoting me for a little over 1000$. A total of almost 20 hours of labor to paint the 3 pieces and install them lol. After discussing this with Ricardo the consultant he told me to come in and speak to the painter and see if the quote could be adjusted. On my second appointment I met with Ricardo and the painter I believe his name was Andrew. They told me me it should be able to take less time but would need my car for a day and the pieces to see how they long would take to actually install. Then comes Alberto an overweight unhappy man who apparently was the owner. He starts telling me that the quote cant be adjusted, and was having way too difficult of a time understanding that I needed the parts painted black just black and didnt even need to match. He starts telling me that my existing side skirts were the color of my car (an off grey) while I am literally crouched down with my finger on the side skirt saying uh no this obviously black. Another issue was in the quote to have front lip painted when I only asked to have it installed. He proceeds to tell me it wont match again i show him my existing bumper and on the bottom where it would be was exposed plastic for rock chips so again I say no sir this is black. The last straw was when he was embarrassed by this and tried to tell me that factory color was painted incorrectly because my bumpers dont match exactly to the rest of my car. Of course they do not because anyone who knows anything about paint is that plastic and metal materials will not look the same with the same paint on them. At this point I know I am dealing with a person either so stubborn or ignorant to deal with. He told me I wouldnt find a better quote so I drove down to AP Automotive in Longmont and they quoted me for half the price and took my parts the same day.

Went in for a estimate for truck. Was told I would receive an email with the estimate. Called two days later to check on the status. Was told their computer was down. Still haven’t heard a word. Very disappointed about the follow up and lack of professionalism. Hard to believe a business would just blow off a customer like that. Felt some of the explanations on the estimate were a little iffy. I would not use this company.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars because the service was just that good! Took it in to get a quote on Thursday, they had my part the following Tuesday and completed the work by Thursday evening. No hidden fees, I ended up paying what I was quoted at.To my surprise they even detailed the inside of my car!

I spent some time researching various options to have the vehicle repaired and decided to use Longmont Auto Body. The manager Tomas did an excellent job throughout the process of having my vehicle repaired. The blend and finish job they did on the metallic paint was top notch. With their repair Longmont Auto Body did a better job of spacing the panel gaps then the original factory assembly.If you look through their lot of vehicles being repaired youll notice two things:1) There are a number of higher end cars in the lot2) They tend to be very busyYoure welcome to form your own opinion but I feel people choose Longmont Auto Body for a reason and thats reflected in both the quality and volume of vehicles they are entrusted to repair.I would definitely go back and use Longmont Auto Body again.

Longmont Auto Body repaired my Subaru Outback for the 2nd time in 2020. I was hit by another car both times. This time a pickup that was sliding down a hill ran straight into the front of my car. Longmont Auto Body did a great job of replacing the front grill, headlights and bumper. I would definitely use them again.

The reviews are what brought me into this place, unfortunately they have not been my experience at all. I dropped my car off 2 weeks ago today to finally be told it would be all set for me last Friday. Come to find out they put the wrong bumper on, then tried to just make the wrong bumper work and told me it will be ready today. Now it’s oh this bumper isn’t actually going to work after all, so now we have to start all over again from the beginning. Who knows how long this will actually take them to get right. I’m hoping to call tomorrow and tell them to just forget it and give me my car back.

These guys do good work! Ive been a couple of times now - replaced a cracked windshield and did body work after an accident.The windshield replacement was straightforward and exactly as expected. I got my windshield replaced at a good price and quickly without any hassles.The body work was complex because my insurance was fighting them tooth and nail on everything, but Longmont Auto Body & Glass worked it out. I had a nasty side scrape from a parking mishap in an underground garage and it looks good as new, the panels and everything fit nicely and the paint matches really great!I hope I dont need another fix, but if I do Ill come back here to get it taken care of.

Our F-150 had a lot of hail damage from a storm we got caught in last year in Nebraska. We took it to Longmont Auto Body & Glass and couldnt be happier. It looks like a brand new truck! The whole process was easy and pretty much carefree. The communication with the owner was good and he was always easy to get ahold of. We expected they might take longer than the time frame we were given a while back due to covid but the truck was still ready on time. They even cleaned the inside of the truck as well, which coulndt have been easy due to all the dog hair. :)

I rarely write reviews, unless my service is exceptionally good or bad. I have been to quite a few shops, either for body or mechanical work and its always the same story. It always takes longer than they say, or they try to sell me on things I dont need, lack of communication, or something else. Tomas and the guys here at Longmont Auto Body & Glass are AMAZING!! I had a spot on my 2013 F150 where the paint was chipping and peeling and I knew it was going to rust eventually. I took it in late Monday afternoon and they promised it would be done by the end of the day Friday. Ill be honest, I didnt believe them, only because Ive had every other body shop/mechanic tell me the same thing and its never done on time. Tomas called me Thursday morning saying it was ready and I was shocked! Their work is outstanding, you cant even tell there was any work done! The black paint matches perfectly, and most importantly, their customer service is exceptional! They genuinely care about their customers and thats rare to find these days. I will bring my vehicles here for any future body work and Ive recommended them to all my coworkers!!

We have come here so many times to get new windshields throughout the years. They are quick, and have excellent customer service. We are so happy with ours! I hate to have to have my windshield repaired, but if I do, this is the only place that I will be taking my car to get it fixed. I highly recommend them!

Updated Review-The owner stepped up and fixed the peeling paint on the spoiler. I did change the review to a 4 from a 1. I think I would have given them a 5 except for the employee that screamed at me and the fact that the process has taken more than a year.I took my car to them for 2 different insurance claims and then paid out of pocket 6,000 for a custom paint job, some new trim, and Ceramic Pro. The car had to be repainted after they applied Ceramic Pro and it started peeling. They did the work but blamed me for putting a car cover on the car to protect it. (Thats what car covers are for!)Then the new convertible top leaked and they adjusted the door so now the door doesnt unlock and I have to get in on the passenger side. The windshield washer nozzles were replaced incorrectly so one doesnt work at all and the other one sprays high. The trim they replaced isnt flush to the body of the car. Today I took the car in, per the appointment, and a guy I had never met before, got very angry and said he wouldnt fix the car.

The final work was fine, but it took forever and I really didn’t feel listened to; there was work that the insurance would not cover (rightly so) that I wanted done on my dime. We discussed this and I was told they would order the parts and get it done. Didn’t happen. I will find a more interested shop to have this done.Definitely not a return customer!

Happy to have used this company for repairs after an accident. I dont have collision and they were willing to work with me. I was able to purchase some of the parts online for cheap and they were more than willing to install them for me. Would recommend them to friends and family. We recently had an older high end SUV in for some service work.on the front end of the vehicle. Im impressed with Tomas and his staff . Very friendly and professional in how they handled our work.The attention to detail was amazing and my wife and I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of work. We had the ability and flexibility to give their organization some additional time to complete their work, and I think they appreciated that, as it certainly showed in the quality of workmanship that was completed on our vehicle.

Highly recommended! I got a free estimate for my power window repair that was fair and precise. I was not ready to make the decision atter receiving the estimate so I told them I would get back with them yet they were professional enough to install a protective plastic on my the window that was damaged for free. This allowed me to drive home safely. The work was complete on time and within their intial quote. I wish every other commercial transaction in life was this easy and satisfying.
