Two stars to be generous, because I think their teas are good and is what actually drives the traffic. I ordered wings for the first time and got a surprised when I got home to find the wings were half the size of my finger, at least two of them, the rest werent any bigger than my finger. I didnt actually eat this, I wasnt sure how exactly this was a chicken wing? And this super small box of fries are just over priced, regular fries or cajun fries it is the same price.

This was my first time trying this place and I must say that tasted exactly how the pictures on the website looks; 👄🔊DELICIOUS! The Garlic noodles were my favorite but ALL of their food and teas were yummy, it was a party in my tummy!

How did I not know this place existed?! I had garlic noodles with shaken beef and it was super delicious! The noodles were perfectly cooked and the beef was tender and very well seasoned. I also had a Thai tea with boba and it was also really good. The service was fast and friendly, offering suggestions when I didnt know what to order. The restaurant was really clean and there is ample seating and parking outside. I cant wait to come back and highly recommend this place!

This place is great their food is really tasty everything is Asian infused 👌 I got the Mongolian noodles with beef and it was delicious... it had the right amount of condiments giving it a garlic salty taste. I also tried the pad thai and it was good too👍🔥 they have a variety of teas and a bunch of other drinks that include boba as well. Their prices are not the cheapest but its worth the quality😋 should be going back soon to try another item.

My BF and I stopped by for dinner on a whim. We ordered to-go and our food was ready in 5 minutes. One entree and one appetizer (garlic noodles with shrimp and popcorn chicken) was about $20 and more than enough food for us to share. The popcorn chicken was pretty dry by itself, but of course, the dipping sauces helped with that. Really enjoyed the noodles. A liiiittle overpriced for the quality, perhaps, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Excellent place for lunch and a refreshing drink. I had the chicken teriyaki lunch special, it came with a Mango Green Tea. Service is always friendly and fast. I plan to return.

Started coming here when it first opened. Havent been here in a while so its good to see that they still have amazing customer service and their food is still amazing. I was very disappointed to see that my favorite dish had been taken off the menu. But, luckily they were able to make it for as requested! A lot of other establishments would not even bother even asking to make it. Even though Its a 40min drive it is always worth it!!

Cute location. Met up with an old friend here and ordered the beef pad thai - it was a pretty sizable portion, a-ok flavor. At first I felt like it was overpriced, but when it came out, it was about 2 servings worth of food. I also ordered the horchata milk tea with boba, and it was a-ok.As for service, you order up front, they give you a number and deliver it to your table. Service is quick and smooth. Food is average, but the decor is nice.

This hiccups is extremely rude and unprofessional. Its by far the most ridiculous wait for your food. Ive been to the 1 located at paramount and Westminster the service was poor but far better than the long beach on PCH.

The best salty iced coffee

The best place ever! I love everything about this spot! Everytime I visit Long Beach I ALWAYS come back.

First time ever having one these Chimoy drinks... aaAAazingly delicious. My daughter had a Lychee with greasy boba( pink drink pictured) likes it very much too. We also had The Shrimp spring rolls and something was just missing, lack of flavor unless you dipped them into sauce given. We’ve had many other variations of spring rolls and I think we just prefer maybe ones that have a savory but light flavor when you first bite into them. Will we go again.. yes of course. Other dishes to try too.

This is my favorite boba tea place in all of SoCal. Not only because its not your ordinary tea cafe (as they have an extensive asian fusion menu), but since they opened, the owners of the shop have always been kind and thoughtful about their business. Ive studied here, hung out with friends, and all the while this place has grown to meet the wave of changing and growing number of customers. Their milk teas are non dairy and sugar levels are controllable. In addition to the fact that you can get two drinks in one container, Hiccups considers customer experience from service, to food, to atmosphere.

I recommend this place if you are in the mood for Boba. I had the mango chamoy boba. Incredible!! Boba was great! Try it! I also had coffee iced with Boba. Delicious! Enjoyed alot! Excellent customer service!

My experiences in the past made me dislike this location. Today service was faster and food tasted better. I dont know if it is a new staff or what but definitely a better trip

My favorite dish is the shaken beef with garlic noodles. So delicious 😋 my favorite drink is thai milk tea. But also like the mango and chamois mango drinks. The wings are also good and we usually have lemon pepper. Still want to try the pho soup now that it is getting colder out. Good quality food at decent prices.

They denied my service, according the The Disability Act, no business must refuse service, therefore $75,000 fine and also Cali already lifted the mask mandate for fully vaccinated persons and I’m still denied service. This will be reported to corporate and the board.

Literally my go-to spot during finals week! It’s always busy but worth the wait. Great boba and appetizers. I got a taro smoothie with boba, popcorn chicken, cajan fries and calamari! Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area!

Went to Hiccups today to get my kid a boba. Service was great and drink perfectly made. Wait time was a bit long, but we got there during a little rush so understandable. They have good set up for social distancing. Line was marked outside and they let in 3 people at time to order. Masks are mandatory at this time

The best garlic noodles

In my opinion, the only reason Id come back to this location is if I was really craving a golden milk tea. Besides that, their standards of products are meh. Ive given this place multiple chances and most of the time there is an issue with my order. The most recent time I went, I decided to give their lunch specials a shot and ordered garlic noodles. It took me 20 min to get there and my food still wasnt ready so I waited an additional 10 in the lobby for my food. My first mistake (which I should have known better from previous experiences) was not checking my order.I will say this much at least, they gave me EXACTLY what I ordered... beef garlic noodles. No, I literally man just garlic noodles. No vegetables or cilantro, just noodles tossed in garlic with beef. If you look at ANY other picture of their garlic noodles, you can see why I was so shocked at my order. And yes, I paid $12 for this and a drink. Bon appetit.

They dont take the tails off of their shrimp. Not a fan of using my hands when the dish requires silverware. Shrimp fried rice and combination fried rice were ok.

Wanted popcorn chicken my friend was gonna pay with cash but then they didn’t accept cash then I offered to pay but they didn’t accept apple pay but then I tried using my debit cars and my card wouldn’t work! Whats the point of not accepting physical cash when they only accept a physical card and not a touch less payment!

If youre going for drinks. They have a nice and lovely selection. Food its taste full if youre getting appetizers, as far as meal and protein I recommend not getting any shrimp. Its good but its just frozen shrimp thats re-cooked. Next time Ill try the other protein selection.

I love the food the Kasian chicken wings are to die for. But they’re really cheap on their seasoning. They’ll charge you extra if you want a decent amount of seasoning. The staff is friendly always helpful.

To slow got my order wrong bad experience

Hiccups always provid great customer service and food.The problem is the Post mate app. 3rd time in the row the app notified me the order was ready but the order was never sent to Hiccups.

Restaurant has lunch specials, but dont make customers aware of the price difference if customer orders the more expensive way they can charge more for the same food.

Ordered delivery and got the wrong order even after confirming TWICE with both the restaurant and the delivery guy. And it took over an hour for delivery. AND found a hair in the pho!! What was delivered (and edible) was, if Im being generous, incredibly meh. Ive tried calling like 10 times but no one picks up. Such a waste of money :(

Horrible service!!! Got there and they had lost my food order. Once they located my food order I asked where the drinks I ordered were and they had forgotten to make them! Then they left me outside for 25 minutes to wait for my drinks while my food got cold. Never offered me compensation or EVEN ANY APOLOGIES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!!!

I ordered food and drinks to go. There were people that had ordered ther food after me and got their food first. So when I asked the girl where my order was and these that these people had ordered after me but had gotten their order first. The girl was rude and stated that sorry they were regular customers. My response was, well, I am too but I wont be any longer. I work customer service, and would never treat anyone that rudely. When I approached her I was pleasant about situation not expecting the response I got. You know, s*/# happens. Since then I havent gone back. I will not order when people order at work. And I tell people why I wont get food for them anymore.

They are so kind and I would return! They made a mistake on an order and immediately refunded our card and gave us a free boba upgrade! 💕

Not bad for convenient Asian dishes and drinks. I wouldnt call their dishes authentic, but they are good for quick week day lunches for office workers and college students alike. One suggestion would be asking customers for their preference in sweetness in their drinks. The drinks tend to be on the sweeter side. I recommend the garlic noodles.

Stumbled upon this place near where we were staying. Modern cafe serving a variety of bubble teas and Vietnamese food. We had the lunch special a which were $9.95 each and came with a ice black,green or mango tea. We tried the bbq pork with the vermicelli and the beef pho- both were super tasty and light. Really happy we found this place. Will be back tomorrow for the flavoured bubble teas!

We came here twice in 1 day! Fantastic drinks. So many food and drink options. The garlic noodles ah-Making! Perfectly cooked and a large portion!Its almost 11 pm and the line is out of the door. The vibe is great the music is hyped just need my food and Tea and Im out!Recommend the calamari for sure!

I have been to this place a few times. The food is not bad, but the portions are small.The reason that I am giving them two stars is because the Thai tea is extremely over priced. It is the most expensive Thai tea in L.A. and Orange county. It is a medium size which they called large that is selling for more than $5.00.This is the wrong place to buy a Thai tea.I will never buy a Thai tea at Hiccups.

This Hiccups restaurant has bad customer service I accidentally ordered to the wrong hiccups they never said the location I was ordering to plus I try calling them back right after I ended the call, to ask them to cancel my order because I had call the wrong store. they never pick up I was on the phone for 15 minutes i would just not show up but I gave them my card info . Ones I got ther took me 14 miles to get there they forgot to put on my order some greens for my Pho just bad experience never again ordering from hiccups .i order on 5/27/20

Love this place, their drinks are always refreshing and their food is amazing. I usually get the Thai milk tea but lately I have been getting the jasmine milk tea. The only downside is that sometimes the line is out the door, which is a good thing, but also I don’t always have the time to wait that long for a drink. But I did learn recently you can order ahead of time and pick it up which is a game changer.

HICCUPOn July 12, 2019 Ordered at 7:45PMFood arrived at approximately 8:30PMMy girlfriend noticed the noodles were hard. I suggested that they need to cook or warm in the beef broth. We let it sit for 5-10 minutes and we were drinking hot tea and added left over hot water from out tea kettle. We begin eating and noticed the noodles were still hard.I went to my kitchen and grabbed a lighter and burned a single piece of rice noodle and begin to catch fire and burn with a smell.

I love this place! They have such good food and drinks. I always get the beef Mongolian noodles either the pinch o peach tea. Only bad thing I have to say is when it gets busy there isnt many room to sit inside, but they offer patio seating.

I hope you have the opportunity to go here. If you do, get the shaken beef with garlic noodles. It is my favorite. They have a lot of great options and a huge amount of specialty drinks. My only gripe is $3.95 for regular tea and no refills. Not happy with that and I think thats something they should change. They have outdoor seating which is nice and offer takeout.
